本发明公开了一种智能型防火保温板,其板体外壁上设有太阳能电池板;其板体包括保温层和包覆在保温层外的防火层,所述太阳能电池板设置在防火层一侧的外壁上;保温层中设有温度传感器和蜂鸣报警器,板体内还设有无线收发单元,所述温度传感器把自身采集的温度信息通过无线收发单元传输给远程主机,太阳能电池板作为温度传感器的电源;板体的外周边缘设有用于和相邻板体电连接的接电部,所述接电部与该板体的太阳能电池板电连接。本发明能够在火灾发生之前发出预警信息。

本发明属于建材技术领域,具体涉及一种智能型防火保温板。
背景技术
现有的防火保温板,都是被动防护的,都是在火灾发生后防止自燃的,不能在火灾发生之前发出预警信息。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种能够在火灾发生之前发出预警信息的智能型防火保温板。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:一种智能型防火保温板,其板体外壁上设有太阳能电池板;其板体包括保温层和包覆在保温层外的防火层,所述太阳能电池板设置在防火层一侧的外壁上;保温层中设有温度传感器和蜂鸣报警器,板体内还设有无线收发单元,所述温度传感器把自身采集的温度信息通过无线收发单元传输给远程主机,太阳能电池板作为温度传感器的电源;板体的外周边缘设有用于和相邻板体电连接的接电部,所述接电部与该板体的太阳能电池板电连接;所述板体的一侧端设有扣接槽,另一侧端设有扣接榫。
本发明通过在板材内设温度传感器,当温度传感器监测到板材温度超标时,可以向外界发出预警信息;另外由于在板材外壁上设置太阳能电池板作为电源,无需维护即可保证长期的使用寿命。

图1是本发明的一种结构示意图,显示了本发明的第一种具体实施方式。
本实施例是智能型防火保温板,其板体1包括保温层11和包覆在保温层外的防火层12,所述保温层内设有温度传感器2和蜂鸣报警器,其板体外壁上设有太阳能电池板3作为温度传感器的电源。
所述太阳能电池板覆盖住该防火保温板板体,也可以是敷设在板体局部的外壁上。
所述板体的一侧端设有扣接槽13,另一侧端设有扣接榫14。
(实施例2)
本实施例与实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于:板体内还包括无线收发单元,所述温度传感器把自身采集的温度信息通过无线收发单元传输给远程主机。
(实施例3)
本实施例与实施例2基本相同,不同之处在于:板体的外周边缘设有用于和相邻板体电连接的接电部,所述接电部与该板体的太阳能电池板电连接。所述接电部可以选用市面上常见的各种接线端子,只要便于接电操作即可。通过这种方式,可以保证只要部分太阳能电池板被阳光照射到,就能够产生足够的电能供应全部防火保温板,保证整体的工作可靠性。

1.一种智能型防火保温板,其特征在于:其板体(1)外壁上设有太阳能电池板(3);其板体包括保温层(11)和包覆在保温层外的防火层(12),所述太阳能电池板设置在防火层一侧的外壁上;保温层中设有温度传感器(2)和蜂鸣报警器,板体内还设有无线收发单元,所述温度传感器把自身采集的温度信息通过无线收发单元传输给远程主机,太阳能电池板(3)作为温度传感器的电源;板体的外周边缘设有用于和相邻板体电连接的接电部,所述接电部与该板体的太阳能电池板电连接;所述板体的一侧端设有扣接槽(13),另一侧端设有扣接榫(14)。
