Abstract

本发明公开了一种电源型防火保温板,其板体外壁上设有太阳能电池板。本发明通过在板材外壁上设置太阳能电池板,尤其适用于安装在外墙上,可以作为家庭或户外照明的小型电源使用,同时还具有较好的防火保温效果,从而具有广阔的市场前景。

技术领域
本发明属于建材技术领域,具体涉及一种电源型防火保温板。
背景技术
现有的防火保温板,都是被动防护的,都是在火灾发生后防止自燃的,不能在火灾发生之前发出预警信息;另外,现有的防火保温板,都是仅作为防护板材以及装饰板材使用,基本上无其它功能。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种能够作为电源使用的电源型防火保温板。    
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:一种电源型防火保温板,其板体外壁上设有太阳能电池板。
上述方案中,其板体的外周边缘设有用于和相邻板体电连接的接电部,所述接电部与该板体的太阳能电池板电连接。
上述方案中,其板体包括保温层和包覆在保温层外的防火层,所述太阳能电池板设置在防火层一侧的外壁上。
上述方案中,所述板体的一侧端设有扣接槽,另一侧端设有扣接榫。
在具体实践中,可以在扣接槽和扣接榫中嵌置与太阳能电池板电连接的导电板,使得扣接槽再与周边板体上扣接榫扣接连接的同时,作为上述接电部使用。
本发明通过在板材外壁上设置太阳能电池板,尤其适用于安装在外墙上,可以作为家庭或户外照明的小型电源使用,同时还具有较好的防火保温效果,从而具有广阔的市场前景。

具体实施方式

图1是本发明的一种结构示意图,显示了本发明的第一种具体实施方式。
本实施例是电源型防火保温板,其板体1包括保温层11和包覆在保温层外的防火层12,所述防火层一侧的外壁上设有太阳能电池板2。
所述板体的外周边缘设有用于和相邻板体电连接的接电部,所述接电部与该板体的太阳能电池板电连接。所述接电部可以选用市面上常见的各种接线端子,只要便于接电操作即可。
所述板体的一侧端设有扣接槽13,另一侧端设有扣接榫14。在具体实践中,可以在扣接槽13和扣接榫14中嵌置与太阳能电池板电连接的导电板,使得扣接槽13再与周边板体上扣接榫14扣接连接的同时,作为上述接电部使用。
在具体实践中,还可以在保温层或防火层中设置温度传感器3以及蜂鸣报警器,甚至加上无线收发模块,便能够获得对火灾进行预警的功能,而太阳能电池板正好可以作为这些电子模块的电源使用。
本发明通过在板材外壁上设置太阳能电池板,尤其适用于安装在外墙上,可以作为家庭或户外照明的小型电源使用,同时还具有较好的防火保温效果,从而具有广阔的市场前景。

1.一种电源型防火保温板,其特征在于:其板体(1)外壁上设有太阳能电池板(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电源型防火保温板,其特征在于:其板体的外周边缘设有用于和相邻板体电连接的接电部,所述接电部与该板体的太阳能电池板电连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电源型防火保温板,其特征在于:其板体包括保温层(11)和包覆在保温层外的防火层(12),所述太阳能电池板设置在防火层一侧的外壁上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电源型防火保温板,其特征在于:所述板体的一侧端设有扣接槽(13),另一侧端设有扣接榫(14)。
