Abstract

一种模具，包括模具架及设于其内的模腔，模腔内设有一与其宽度一致的镶块，模具架的一侧设有两平行设置的导柱及设于其上的导套托板，所述导套托板中间穿有一螺杆，其一端与模腔内的镶块联接，另一端联接有一伺服电机。本发明的压铸模具，是在模腔中增加了一个联接有伺服电机的镶块，模腔长度的调整可通过调整镶块的位置来实现，操作简单方便;镶块与电机通过螺杆联接，使得调整精度增高，进而提高了产品的精度。本发明具有操作简单、成本低、寿命长、加工范围广等特点。

本发明涉及模具制造技术领域，尤其涉及一种压铸模具。 
背景技术
压铸模具的结构很多，目前常用的模具一般采用一付模具对应一种产品，或者是通过在模腔里增加或更换镶块来实现压铸多种产品，这就使得产品成本增加，且操作复杂、产品次品率高。 
发明内容
为了克服传统压铸模具的上述缺陷，本发明提供了一种结构简单、易操作、适用范围广的压铸模具。 
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是：一种模具，包括模具架及设于其内的模腔，模腔内设有一与其宽度一致的镶块，模具架的一侧设有两平行设置的导柱及设于其上的导套托板，所述导套托板中间穿有一螺杆，其一端与模腔内的镶块联接，另一端联接有一伺服电机。 
本发明的压铸模具，是在模腔中增加了一个联接有伺服电机的镶块，模腔长度的调整可通过调整镶块的位置来实现，操作简单方便;镶块与电机通过螺杆联接，使得调整精度增高，进而提高了产品的精度。本发明具有操作简单、成本低、寿命长、加工范围广等特点。

具体实施方式
本发明的压铸模具的结构如图1所示，包括模具架3 及设于其内的模腔1，模腔1 内设有一与其宽度一致的镶块2 ，模具架3 的一侧设有两平行设置的导柱5 及设于其上的导套托板6 ，所述导套托板6 中间穿有一螺杆4 ，其一端与模腔1 内的镶块2 联接，另一端联接有一伺服电机70使用时通过伺服电机7 、螺杆4 调节镶块2 的位置来达到产品所需的尺寸，这样大大降低了产品开发的模具投资，降低了产品的生产成本。

1.一种模具，其特征在于：包括模具架(3) 及设于其内的模腔(1)，模腔(1)内设有一与其宽度一致的镶块(2)，模具架(3) 的一侧设有两平行设置的导柱(5) 及设于其上的导套托板(6)，所述导套托板(6) 中间穿有一螺杆(4)，其一端与模腔(1)内的镶块(2) 联接，另一端联接有一伺服电机(7)。
