本发明属于一种木柱胶植筋接长再生利用的方法及其设备,方法包括短木的分类、短木锯截、短木干燥、短木组坯选料、短木的压力串接、短木的加工和立柱的标记步骤。设备为短木连接机,短木连接机包括机体、旋转辊、顶压气缸、顶压盘和刨削架。连接件包括一个承重盘,承重盘的两端中部各设有一个与承重盘平面垂直的连接杆钉。本发明的方法能将短木连接成支柱,使废弃的短木再生得刭利用,以节省自然资源。本发明的的设备和连接件,可以方便地完成实现将短木连接成支柱的工艺,具有结构简单,加工方便,易于制作的优点。

Description

一种木柱胶植筋接长再生利用的方法及其设备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种木柱胶植筋接长再生利用的方法及其设备。
背景技术
我国成材林分布面积小,建筑材料短缺,但林场、木材加工厂等利用整体木材的企业存在大量截取有效树材后留存的短木, 这短木由于长度较短,不能作建筑材料使用,通常作为废料堆放, 或用作燃材,或任其腐败。从而使宝贵的自然资源不能得到有效利用,浪费严重。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用木柱胶植筋接长再生利用的方法,该方法能将短木连接成支柱,使废弃的短木再生得到利用,以节省自然资源。
本发明的另一目的是提供将用短木一次性连接成支柱的设备,可以方便地完成实现将短木连接成支柱的工艺,具有结构简单,加工方便,易于制作的优点。
为此, 一种木柱胶植筋接长再生利用的方法是:
(1)短木的分类,按短木的树种硬度分类,并对短木的上、下端直径和长度作明确记载,去除霉变,虫蛀,整体弯曲大于1%的短木;
(2)短木锯截,将短木的上、下端面用圆锯水平截断2~20mm,断面为水平面; 
(3)短木干燥,采用自然或人工干燥,将短木干燥,人工干燥的干燥温度为80℃,干燥至短木含水率降至10%;
(4)短木组坯选料,应依需要组坯选料, 连接的相邻两根短木的连接面直径相同或直径相差小于5%的短木依次串接组坯;

不同树种硬度的数根短木依次串接组坯, 将树种硬度大的短木作为制成支柱的下端短木, 树种硬度小的短木作为制成支柱的上端短木; 
(5)短木的压力串接,将组坯后的数根短木置在短木连接机上的旋转辊上, 在连接的相邻两根短木的连接面上涂胶,再将连接件置在相邻两根短木的连接面上,从旋转辊左、右两端用压力机对组坯后的短木两端加压至相邻两根短木的连接面相互紧密贴合、连接件两侧插固在两根短木的连接面内为止;
(6)短木的加工,开动短木连接机,使加工的短木串接立柱同轴心旋转,横向滑动的刨刀将短木串接立柱刨成设计直径尺寸;
(7)立柱的标记,从短木连接机取下立柱,在其侧面标明其组坯、树种、长和宽度的信息, 制成立柱。
所述的短木长度为0.5~2m。所述的胶采用双组酚环氧树脂胶,或双酚A环氧树脂胶,或为乳胶。
一种实现上述方法的设备, 所述的设备为短木连接机, 短木连接机包括机体、旋转辊、顶压气缸、顶压盘和刨削移动架。两旋转辊间隔距离并排设在机体中部, 两旋转辊一端由同步电机带动, 顶压气缸位于两旋转辊之间两侧外的机体上,气缸活塞杆与顶压盘后侧中端连接, 一侧的机体上设有供刨削移动架与旋转辊轴线平行移动的滑轨,刨削移动架滑配在滑轨上,滑轨上端的机体上设带动刨削移动架移动的螺杆,刨削移动架与螺杆螺接,螺杆一端由控制电机带动, 刨削移动架上设刨削刀。
所述的刨削刀位于刨削移动架上端的刨削刀调节架上。
一种实现上述方法的连接件,所述的连接件包括一个承重盘, 承重盘的两端中部各设有一个与承重盘平面垂直的连接杆钉。所述的连接杆钉的顶部为尖状。所述的承重盘的直径为4~20cm。
上述结构设计实现了本发明的目的。
本发明的方法能将短木连接成支柱,使废弃的短木再生得到利用,以节省自然资源。
本发明的设备和连接件,可以方便地一次性完成实现将短木连接成支柱的工艺,具有结构简单,加工方便,易于制作的优点。具体有如下优点:
(1)本发明可以将数根短木一次性串接成建筑材料-立柱,有效地利用废弃的材料,变废为宝,可以节省大量的自然资源, 可以有效地减少砍伐成材林的数量,避免生态环境遭破坏。
(2)本发明制成的立柱,长短根据需要制备,不受树材长短、粗细限制,扩大了树材的利用率,制成的主柱其竖向抗压强度与同直径的树材立柱相同,使用寿命相同。但其成本较同直径的树材立柱降低60%。
(3)本发明的设备投资少,见效快, 一次性能将数根短木制成立柱,操作简单,使用寿命长,维护费用低,一次投资,长期受益,生产效率高,提高经济效益显著,易推广普及。

具体实施方式
一种木柱胶植筋接长再生利用的方法是:
(1)短木的分类,按短木的树种硬度分类,并对短木的上、下端直径和长度作明确记载,去除霉变,虫蛀,整体弯曲大于1%的短木;
(2)短木锯截,将短木的上、下端面用圆锯水平截断2~20mm,断面为水平面; 
(3)短木干燥,采用自然或人工干燥,将短木干燥,人工干燥的干燥温度为80℃,干燥至短木含水率降至10%;
(4)短木组坯选料,应依需要组坯选料, 连接的相邻两根短木的连接面直径相同或直径相差小于5%的短木依次串接组坯。包括:

不同树种硬度的数根短木依次串接组坯, 将树种硬度大的短木作为制成支柱的下端短木, 树种硬度小的短木作为制成支柱的上端短木;

如图1和图2所示,一种实现上述方法的设备, 所述的设备为短木连接机。短木连接机包括机体11、旋转辊、顶压气缸、顶压盘和刨削移动架。两旋转辊4、41间隔距离并排设在机体中部。两旋转辊一端由同步电机带动, 两旋转辊的另一端与机体轴接。同步电机位于对应的机体内, 同步电机可由位于机体内一侧控制箱12内的控制电路控制,控制仪表及接钮位于控制箱面板上。
顶压气缸1、8位于两旋转辊之间两侧外的机体上, 气缸活塞杆与顶压盘2、7后侧中端连接, 即位于机体左侧的顶压气缸1的气缸活塞杆与顶压盘2后侧中端连接:位于机体右侧的顶压气缸8的气缸活塞杆与顶压盘7后侧中端连接。一侧的机体上设有供刨削移动架9与旋转辊轴线平行移动的滑轨10。滑轨上端的机体上设带动刨削移动架移动的螺杆5,刨削移动架与螺杆螺接。螺杆一端由控制电机带动, 刨削移动架上设刨削刀6。控制电机由位于机体内一侧控制箱内的控制电路控制,计算机控制控制电路。
所述的刨削刀位于刨削移动架上端的刨削刀调节架13上。刨削刀调节架可控制刨削刀切削立柱的深度。为传统设备,故不再累述。
一种实现上述方法的连接件,所述的连接件包括一个承重盘15, 承重盘的两端中部各设有一个与承重盘平面垂直的连接杆钉14、16。所述的连接杆钉的顶部为尖状。所述的承重盘的直径为4~20cm。
制备时, 将短木的分类,按短木的树种硬度分类,并对短木的上、下端直径、长度、作明确记载,去除霉变、虫蛀、整体弯曲大于1%的短木。如硬度大的树种为枣树、槐树、柞树等, 如硬度小的树种为杨树、柳树等。
短木锯截,将短木的上、下端面用圆锯水平截断2~20mm,断面为水平面,以利于串接。 
短木干燥,采用自然或人工干燥,将短木干燥,人工干燥的干燥温度为80℃,干燥至短木含水率降至10%。
短木组坯选料,应依需要组坯选料包括, 连接的相邻两根短木的连接面直径相同或直径相差小于5%的短木依次串接组坯。包括:
同树种硬度的数根短木依次串接组坯。如数根槐树短木的依次串接组坯。
不同树种硬度的数根短木依次串接组坯, 将树种硬度大的短木作为制成支柱的下端短木, 树种硬度小的短木作为制成支柱的上端短木; 如数根柞树与数根杨木的依次串接组坯,应将柞树短木作为制成支柱的下端短木。
短木的压力串接,将组坯后的数根短木3置在短木连接机上的旋转辊上,应保证数根短木同轴心,即置在两旋转辊之间的数根短木同轴心,如用垫片校正。在连接的相邻两根短木的连接面上涂胶。再将连接件置在相邻两根短木的连接面上,通常在相邻两根短木的连接面置2~4个、呈间隔距离分布的连接件即可, 连接件上的连接杆钉轴线应与短木轴心线平行。
开动旋转辊左、右两端的顶压气缸,两顶压气缸的气缸活塞杆相对向内移动并带动顶压盘顶压位于立柱首、尾的两短木端面,使数根短木的相邻两根短木的连接面相互受压靠近贴合,在此过程中连接件的连接杆钉刺入相邻两根短木的连接面内,连接件起钉的固接作用, 连接件的承重盘起均衡连接杆钉刺入深度和均衡两短木承重量的作用。
顶压气缸通过气缸活塞杆及顶压盘对组坯后的短木两端加压至相邻两根短木的连接面相互紧密贴合、连接件两侧插固在两根短木的连接面内为止,从而实现一次完成立柱成型。
短木的加工,开动短木连接机的旋转辊使加工的短木串接立柱同轴心旋转(亦可采用在顶压盘顶压情况下,使顶压盘带动旋转)。调整刨削移动架上的刨削刀的刨削深度,由计算机程序控制的电机带动螺杆旋转使滑轨上端的刨削移动架移动, 横向滑动的刨刀将短木串接立柱刨成设计直径尺寸和将立柱面的刨削平整,完成对立柱的刨削加工, 
立柱的标记,从短木连接机取下立柱,在其侧面标明其组坯、树种、长和宽度的信息, 制成立柱。
总之, 本发明的方法能将短木连接成支柱,使废弃的短木再生得到利用,以节省自然资源。本发明的设备和连接件,可以方便地完成实现将短木连接成支柱的工艺,具有结构简单,加工方便,易于制作的优点。

Claims (8)

1.一种木柱胶植筋接长再生利用的方法,其特征在于:
(1)短木的分类,按短木的树种硬度分类,并对短木的上、下端直径和长度作明确记载,去除霉变,虫蛀,整体弯曲大于1%的短木;
(2)短木锯截,将短木的上、下端面用圆锯水平截断2~20mm,断面为水平面; 
(3)短木干燥,采用自然或人工干燥,将短木干燥,人工干燥的干燥温度为80°C,干燥至短木含水率降至10%;
(4)短木组坯选料,应依需要组坯选料, 连接的相邻两根短木的连接面直径相同或直径相差小于5%的短木依次串接组坯,同树种硬度的数根短木依次串接组坯,或不同树种硬度的数根短木依次串接组坯, 将树种硬度大的短木作为制成支柱的下端短木, 树种硬度小的短木作为制成支柱的上端短木; 
(5)短木的压力串接,将组坯后的数根短木置在短木连接机上的旋转辊上, 在连接的相邻两根短木的连接面上涂胶,再将连接件置在相邻两根短木的连接面上,从旋转辊左、右两端用压力机对组坯后的短木两端加压至相邻两根短木的连接面相互紧密贴合、连接件两侧插固在两根短木的连接面内为止;
(6)短木的加工,开动短木连接机,使加工的短木串接立柱同轴心旋转,横向滑动的刨刀将短木串接立柱刨成设计直径尺寸;
(7)立柱的标记,从短木连接机取下立柱,在其侧面标明其组坯、树种、长和宽度的信息, 制成立柱。
