一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种静力压桩机,特别是一种建筑基础用的连续式静力压桩机。
二、背景技术:
目前,静力压桩机都是间歇性的分数次将桩压入地下,即压入一次后再升起油缸,抱桩后收缩油缸将桩压入,如此反复。
三、发明内容:
本发明克服以上缺点,提供了一种连续式静力压桩机。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种连续压入式静力压桩机,桩体上每隔一定距离设有一个桩箍,每个桩箍绕桩体一圈,其截面形状为一倒梯形,桩体左右两边分别设有上下两液压马达,链轨环绕上下两液压马达,链轨上与桩箍等距离设有数个棘突,棘突正好勾住桩箍,液压马达固定于底盘上。
本发明具有以下的特点:
本连续压入式静力压桩机通过液压马达驱动链轨上的棘突,将桩体连续压入地下,其压桩效率比间歇性压桩机提高一倍。

附图为本发明的一种具体实施例,该实施例桩体1上每隔一定距离设有一个桩箍2,每个桩箍绕桩体一圈,其截面形状为一倒梯形,桩体左右两边分别设有上下两液压马达3,链轨4环绕上下两液压马达,链轨4上与桩箍等距离设有数个棘突5,棘突5正好勾住桩箍2,液压马达3固定于底盘6上。
本发明工作时,左边的两液压马达顺时针方向转动,右边的两液压马达逆时针方向转动,液压马达在转动过程中驱动靠桩最近的两条链轨向下运动,链轨上的棘突勾住桩体上的桩箍将桩体连续压入土体。

1.一种连续压入式静力压桩机,桩体(1)上每隔一定距离设有一个桩箍(2),每个桩箍绕桩体一圈,其截面形状为一倒梯形,其特征在于:桩体左右两边分别设有上下两液压马达(3),链轨(4)环绕上下两液压马达,链轨(4)上与桩箍等距离设有数个棘突(5),棘突(5)正好勾住桩箍(2),液压马达(3)固定于底盘(6)上,工作时,左边的两液压马达顺时针方向转动,右边的两液压马达逆时针方向转动,液压马达在转动过程中驱动靠桩最近的两条链轨向下运动,链轨上的棘突勾住桩体上的桩箍将桩体连续压入土体。
