以往的建筑采用传统的建筑方式,即用实心粘土砖叠砌,不保暖亦不保冷,常规取暖、供电,浪费大量能源,建筑内的环境与外界经常的自然与不自然的交流。室内的温度、自然气体等受外界影响很大。这些建筑在过去雾霾度轻、环保压力不大的情况下可以勉强维持。当今雾霾愈重,环保理念加强,为适应当前的形式而发明一种防雾霾太阳能供电环保智能建筑。
实用新型内容:
一种防雾霾太阳能供电环保智能建筑,其特征在于它由防雾霾新风系统、太阳能供电系统、智能家居系统、保温砖、保温瓦、保温窗、保温门组成,该建筑的墙体使用保温砖,屋顶使用保温瓦,门窗采用保温门和保温窗,太阳能供电系统安装在屋顶上,防雾霾新风系统、智能家居系统安装在建筑内部。
保温砖是用页岩烧制内加保温材料的砌块砖,呈长方形,上下两面有孔,砖内填充保温材料。这种砖能够减少室内与室外的温度交换,冬天既易保暖,夏天又易隔热,同时屋顶采用页岩烧制内加保温材料的新型瓦,这种瓦的形状与普通瓦相同,但因成分不同且内填充保温材料,因此能与保温砖起到相同的效果。窗采用保温效果佳的三层或四层窗,门采用加厚且填充保温材料的门。
太阳能供电系统由太阳能电池组件、太阳能控制器、蓄电池、逆变器组成。太阳能是一种可再生新能源,利用太阳能给建筑供电,无噪声、无污染、省能源、可靠性高。该建筑使用太阳能供电系统,可无间断供电,系统运行无需职守,性能高,抗台风、冰雹、潮湿、紫外线辐照等,使用起来稳定、可靠,达到节能环保要求。
智能家居控制系统是指当室内温度、湿度、灯光强度、音响强度达不到或超过设定要求时,传感器将信号传给智能终端信号,智能终端启动调节装置,达到节能、环保、宜人要求。
当室内有害气体超标时,如甲醛、一氧化碳等,感应器给智能终端信号,智能终端启动新风系统。由于采用新风系统,外界雾霾进不来,室内有害气体能排出去,实现防雾霾的目的。
由于此建筑所用材料均为新型保温材料,建筑内环境与建筑外环境相对互不干扰,无需太多能量即可达到人们的要求。加上智能家居控制系统合理,能有效控制灯光亮度,音响、空调强度。仅需建筑本身太阳能供电系统即可实现能源的全部需要,真正实现节能环保。
