Abstract

磁保持继电器的簧片开关组件,包括动簧片、静簧片、动触点和静触点,动触点和静触点分别设于动簧片和静簧片的端部;动簧片设有动触点的一端经连续两次同向折弯形成倒U型;静簧片设有静触点的一端经连续两次同向折弯形成U型;动簧片的倒U型端部与静簧片的U型端部交错层叠设置。进一步,为了增加动、静触点的接触压力,还设有一拉簧,所述拉簧的一端固接于动簧片的倒U型端部,另一端安装于继电器的基座。本发明的结构新颖简单,利用异向电流之间产生的洛伦磁力以及由拉簧对动簧片产生的使得动触点贴近静触点的拉力,来增加动、静触点的接触压力,从而可以抵抗瞬间大电流的冲击,有效提升磁保持继电器的工作可靠性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种可抗大电流冲击的磁保持继电器的簧片开关组件。
背景技术
磁保持继电器通过簧片开关组件中动、静触点的接触与分离实现电路的接通与断开的功能。当动、静触点相接触,电路接通时,动、静触点承载电流导电,因此在动、静触点之间存在分离动、静触点的电动斥力,而且电流越大,电动斥力越大,对动、静触点接触的可靠性构成极大威胁,尤其是瞬间大电流的冲击极易造成动、静触点的短时分离,使得磁保持继电器的工作可靠性不高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可抗大电流冲击的磁保持继电器的簧片开关组件。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:磁保持继电器的簧片开关组件,包括动簧片、静簧片、动触点和静触点,动触点和静触点分别设于动簧片和静簧片的端部;动簧片设有动触点的一端经连续两次同向折弯形成倒U型;静簧片设有静触点的一端经连续两次同向折弯形成U型;动簧片的倒U型端部与静簧片的U型端部交错层叠设置。
作为优选,动簧片倒U型端部和静簧片U型端部的两次折弯角度均为90度。
进一步,为了增加动、静触点的接触压力,还设有一拉簧,所述拉簧的一端固接于动簧片的倒U型端部,另一端安装于继电器的基座。
本发明的工作原理是:当动、静触点相接触,承载电流导电时,相邻的动簧片与静簧片中电流走向正好相反,根据反向电流之间产生相互排斥的洛伦磁力的原理,动簧片设有动触点的部位将受到来自相邻静簧片的相排斥的洛伦磁力,静簧片设有静触点的部位将受到来自相邻动簧片的相排斥的洛伦磁力,使得动、静触点接触更为牢靠,而且电流越大,洛伦磁力越大,动、静触点接触越牢靠。
本发明的结构新颖简单,利用异向电流之间产生的洛伦磁力以及由拉簧对动簧片产生的使得动触点贴近静触点的拉力,来增加动、静触点的接触压力,从而可以抵抗瞬间大电流的冲击,有效提升磁保持继电器的工作可靠性。

参看图1,本发明磁保持继电器的簧片开关组件,包括动簧片1、静簧片2、动触点3、静触点4和拉簧5,动触点3和静触点4分别设于动簧片1和静簧片2的端部;动簧片1设有动触点3的一端经连续两次同向90度折弯形成倒U型;静簧片2设有静触点4的一端经连续两次同向90度折弯形成U型;动簧片1的倒U型端部与静簧片2的U型端部交错层叠设置;拉簧5的一端固接于动簧片1的倒U型端部,另一端安装于继电器的基座。

1.磁保持继电器的簧片开关组件,包括动簧片、静簧片、动触点和静触点,动触点和静触点分别设于动簧片和静簧片的端部;其特征是:动簧片设有动触点的一端经连续两次同向折弯形成倒U型;静簧片设有静触点的一端经连续两次同向折弯形成U型;动簧片的倒U型端部与静簧片的U型端部交错层叠设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磁保持继电器的簧片开关组件,其特征是:动簧片倒U型端部和静簧片U型端部的两次折弯角度均为90度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的磁保持继电器的簧片开关组件,其特征是:还设有一拉簧,所述拉簧的一端固接于动簧片的倒U型端部,另一端安装于继电器的基座。
