Abstract
本发明公开了抱箍连接分体式膜壳，包括筒体，筒体的左右两端分别设置有抱箍式左包头、抱箍式右包头，筒体与抱箍式左包头之间通过不锈钢抱箍固定连接，筒体与抱箍式右包头之间通过不锈钢抱箍固定连接，在各个结合面上通过密封圈密封。本发明在安装时长度进行任意组合，并且组装起来方便快捷。

技术领域
本发明属于水处理装置技术领域，涉及一种抱箍连接分体式膜壳。
背景技术
随着膜法水处理技术的不断发展，玻璃钢压力容器已经在膜法水处理组件中广泛应用。膜法水处理组件主要由玻璃钢压力容器、水处理膜组及相应组件构成。水处理膜组及相应组件安装在玻璃钢压力容器内。用户根据所需产水量、运行效率、场地空间、成本等因素选择相应的水处理膜种类、数量、及相应长度的玻璃钢压力容器。以直径8英寸（202毫米）水处理膜组件来说，单根膜长度为40英寸（1016毫米），用户选择膜壳长度可从安装一根水处理膜的玻璃钢膜壳（长度约为1500毫米）到安装7根水处理膜的玻璃钢膜壳（长度约为7600毫米）。对于专业的水处理工程公司而言，由于用户设计选择的同一玻璃钢压力容器内的安装水处理膜数量不同，而导致需要库存不同长度种类的玻璃钢压力容器，会占用较多的资金及空间，同时还可能增加由于采购而增加的安装时间；对于水处理设备使用端的用户如果有增加水处理能力的要求，则必须增加新的膜组件，重新安装布置管路，改变相应部分的设计参数，增加相应位置的零部件的尺寸，工作量比较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种抱箍连接分体式膜壳，安装时长度进行任意组合，并且组装起来方便快捷。
本发明所采用的技术方案是，一种抱箍连接分体式膜壳，包括筒体，筒体的左右两端分别设置有抱箍式左包头、抱箍式右包头，筒体与抱箍式左包头之间通过不锈钢抱箍固定连接，筒体与抱箍式右包头之间通过不锈钢抱箍固定连接，在各个结合面上通过密封圈密封。
本发明的特征还在于，
筒体为单节或多节结构，当筒体为多节结构时，每节筒体之间通过不锈钢抱箍固定连接并通过密封圈密封。
抱箍式左包头的侧壁上开有进出水口，抱箍式左包头上设置有用于放置密封圈的密封槽，抱箍式左包头与筒体接触端的外表面设置有凸起。
筒体为中空圆柱体，筒体上设置有用于放置密封圈的密封槽，筒体的两端头的外表面设置有凸起。
抱箍式右包头的侧壁上开有进出水口，抱箍式右包头上设置有用于放置密封圈的密封槽，抱箍式右包头与筒体接触端的外表面设置有凸起。
本发明的有益效果是设计一种可分体组合的抱箍连接分体式膜壳，采用分体式的膜组件设计，用户可以在整个系统设计时预留一定的储备能力，一旦有增加水处理能力的要求时只需将原有膜壳加长，同时增加水处理膜的安装数量，对管路作少量的设计变动便能达到要求；对于进行膜壳生成的制造商在生产组织、销售、运输中也只需制作和销售能进行拼装的模块化的膜壳，从而实现模块化的组对，实现三方受益的理念，能满足各方需求，是水处理玻璃钢膜壳今后发展的方向。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
本发明抱箍连接分体式膜壳的结构，如图1所示，包括筒体2，筒体2的左右两端分别设置有抱箍式左包头1、抱箍式右包头5，筒体2与抱箍式左包头1之间通过不锈钢抱箍3固定连接，筒体2与抱箍式右包头5之间通过不锈钢抱箍3固定连接，在各个结合面上通过密封圈4密封。筒体2为单节或多节结构，当筒体2为多节结构时候，每节筒体2之间通过不锈钢抱箍3固定连接并通过密封圈4密封。
抱箍式左包头1的结构如图2所示，在抱箍式左包头1的侧壁上开有进出水口7，在抱箍式左包头1上设置有用于放置密封圈4的密封槽6。抱箍式左包头1与筒体2接触端的外表面设置有凸起，为了方便不锈钢抱箍3卡住。
筒体2结构如图3所示，筒体2为中空圆柱体，筒体2上设置有用于放置密封圈4的密封槽6，筒体2的两端头的外表面设置有凸起，为了方便不锈钢抱箍3卡住。
抱箍式右包头5的结构如图4所示，在抱箍式右包头5的侧壁上开有进出水口7，抱箍式右包头5上设置有用于放置密封圈4的密封槽6。抱箍式右包头5与筒体2接触端的外表面设置有凸起，为了方便不锈钢抱箍3卡住。
本发明中，各个膜壳之间的连接采用抱箍紧固的连接形式，通过抱箍紧固使端面结合面压紧，挤压密封圈，从而达到完全密封。如果需要增加长度，只需要增加筒体2及匹配的不锈钢抱箍3、密封圈4即可。

1.一种抱箍连接分体式膜壳，其特征在于：包括筒体(2)，筒体(2)的左右两端分别设置有抱箍式左包头(1)、抱箍式右包头(5)，所述筒体(2)与抱箍式左包头(1)之间通过不锈钢抱箍(3)固定连接，所述筒体(2)与抱箍式右包头(5)之间通过不锈钢抱箍(3)固定连接，在各个结合面上通过密封圈(4)密封；
所述筒体(2)为单节或多节结构，当筒体(2)为多节结构时，每节筒体(2)之间通过不锈钢抱箍(3)固定连接并通过密封圈(4)密封；
所述抱箍式左包头(1)的侧壁上开有进出水口(7)，所述抱箍式左包头(1)上设置有用于放置密封圈(4)的密封槽(6)，所述抱箍式左包头(1)与筒体(2)接触端的外表面设置有凸起；
