技术领域
本发明涉及发泡板材的生产加工机械领域,具体地说是一种对发泡机生产的发泡板材进行熟化的机械。
背景技术
传统的发泡板材熟化机,是采用上下针床结构,利用上下针对扎进行熟化的,其缺点是,在上下针的交界处容易形成盲区,对扎不透影响熟化效果。
发明内容
本发明为解决发泡板材熟化机,采用上下针对扎进行熟化,容易在上下针的交界处形成盲区,对扎不透影响熟化效果的问题,设计一种单针板结构的发泡板熟化装置。
本发明的技术方案是,一种发泡板熟化机的熟化机构,其特殊之处是,在底架上装有呈四角排布的四条立导柱,四条立导柱的上端装有联接顶板;立导柱的下部装有滑动的扎针床板,扎针床板的上方装有下扎针导板,下扎针导板的侧面由支撑架与底架固定联接;立导柱的中部装有滑动的上扎针导板,上扎针导板的上方装有滑动的扎针垫板,上扎针导板与扎针垫板的侧面由联接板固定成一体状;扎针垫板的上面装有上液压缸,上液压缸固定在立导柱的联接顶板上,扎针床板的下面装有下液压缸,下液压缸固定在底架上;扎针床板上面装有若干竖向扎针,下扎针导板和上扎针导板上都开有多个与扎针对应的导孔,扎针的上端探入下扎针导板的导孔内。
工作时,将发泡板送到下扎针导板上,启动上液压缸和下液压缸,上液压缸推动扎针垫板和上扎针导板沿立导柱下行,使上扎针导板靠近发泡板的上面;同时,下液压缸推动扎针床板沿立导柱上行,带动扎针通过下扎针导板的导孔,刺穿发泡板进入上扎针导板的导孔。
本发明的技术效果是,采用上述的技术方案,可以实现一种结构简单,熟化质量稳定可靠的发泡板熟化机结构。

下面结合附图实施例,对本发明进一步说明。
如图所示,在底架1上装有呈四角排布的四条立导柱5,四条立导柱5的上端装有联接顶板7;立导柱5的下部装有滑动的扎针床板12,扎针床板12的上方装有下扎针导板4,下扎针导板4的侧面由支撑架3与底架1固定联接;立导柱5的中部装有滑动的上扎针导板10,上扎针导板10的上方装有滑动的扎针垫板9,上扎针导板10与扎针垫板9的侧面由联接板6固定成一体状;扎针垫板9的上面装有上液压缸8,上液压缸8固定在立导柱5的联接顶板7上,扎针床板12的下面装有下液压缸2,下液压缸2固定在底架1上;扎针床板12上面装有若干竖向扎针11,下扎针导板4和上扎针导板10上都开有多个与扎针11对应的导孔,扎针11的上端探入下扎针导板4的导孔内。
工作时,将发泡板送到下扎针导板4上,启动上液压缸8和下液压缸2,上液压缸8推动扎针垫板9和上扎针导板10沿立导柱5下行,使上扎针导板10靠近发泡板的上面;同时,下液压缸2推动扎针床板12沿立导柱5上行,带动扎针11通过下扎针导板4的导孔,刺穿发泡板进入上扎针导板10的导孔。

1.一种发泡板熟化机的熟化机构,其特征是:在底架上装有呈四角排布的四条立导柱,四条立导柱的上端装有联接顶板;立导柱的下部装有滑动的扎针床板,扎针床板的上方装有下扎针导板,下扎针导板的侧面由支撑架与底架固定联接;立导柱的中部装有滑动的上扎针导板,上扎针导板的上方装有滑动的扎针垫板,上扎针导板与扎针垫板的侧面由联接板固定成一体状;扎针垫板的上面装有上液压缸,上液压缸固定在立导柱的联接顶板上,扎针床板的下面装有下液压缸,下液压缸固定在底架上;扎针床板上面装有若干竖向扎针,下扎针导板和上扎针导板上都开有多个与扎针对应的导孔。
