背景技术
肺泡通气低下综合征（alveolar hypoventilation syndrome）是指肺泡的换气量不能适应组织代谢水平的需要，结果肺泡中氧分压和动脉血氧分压降低，而动脉血中二氧化碳分压升高，但临床上有意义的通气不足综合征，其PaCO2一般高于6.67kPa（50mmHg）。临床表现有各种原发病的症状和体征，症状也不同可出现神志淡漠、头晕、头痛、疲劳、嗜睡、多汗，重者可出现视盘水肿、血压增高应激性溃疡、肺动脉高压、肺心病等。

铁筷子【来源】腊梅科植物腊梅的根及茎。辛温，无毒。【功能主治】袪风理气，活血解毒，治哮喘，劳伤咳嗽，风湿痹痛。《贵阳民间药草》：治风湿骨痛，气滞腹痛。《贵州民间方药集》：镇静，止咳，平喘。
见血飞【来源】于芸香科植物刺异叶花椒的根或根皮。辛，温。功效袪风散寒。【功能主治】活血舒筋，治风寒咳嗽，风湿麻木。《贵州草药》：驱风，散寒。
羚羊角【来源】羚羊，脊椎动物门，哺乳纲，偶蹄目，洞角科，别名高鼻羚羊。年均可捕捉，捕得后，将角从基部锯下。削成薄片，或磨成粉末备用。【功能主治】平肝息风；清肝明目；凉血解毒。用于高热惊痫，神昏痉厥，子痫抽搐，癫痫发狂，头痛眩晕，目赤翳障，温毒发斑，痈肿疮毒。

穿心莲【来源】爵床科植物穿心莲（圆锥须药草）Andrographis paniculata （Burm. f.）Nees 的干燥地上部分。秋初茎叶茂盛时采割，晒干。 【功能主治】清热解毒，凉血，消肿，燥湿。主治：感冒发热，咽喉肿痛，口舌生疮，顿咳劳嗽，泄泻痢疾，热淋涩痛，痈肿疮疡，毒蛇咬伤。
番红花【来源】又称藏红花、西红花，是一种鸢尾科番红花属的多年生花卉，也是一种常见的香料。具有强大的生理活性。【功能主治】有镇静、祛痰、解 痉作用，用于胃病、调经、麻疹、发热、黄胆、肝脾肿大等的治疗。
玄参【来源】为玄参科植物玄参和北玄参的根，含玄参素，环烯醚萜甙类；还含挥发油、生物碱等；其性寒，味甘、苦。【功能主治】滋阴降火，凉血解毒，适用于热病烦渴，发斑，骨蒸劳热，夜寐不宁，自汗盗汗，伤津便秘及咽喉肿痛等症。
石见穿【来源】为唇形科植物华鼠尾草的全草，开花期采割全草，鲜用或晒干。【功能主治】活血化瘀；清热利湿；散结消肿。主月经不调；痛经；经闭；崩漏，便血；湿热黄疸；热热毒血痢；淋痛；带下；风湿骨痛；瘰疬；疮肿；乳痈；带状疱疹；麻风；跌打伤肿。
斑蝥【来源】该品为芫菁科昆虫南方大斑蝥（大斑芫菁）或黄黑小斑蝥（眼斑芫青）的干燥体。【功能主治】攻毒蚀疮；逐瘀散结。主痈疽；瘰疬；顽癣；经闭；症瘕；癌肿。用于癓瘕肿块，积年顽癣，瘰疬，赘疣，痈疽不溃，恶疮死肌。
地骨皮 【来源】为茄科枸杞属植物枸杞的根皮，内含桂皮酸，多种酚类物质，甜菜碱及亚油酸等；地骨皮有显著的解热作用，其煎剂可使血糖降低，有降低血清胆固醇和抗脂肪肝的作用，地骨皮的浸剂对动物有显著的降低血压的作用。其性寒，味甘、淡。【功能主治】凉血，退蒸，清泻肺热，适用于虚劳潮热盗汗，肺热咳喘，血热妄行的吐血、衄血、痈肿恶疮以及肺结核和高血压症等。
密蒙花【来源】为马钱科植物密蒙花的干燥花或花蕾。【功能主治】味甘，性微寒。 归肝，胆经， 清热养肝，明目退翳。用于目赤肿痛，多泪羞明，眼生翳膜，肝虚目暗，视物昏花。
鲜地黄【来源】为玄参科多年生草本植物地黄的新鲜根茎。喜温暖气候，较耐寒。【功能主治】清热凉血清热，生津，治温病伤阴，大热烦渴，舌绛，神昏，斑疹，吐血，衄血，虚劳骨蒸，咳血，消渴，便秘，血崩。
牡丹皮【来源】为毛茛科芍药属植物牡丹的根皮，含牡丹酚，牡丹酚甙，挥发油和植物甾醇等。【功能主治】牡丹皮有降低血压、镇痛、镇静、抗炎和解热作用；对多种致病菌有较强的抑制作用。其性凉，味苦、辛，功能清热，凉血、和血、清瘀，适用于热人血分，发斑、惊痛、吐血、痈疡，跌打损伤等症。
知母【来源】为百合科植物知母的根茎，含多种皂甙及皂甙之，此外还含有两种黄酮类成芒果甙等。【功能主治】知母有明显的解热作用，对流行性出血热、流行性乙型脑炎、肺结核潮热均有明显疗效。其性寒，味甘、苦，功能清热泻火、滋阴润燥，适用于肺热咳喘或阴虚咳嗽，烦热消渴，骨蒸劳热，小便不利，大便燥结等症。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种治疗肺泡通气低下综合征的中药，通过选择合适的药材及其配比，达到安全有效治愈肺泡通气低下综合征的目的。
为了达到上述目的，本发明采用以下技术方案：
一种治疗肺泡通气低下综合征的中药，其特征在于，由以下重量配比的药材制备而成：铁筷子12份、见血飞8份、羚羊角10份、海马12份、穿心莲14份、番红花10份、玄参8份、石见穿9份、斑蝥12份、地骨皮14份、密蒙花12份、鲜地黄10份、牡丹皮14份、知母12份。
下面结合临床实验数据说明本发明的有益效果：
1、一般资料
发明人2010年6月-2011年9月间共收集80例肺泡通气低下综合征的门诊患者，随机分为：治疗组50例，空白组30例。两组年龄、病情等资料无显著性差异，具有可比性。
2、试验方法
2.1治疗组口服本发明按照具体实施例1制得的胶囊，早晚各一次。疗程30天。
2.2空白组口服安慰剂胶囊，早晚各一次。疗程30天。
3、疗效标准与治疗结果
3.1疗效标准
痊愈：临床症状全部消失，试验室检查正常。好转：临床症状减轻，病情得到控制，实验室检查改善或正常。无效：临床症状无明显好转或加重。
3.2治疗统计结果见表1。

具体实施例1
称取：铁筷子12克、见血飞8克、羚羊角10克、海马12克、穿心莲14克、番红花10克、玄参8克、石见穿9克、斑蝥12克、地骨皮14克、密蒙花12克、鲜地黄10克、牡丹皮14克、知母12克，加8倍量水，煎煮1.5小时，过滤；滤渣加6倍量水，煎煮1小时，过滤；合并滤液，浓缩，干燥，装入胶囊壳，即得符合正常成人1天用量的胶囊剂。
用于治疗肺泡通气低下综合征。口服，每日分早晚两次服用。
具体实施例2
称取：铁筷子12克、见血飞8克、羚羊角10克、海马12克、穿心莲14克、番红花10克、玄参8克、石见穿9克、斑蝥12克、地骨皮14克、密蒙花12克、鲜地黄10克、牡丹皮14克、知母12克，加8倍量水，煎煮1.5小时，过滤；滤渣加6倍量水，煎煮1小时，过滤；合并滤液，浓缩，干燥，粉碎，即得符合正常成人1天用量的散剂。
用于治疗肺泡通气低下综合征。口服，每日分早晚两次服用。
具体实施例3
称取：铁筷子12克、见血飞8克、羚羊角10克、海马12克、穿心莲14克、番红花10克、玄参8克、石见穿9克、斑蝥12克、地骨皮14克、密蒙花12克、鲜地黄10克、牡丹皮14克、知母12克，煎煮1.5小时，过滤；滤渣加6倍量水，煎煮1小时，过滤；合并滤液，浓缩，干燥，再加入适量糊精和矫味剂，按照本领域常规工艺制粒，包装，即可制得符合正常成人1天用量的颗粒剂。
用于治疗肺泡通气低下综合征。口服，每日分早晚两次服用。
