技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种免烧凹凸棒粉煤灰保温砖。
背景技术
我国矿产资源80%为共伴生矿,大量有价值资源存留于尾矿之中,尾矿堆存需要占用大量土地。很多尾矿库超期或超负荷使用,甚至违规操作,使尾矿库存在极大的安全隐患,对周边地区的人民财产和生命安全造成严重威胁。
凹凸棒石粘土除含凹凸棒石外,常含有蒙脱石、高岭石、水云母、海泡石、石英、蛋白石及碳酸盐等矿物。
与凹凸棒石粘土矿共生的还有火山碎屑岩,火山碎屑岩大多在凹凸棒石粘土矿的上层,有的凹凸棒石粘土矿区上层的火山碎屑岩矿层的厚度高达数十米,凹凸棒石粘土在开采过程中,凹凸棒石粘土矿区上层的火山碎屑岩作为废弃物抛弃,据实地考察,每开采1吨凹凸棒石粘土产生的火山碎屑岩有30吨以上,按年产15万吨的产量计算,产生的火山碎屑岩高达450万吨,多年来都没有能得到利用,整个矿区到处是重新堆积的火山碎屑岩混合物,造成严重的资源浪费和经济损失。
粉煤灰是从煤燃烧后的烟气中收捕下来的细灰,粉煤灰也是燃煤电厂排出的主要固体废物,是我国当前排量较大的工业废渣之一,随着电力工业的发展,燃煤电厂的粉煤灰排放量逐年增加。大量的粉煤灰不加处理,就会产生扬尘,污染大气;若排入水系会造成河流淤塞,其中的有毒化学物质还会对人体和生物造成危害。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中不足之处,提供一种免烧凹凸棒粉煤灰保温砖。
免烧凹凸棒粉煤灰保温砖的配料由凹凸棒石粘土尾矿粉、粉煤灰、火山碎屑岩、膨润土尾矿粉、硅藻土尾矿粉和水泥组成;将免烧凹凸棒粉煤灰保温砖的配料经过搅拌,压制成不同形状的免烧凹凸棒粉煤灰保温砖半成品,按照水泥制品的常规养护方法进行养护,28天后包装为免烧凹凸棒粉煤灰保温砖的成品。
凹凸棒石粘土是一种层链状结构的含水富镁铝硅酸盐粘土矿物,凹凸棒石粘土土质细腻,吸水性强,湿时具粘性和可塑性,有利于原料之间的粘结,并能提高免烧凹凸棒粉煤灰保温砖的强度和孔隙率。
凹凸棒石粘土在开采过程中会混杂有一定量的碎石和泥土,无法进行筛分,作为一种尾矿抛弃,造成大量的资源浪费,本发明选用粉碎后的凹凸棒石粘土尾矿粉,颗粒细度≤0.149毫米。
粉煤灰能增加免烧凹凸棒粉煤灰保温砖的孔隙率,本发明选用粉碎后的粉煤灰,颗粒细度≤0.25毫米。
火山碎屑岩是介于岩浆熔岩和沉积岩之间的过渡类型的岩石,其中50%以上的成分是由火山碎屑流喷出的物质组成,这些火山碎屑主要是火山上早期凝固的熔岩、通道周围在火山喷发时被炸裂的岩石形成的。火山碎屑岩混合物包括岩屑、晶屑、玻璃质屑、浆屑、火山块、火山砾和火山灰,火山碎屑岩能增加免烧凹凸棒粉煤灰保温砖的强度,本发明选用粉碎后的火山碎屑岩混合物,颗粒细度≤5.0毫米。
膨润土具有可塑性和黏结性,本发明选用的膨润土尾矿大多分布在凹凸棒石粘土矿的下层,很难进行独立开采,质量也较差,大部分被抛弃于尾矿区,本发明选用粉碎后的膨润土尾矿,颗粒细度≤0.25毫米。
硅藻土细腻、松散、质轻、多孔,比表面积大,空隙呈有规律分布,化学性质稳定,是一种天然纳米孔径无定形硅质材料,但是硅藻土综合利用率低,多数产品出自于一级土,而二、三级土被大量废弃,造成了资源浪费严重,还污染了环境,硅藻土能增加免烧凹凸棒粉煤灰保温砖的孔隙率,本发明选用粉碎后的硅藻土尾矿粉,颗粒细度≤0.25毫米。
水泥选用硅酸盐水泥。
本发明通过下述技术方案予以实现:
1、免烧凹凸棒粉煤灰保温砖的配料按重量百分比由下列组分组成:凹凸棒石粘土尾矿粉5~20%、粉煤灰5~30%、火山碎屑岩混合物5~20%、膨润土尾矿粉5~10%、硅藻土尾矿粉2~10%、水泥5~15%和水10~40%;
所述免烧凹凸棒粉煤灰保温砖的生产方法:将免烧凹凸棒粉煤灰保温砖的配料加入已经运行的双卧轴强制式搅拌机中搅拌,搅拌均匀后输送到全自动砌块成型机中,压制成不同形状的免烧凹凸棒粉煤灰保温砖半成品,按照水泥制品的常规养护方法进行养护,28天后包装为免烧凹凸棒粉煤灰保温砖的成品;
所述压制成不同形状的免烧凹凸棒粉煤灰保温砖半成品,是指根据设计需要压制成正方形、长方形、三角形、椭圆形、梯形、梅花形、菱形的免烧凹凸棒粉煤灰保温砖半成品。
免烧凹凸棒粉煤灰保温砖具有强度好、保温节能、隔音隔热和防火阻燃的特点。
免烧凹凸棒粉煤灰保温砖的配料中大量采用各种废弃物,不仅有利于提高资源利用率,变废为宝,还能减少占用土地,保护和净化环境,节省能源,降低生产成本,提高经济效益。

1、免烧凹凸棒粉煤灰保温砖的配料按重量百分比由下列组分组成:凹凸棒石粘土尾矿粉10%、粉煤灰24%、火山碎屑岩混合物12%、膨润土尾矿粉8%、硅藻土尾矿粉6%、水泥10%和水30%;
所述免烧凹凸棒粉煤灰保温砖的生产方法:将免烧凹凸棒粉煤灰保温砖的配料加入已经运行的双卧轴强制式搅拌机中搅拌,搅拌均匀后输送到全自动砌块成型机中,压制成不同形状的免烧凹凸棒粉煤灰保温砖半成品,按照水泥制品的常规养护方法进行养护,28天后包装为免烧凹凸棒粉煤灰保温砖的成品;
所述压制成不同形状的免烧凹凸棒粉煤灰保温砖半成品,是指根据设计需要压制成长方形的免烧凹凸棒粉煤灰保温砖半成品。

1.一种免烧凹凸棒粉煤灰保温砖,其特征在于,免烧凹凸棒粉煤灰保温砖的配料按重量百分比由下列组分组成:凹凸棒石粘土尾矿粉5~20%、粉煤灰5~30%、火山碎屑岩混合物5~20%、膨润土尾矿粉5~10%、硅藻土尾矿粉2~10%、水泥5~15%和水10~40%;
所述免烧凹凸棒粉煤灰保温砖的生产方法:将免烧凹凸棒粉煤灰保温砖的配料加入已经运行的双卧轴强制式搅拌机中搅拌,搅拌均匀后输送到全自动砌块成型机中,压制成不同形状的免烧凹凸棒粉煤灰保温砖半成品,按照水泥制品的常规养护方法进行养护,28天后包装为免烧凹凸棒粉煤灰保温砖的成品;
