Description

一种尘气水浴过滤器
技术领域    本发明涉及一种净化装置，尤其是一种气体净化装置。
背景技术    众所周知，在钢铁行业、水泥行业、冶金行业、火力发电等工业生产中经常会产生大量的废气，这些废气会严重污染大气，影响环境卫生和人体健康。虽然现在已经对这些废气进行过滤净化处理，但是选用的过滤净化设备的体积较大、造价较高、操作较为繁琐，不利于推广使用。为此，我们提供一种新式废气过滤设备非常必要。
发明内容    本发明的目的是提供一种通过净水吸附气体杂质和灰尘的尘气水浴过滤器。
本发明包括进气管、出气管以及净化室，在净化室内部安装隔板，在隔板与净化室之间注满净水，进气管透过隔板插入水内；在净化室外侧底部接通水箱，所述水箱的顶边低于隔板，在水箱顶部接通出气管，所述出气管保持竖直状态，在出气管的内部安装过滤棉。
使用时，当尘气从进气管进入净水中后，混合在气体在的杂质和有毒气体会被净水吸收溶合，气体经水过滤后从水箱顶端的出气管排出，在排出过程中，会被过滤棉再一次的过滤，使得排出的气体更加纯净。
与已有技术相比，本发明的有益效果为：结构合理、安装简便、方便实用，可通过水浴方式净化工业废气，而且体积小巧，便于安装使用。

具体实施方式    在图1所示的本发明的立体结构简图中，包括进气管1、出气管2以及净化室3，在净化室内部安装隔板4，在隔板与净化室之间注满净水，进气管透过隔板插入水内；在净化室外侧底部接通水箱5，所述水箱的顶边低于隔板，在水箱顶部接通出气管，所述出气管保持竖直状态，在出气管的内部安装过滤棉6。

1.一种尘气水浴过滤器，包括进气管（1）、出气管（2）以及净化室（3），其特征在于：在净化室（3）内部安装隔板（4），在隔板（4）与净化室（3）之间注满净水，进气管（1）透过隔板（4）插入水内；在净化室（3）外侧底部接通水箱（5），所述水箱（5）的顶边低于隔板（4），在水箱（5）顶部接通出气管（2），所述出气管（2）保持竖直状态，在出气管（2）的内部安装过滤棉（6）。
