技术领域
本发明涉及一种板材表面的花纹成型方法及使用上述方法成型的花纹成型板材,更具体地说,本发明板材表面的花纹成型方法及使用上述方法成型的花纹成型板材在开闭板材的表面贴附烫片(Hot fix)以形成高级装饰花纹而构成高级产品的形象,该开闭板材被安装在衣柜或斗橱或洗碗池门等物中开闭其内部的部分,而且,即使是装饰花纹的形状非常复杂,也能非常简单且迅速地成型该花纹而得以提高作业生产性,还能廉价供应高级产品,而且木材或合成树脂或金属板材也能非常容易地形成该花纹。
背景技术
一般来说,居家使用的高级衣柜中按照各种形态加工众多贝壳后加以贴附的贝壳图衣柜被视为高价衣柜。前述贝壳图衣柜表面上的装饰部分在贝壳图衣柜中开闭的开闭板材的表面上形成有复杂的装饰花纹,根据贴附在前述开闭板材表面的装饰花纹的精巧程度或所投入劳动力的熟练程度而决定贝壳图衣柜的价格。
然而,在前述贝壳图衣柜的开闭板材上形成花纹时不仅需要投入庞大的人力并采取劳动集约方式制作,把贝壳加工成所需形态时要求众多的熟练劳动力而需要花费不少时间制作,因此其造价贵是理所当然的,能够购买前述高价产品的消费者也属于极少数的一部分人。
而且,不仅是贝壳图衣柜,通常的制作方法在洗碗池的门或抽屉的开闭板材不使用特别形态花纹而以单纯形态提供,为了形成装饰性花纹则需要另行在转印纸上贴附花纹板后再贴附到洗碗池的门或抽屉或衣柜表面以赋予装饰效果,前述利用转印纸的花纹经过一定时间后会变色或剥落而降低产品价值。
而且,烫片被贴附在高价服装上作为闪烁用反射体使用,前述烫片虽然可以使用1mm到10mm以上的直径,但烫片通常把铝板或压克力板冲压成5mm左右的圆形或作为其它形态的椭圆形或矩形等各种形状,在前述冲压后的铝板的上部形成反射层、下部则形成胶粘层,在反射层上积累环氧树脂制成圆屋顶(Dome)型形态,把如前所述地制作的多个烫片按照一定文字或图形形态形成烫片花纹板,把如前所述地按照一定形态配置的烫片花纹板贴附到服装上时,由于照明或光线照射时能够发挥出闪烁的反射效果而被应用到著名演艺人员或有钱人所拥有的高价服装,在初始阶段,前述烫片花纹板是从简单的单色文字或图形形态开始的,但是经过多年来的发展后,目前已经发展成为使用5种以上的颜色或5种以上的尺寸成型为龙或其它形状的标志或各种形状而使用各种颜色而且日益复杂、尺寸也多样化的花纹板形态,但只适用于高价服装而无法应用到一般消费者或其它用途,顾客也仅限于高收入的消费者。
发明内容
发明需要解决的技术课题
为了解决前述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种板材表面的花纹成型方法及使用上述方法成型的花纹成型板材,在衣柜、斗橱、洗碗池或书桌上发挥门功能的开闭板材的表面上形成烫片的装饰花纹,即使是复杂的装饰花纹也能轻易地成型而得以有效地提高劳动生产性,还能让非熟练作业人员轻易地成型复杂花纹而得以缩短制作时间并实现产品的高级化,以低廉价格实现产品高级化。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明第一实施例的板材表面的花纹成型方法包括下列步骤:步骤1,让多个烫片按照预定形态配置地排列烫片而形成烫片花纹部;步骤2,一边维持着作为上述烫片的排列形态的烫片花纹部,一边在烫片花纹部的圆屋顶(Dome)型部分用粘合带粘合后按照相反形态排列;步骤3,把粘合到上述粘合带上的烫片花纹部的烫片胶粘层配置在木材之类的薄板纸上,在上述薄板纸上加热让烫片的胶粘层贴附在薄板纸上而使得烫片花纹部贴附在薄板纸上;步骤4,在如前所述地贴附有烫片花纹部的薄板纸的背面涂敷胶粘剂后贴附到开闭板材上;步骤5,在如前所述地贴附有薄板纸的开闭板材实行表面处理。
上述烫片10虽然可以使用其大小为1mm到10mm以上的直径,但烫片通常把铝板或压克力板冲压成5mm左右的圆形或作为其它形态的椭圆形或矩形等各种形状,在前述冲压后的铝板的上部形成反射层10a、下部则形成胶粘层10b,在反射层10a上积累环氧树脂制成圆屋顶型10c形态(图示于图2),但本发明不限于此,没有使用环氧树脂而使用类似的聚丙烯等树脂时也应属于本发明的范围。
上述胶粘层10b使用热熔胶(hot melt),前述热熔胶是一种被加热到130℃左右时熔融而在常温下硬化的胶粘剂,加热时热熔胶熔融并胶粘在薄板纸12上而在常温下以硬化状态贴附在薄板纸12上。除了前述热熔胶以外,还能使用常温硬化而加热则熔融的其它胶粘剂。
上述粘合带11虽然使用了宽度为6cm以上的常用透明乙烯胶带(vinyl tape),但不限定前述宽度的大小,因此可以使用更宽或更窄的带。较佳地,上述粘合带11使用透明或半透明粘合带以便确定是否正常地胶粘了烫片花纹部100。上述粘合带11的“粘合”与“胶粘”是有区别的。“粘合”发挥的是仅维持烫片10的烫片花纹部100形态而且在剥离时不会让烫片10外形出现变化的弱贴附力,“胶粘”则让烫片10的形态完全固定。
本实施例的上述薄板纸12使用了厚度为0.1mm的木材薄板纸。上述薄板纸12可以是木材薄板纸,也可以是金或银之类金属所形成的金属薄板纸,其为当然。当然,也能使用表面光滑的非燃性合成树脂板纸。
在木材制成的前述薄板纸12的背面涂敷胶水(glue)之类的胶粘剂后贴附在开闭板材13的表面,针对如前所述地贴附有薄板纸12的开闭板材13的表面实行光漆或清漆(利用漆树汁涂漆)之类的其它表面处理而制成开闭板材13成品,然后适用于作为开闭板材13用途的门板等处。
如果是金属制成的薄板纸12,即使不涂敷胶粘剂也能让金属薄板纸12的边缘插入并固定。
上述开闭板材13的表面加工处理时为了最大程度地运用木材等原材料的质感而涂敷透明涂料,为了获得清漆之类的效果而涂敷生漆之类的非透明涂料后制成。

如前所述地,为了贴附在开闭板材13而制成的薄板纸12在其表面贴附有各种形状的烫片花纹部100,上述薄板纸12被大量制作后作为个别商品被供应到处理衣柜或洗碗池的其他客户。

前文虽然以开闭内部的开闭板材详细说明了本发明,但不能因此把本发明限定于此,可适用本发明的像贴附在墙壁上的装饰面板一样的一般板材部分也同样属于本发明的权利范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种板材表面的花纹成型方法,包括下列步骤:
让多个烫片(10)按照预定形态配置地排列成烫片花纹部(100);
一边维持着按照所需形态排列了上述烫片(10)的烫片花纹部(100),一边在形成烫片花纹部(100)的烫片(10)的圆屋顶(Dome)型(10c)上用粘合带(11)粘合后按照相反形态排列;
把粘合到上述粘合带(11)上的烫片花纹部(100)的烫片(10)的胶粘层(10b)配置在薄板纸(12)上,在上述薄板纸(12)上加热让烫片(10)的胶粘层(10b)贴附在薄板纸(12)上而使得烫片花纹部(100)贴附在薄板纸(12)上;
在贴附有上述烫片花纹部(100)的薄板纸(12)的背面涂敷胶粘剂后贴附到开闭板材(13)上;
针对贴附有上述薄板纸(12)的开闭板材(13)实行表面处理。
2.一种薄板纸表面的花纹成型方法,包括下列步骤:
让多个烫片(10)按照预定形态配置地排列成烫片花纹部(100);
一边维持着按照所需形态排列了上述烫片(10)的烫片花纹部(100),一边在烫片花纹部(100)的圆屋顶型(10c)用粘合带(11)粘合后按照相反形态排列;
把粘合到上述粘合带(11)上的烫片花纹部(100)的烫片(10)的胶粘层(10b)配置在薄板纸(12)上,在上述薄板纸(12)上加热让烫片(10)的胶粘层(10b)贴附在薄板纸(12)上而使得烫片花纹部(100)贴附在薄板纸(12)上。
3.一种花纹成型板材,
由权利要求1所述的板材表面的花纹成型方法制成,其包括:
板材(13);
薄板纸(12),胶粘在上述板材(13)上;
烫片花纹部(100),按照所需形态配置并胶粘在上述薄板纸(12)上。
4.一种花纹成型薄板纸,
由权利要求2所述的薄板纸表面的花纹成型方法制成,其包括:
薄板纸(12);
烫片花纹部(100),按照所需形态配置并胶粘在上述薄板纸(12)上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的花纹成型薄板纸,其特征在于:
上述薄板纸(12)选自木材薄板纸、金属薄板纸或合成树脂板纸。
