Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a rubber blanket cleaning agent which has few volatile substances and a high flash point and does not consume petroleum solvent, is used for replacing the traditional rubber blanket cleaning agent which takes gasoline and kerosene as main solvents, not only eliminates the damage of the traditional rubber blanket cleaning agent to the environment and staff, but also can reduce the consumption of petroleum resources, thereby saving resources.
The invention is realized by the following technical measures, the formula of the environment-friendly high-efficiency rubber blanket cleaning agent comprises a main solvent, a cleaning auxiliary agent and a penetrating agent; wherein the main solvent is phosphate ester series or sodium oleate; the cleaning assistant comprises surfactant and emulsifier.
The solid dirt mixed with the printing ink with various colors is adhered to equipment, and the main components of the solid dirt mixed with the printing ink are synthetic resin such as phenolic resin, polyamide resin and the like, organic pigment, colloidal calcium carbonate and other fillers. According to the principle of "similar compatibility" and considering the factors of water solubility and biodegradability, the main solvent in the formula is selected from phosphate series, sodium oleate, etc.
The main solvent is preferably tributyl phosphate.
The surfactant is preferably sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, and the emulsifier is preferably one or the combination of any of OP-10, TX-10 and AEO-9. The cleaning assistant can obviously improve the performance of the main solvent. In order to improve the cleaning efficiency, a surfactant and an emulsifier are added into the formula, wherein the surfactant and the emulsifier are mainly selected from sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, OP-10, TX-10 and AEO-9, and in the cleaning process, oily dirt is restrained in micelles of the surfactant and cannot be deposited on the surface of an object to be cleaned, so that the object to be cleaned can be prevented from being polluted again.
The osmotic agent is preferably JFC. In order to improve the ink cleaning effect and increase the dissolution rate, a penetrant may be added to improve the permeability of the cleaner to the ink. The formula selects JFC as a penetrating agent.
The invention also discloses a preparation process of the environment-friendly high-efficiency rubber blanket cleaning agent, which comprises the following steps:
(1) and mixing: mixing a main solvent, a surfactant, an emulsifier and a penetrant according to a mass ratio of 85-95: 4-9: 0.5-1.5: 1-3, and then putting into a reaction kettle;
(2) and stirring: starting a stirring motor of the reaction kettle, stirring at the speed of 2000-;
(3) and finished products: and taking out the product obtained in the last step and packaging to obtain a finished product.
The main solvent is preferably tributyl phosphate.
The surfactant is preferably sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, and the emulsifier is preferably one or the combination of any of OP-10, TX-10 and AEO-9.
The osmotic agent is preferably JFC.
The mass ratio of the main solvent, the surfactant, the emulsifier and the penetrating agent is preferably 91: 6: 1: 2.
The invention can be mixed with water according to the mass ratio of 1: 1.3 for use.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, compared with the traditional rubber blanket cleaning agent and the current environment-friendly rubber blanket cleaning agent on the market, the rubber blanket cleaning agent has the following advantages:
(1) the flash point is high, the traditional rubber blanket cleaning agent and the environment-friendly rubber blanket cleaning agent on the current market mainly contain kerosene or gasoline, the flash point is only about 40 ℃, the flash point of the product can reach 130 ℃, and hidden dangers in the aspects of fire fighting in the transportation, storage and use processes can be eliminated.
(2) The odor is low, toxic and harmful volatile substances such as benzene, dimethylbenzene and trichloroethylene are not contained, the low VOC emission standard required by international standards is ensured, and the environment is not polluted. The currently used environment-friendly blanket cleaning agent has heavy pungent smell, but the product of the invention has no pungent smell, creates a good production environment for staff, and has no harm to the body of the staff.
(3) The cleaning agent does not contain a petroleum solvent, most of the traditional rubber blanket cleaning agents contain the petroleum solvents such as gasoline, kerosene and the like, the environment-friendly rubber blanket cleaning agents sold in the current market mainly use the petroleum solvents and consume a large amount of petroleum resources, and the product of the invention does not contain the petroleum solvents completely and has the effects of low carbon and environment protection.
(4) Do not play any chemical reaction with the blanket, can keep the blanket can not swell, warp when effectively getting rid of printing ink, can effectively improve the life of blanket, use petrol, kerosene as the blanket cleaner, this type of material has the corrosive action to the blanket, and the blanket can warp very fast after wasing with petrol, kerosene, and the swelling rate increase will often shut down among the printing process, influences printing efficiency.
(5) When the environment-friendly blanket cleaning agent used at present is used after being mixed with water, a large amount of water bubbles can be generated on the blanket, the drying speed is low, and the downtime is increased. The product of the invention has no bubble problem when being used after being mixed with water, has high drying speed and can effectively improve the production efficiency.
(6) The content of chlorine element in the currently used environment-friendly rubber blanket cleaning agent is seriously exceeded, and the product produced by the invention does not detect the chlorine element, thereby being more in line with the international environment-friendly requirement.
(7) The cleaning efficiency is high, the effect is good, the dosage is less, and the cleaning can be completely realized by only scrubbing for 1-2 times without leaving stains.

Example 1
An environment-friendly high-efficiency rubber blanket cleaning agent is processed by the following processing steps:
(1) and mixing: mixing sodium oleate, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, OP-10, AEO-9 and JFC according to the mass ratio of 87: 7: 1: 0.5: 3, and then filling the mixture into a reaction kettle;
(2) and stirring: starting a stirring motor of the reaction kettle, stirring at the speed of 2500/min until all components are completely dissolved, and uniformly cleaning and transparent the solution;
(3) and finished products: and taking out and packaging the obtained product in the last step to obtain a finished product.
The prepared finished product is uniform colorless transparent liquid, has specific gravity of 0.96g/cm3, pH value of 6-7, and can be used by mixing with water at a ratio of 1: 1.3 and shaking.
Example 2
An environment-friendly high-efficiency rubber blanket cleaning agent is processed by the following processing steps:
(1) and mixing: mixing tributyl phosphate, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, OP-10 and JFC according to the mass ratio of 91: 6: 1: 2, and filling into a reaction kettle;
(2) and stirring: starting a stirring motor of the reaction kettle, stirring at the speed of 3000r/min until all components are completely dissolved, and uniformly cleaning and transparent the solution;
(3) and finished products: and taking out and packaging the obtained product in the last step to obtain a finished product.
The prepared finished product is uniform colorless transparent liquid, has specific gravity of 0.94g/cm3, pH value of 6-7, and can be used by mixing with water at a ratio of 1: 1.3 and shaking.
