Claims (2)
1.一种光机电一体化控制的高防护级的专用智能锁具,包括锁体,其特征在于:锁体侧边固定安装有精密铸造加厚导向板;锁体内安装有控制电路板,控制电路板上安装有主锁舌光耦传感器,所述主锁舌光耦传感器位于与主锁舌组件相连接的天地杆的下方,与天地杆中部的感应档板位置相互对应;控制电路板中部安装有锁芯光耦传感器,所述锁芯光耦传感器位于锁芯凸轮两侧的下方,当锁芯凸轮转动时其凸起部位置与锁芯光耦传感器相互对应;精密铸造加厚导向板内侧边保险孔旁安装有第一磁性传感器,第一磁性传感器与安装在门框内的另一个第二磁性传感器配合,第一磁性传感器与控制电路板之间电连接;锁体外面板上端安装有门卡感应模块,门卡感应模块电连接到控制电路板;锁体内面板上安装有发音控制板、发音装置和电池仓,发音装置和电池仓均电连接到发音控制板,发音控制板电连接到控制电路板; 所述控制电路板,板上包括有可编程单片机及其配套电子元件,所述主锁舌光耦传感器、锁芯光耦传感器、第一磁性传感器均与控制电路板电连接; 所述发音控制板,板上包括有单片机及其配套电子元件,所述发音装置为电子喇叭。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光机电一体化控制的高防护级的专用智能锁具,其特征在于:所述精密铸造加厚导向板,为不锈钢整体采用硅溶胶铸造技术一体铸造而成,板体厚度为 8mm-12mm0
