Abstract
一种袋式除尘器，包括进气口、灰斗、排灰阀、箱体以及出气口，箱体内部安置滤袋，箱体顶部设有出气口，底部设有灰斗，在灰斗底部设有排灰阀，进气口与灰斗相通；出气口与水箱底部接通，在水箱顶部设有排气管。本实用新型具有设计合理、方便实用、效率高等优点。
Description
技术领域 本实用新型涉及一种工业设备，尤其是一种除尘设备。
背景技术 已知，目前工业生产中经常使用各类除尘设备。其中，袋式除尘器被广泛应用。然而，现在的袋式除尘器功能过于单一，只能对气体中的固体灰尘进行吸收过滤，却无法对气体中的有毒气体进行吸收，因此其过滤效果不完全，无法满足工业需求。
发明内容 本实用新型的目的是提供一种可对固体灰尘和有毒气体同时进行吸收的袋式除尘器。
本实用新型包括进气口、灰斗、排灰阀、箱体以及出气口，箱体内部安置滤袋，箱体顶部设有出气口，底部设有灰斗，在灰斗底部设有排灰阀，进气口与灰斗相通；出气口与水箱底部接通，在水箱顶部设有排气管。
使用时，气体从进气口进入灰斗，流经滤袋后从出气口进入水箱，从水箱经水液过滤后从排气管排出。其中，滤袋可对气体中的固体灰尘、杂质进行吸收过滤，水箱中的水液可对气体中的有毒气体进行吸收过滤。
与已有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果为：设计合理、方便实用、效率高，可同时对固体灰尘和有毒气体进行吸收过滤，提高净化精度。

1.一种袋式除尘器，包括进气口（1）、灰斗（2）、排灰阀（3）、箱体（4）以及出气口（5），其特征在于：箱体（4）内部安置滤袋（6），箱体（4）顶部设有出气口（5），底部设有灰斗（2），在灰斗（2）底部设有排灰阀（3），进气口（1）与灰斗（2）相通；出气口（5）与水箱（7）底部接通，在水箱（7）顶部设有排气管（8）。
