Abstract

本发明提供一种窄边框液晶显示装置,包括:后壳、与后壳配合设置的前壳及设于后壳内的液晶显示模组,所述液晶显示模组的顶部设有第一安装孔,所述后壳的顶部侧板上相应设有第二安装孔,螺钉贯穿该第二安装孔并延伸于第一安装孔内,进而将液晶显示模组的上端固定于后壳内,所述后壳内对应液晶显示模组的下端设有一限位条,用于挡靠液晶显示模组的下端,进而将液晶显示模组安装于后壳内。本发明通过在后壳对应液晶显示模组的下端设置限位条承接液晶显示模组的重量,液晶显示模组上端通过螺钉固定,进而将液晶显示模组安装于后壳上,其结构简单,易组装,能有效的实现液晶显示装置的窄边框及薄型化,且方便拆卸,能有效的控制维修成本。

Description

窄边框液晶显示装置
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示领域,尤其涉及一种窄边框液晶显示装置。
背景技术
液晶显示装置(LCD,Liquid Crystal Display)具有机身薄、省电、无辐射等众多优点,得到了广泛的应用。现有市场上的液晶显示装置大部分为背光型液晶显示装置,其包括液晶显示面板及背光模组(backlight module)。液晶显示面板的工作原理是在两片平行的玻璃基板当中放置液晶分子,通过玻璃基板通电与否来控制液晶分子改变方向,将背光模组的光线折射出来产生画面。
现有的液晶显示装置一般包括:后壳、与后壳配合设置的前壳及设于后壳内的液晶显示模组。所述液晶显示模组一般通过螺钉从前往后锁合固定安装于后壳内,再将前壳卡合安装于后壳上。请参阅图1,为现有的液晶显示模组的装配结构示意图,其外框100上设有螺钉安装区300,该螺钉安装区300上设有螺钉孔500,螺钉穿过该螺钉孔500将液晶显示模组安装于后壳内,由于螺钉安装区300的设置,前壳需相应设置较宽的边框以遮挡螺钉安装区300,因此液晶显示装置的非显示区域相应增加。同时,由于固定方式是螺钉从前往后固定,相应的增加了液晶显示装置的厚度。随着液晶显示装置生产技术不断的发展,液晶显示装置逐步趋向窄边框及薄型化发展,而液晶显示模组固定于后壳的方式很大程度的影响了液晶显示装置边框宽度及整体的厚度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种窄边框液晶显示装置,其结构简单,易组装,能有效的实现液晶显示装置的窄边框及薄型化,且能有效的控制维修成本。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种窄边框液晶显示装置,包括:后壳、与后壳配合设置的前壳及设于后壳内的液晶显示模组,所述液晶显示模组的顶部设有第一安装孔,所述后壳的顶部侧板上相应设有第二安装孔,螺钉贯穿该第二安装孔并延伸于第一安装孔内,进而将液晶显示模组的上端固定于后壳内,所述后壳内对应液晶显示模组的下端设有一限位条,用于挡靠液晶显示模组的下端,进而将液晶显示模组安装于后壳内。
所述液晶显示模组包括背框及容置于背框内的液晶显示面板。
所述背框包括基板及连接基板的第一侧板。
所述第一安装孔设于背框的第一侧板上。
所述后壳包括底板及形成于底板上的第二侧板。
所述限位条为一条形长方体。
所述限位条垂直设于底板上。
所述限位条与底板一体成型制成。
所述第一安装孔为螺纹孔,所述第二安装孔为通孔,所述螺钉贯穿该第二安装孔后锁合于第一安装孔内,进而将液晶显示模组安装于后壳内。
所述第一安装孔为盲孔,所述第二安装孔为螺纹孔,所述螺钉锁合于第二安装孔内,并延伸于第一安装孔内,进而将液晶显示模组安装于后壳内。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的窄边框液晶显示装置,通过在后壳对应液晶显示模组的下端设置限位条承接液晶显示模组的重量,液晶显示模组上端通过螺钉固定,进而将液晶显示模组安装于后壳上,其结构简单,易组装,能有效的实现液晶显示装置的窄边框及薄型化,且在需要对液晶显示模组进行维修或更换时,方便拆卸,能有效的控制维修成本。

具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明所采取的技术手段及其效果,以下结合本发明的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
请参阅图2,本发明提供一种窄边框液晶显示装置,包括:后壳2、与后壳2配合设置的前壳4及设于后壳2内的液晶显示模组6,所述液晶显示模组6的顶部设有第一安装孔602,所述后壳2的顶部侧板24上相应设有第二安装孔202,螺钉(未图示)贯穿该第二安装孔202并延伸于第一安装孔602内,进而将液晶显示模组6的上端固定于后壳2内,所述后壳2内对应液晶显示模组6的下端设有一限位条204,用于挡靠液晶显示模组6的下端,进而将液晶显示模组6安装于后壳2内。
所述液晶显示模组6包括背框62及容置于背框62内的液晶显示面板64,所述背框62包括基板(未图示)及连接基板的第一侧板624,所述第一安装孔602设于背框62的第一侧板624上。所述后壳2包括底板22及连接于底板上的第二侧板24,所述限位条204为一条形长方体,该限位条204垂直设于底板22上,该限位条204与底板22一体成型制成。组装时,后壳2上的限位条204承受液晶显示模组6的重量,液晶显示模组6的上通过螺钉固定于后壳2内,进而将液晶显示模组6安装于后壳2内,所述前壳4盖合于后壳2上进而完成液晶显示装置的组装。
所述第一、二安装孔602、202的个数可以根据实际需要设定,本实施例中,第一安装孔602为2个,第二安装孔202对应也为2个。
所述液晶显示模组6还包括设于背框62内的背光模组(未图示),该背光模组为液晶显示面板64提供分布均匀的面光源以保证液晶显示模组6正常工作。
所述第一安装孔602为螺纹孔或盲孔,所述第二安装孔202对应为通孔或螺纹孔,当,第一安装孔602为螺纹孔时,第二安装孔202对应为通孔,所述螺钉贯穿该第二安装孔202后锁合于第一安装孔602内,进而将液晶显示模组6安装于后壳2内;当,第一安装孔602为盲孔时,第二安装孔202对应为螺纹孔,所述螺钉锁合与第二安装孔202内,并延伸于第一安装孔602内,进而将液晶显示模组6安装于后壳2内。
综上所述,本发明提供的窄边框液晶显示装置,通过在后壳对应液晶显示模组下端设置限位条承接液晶显示模组的重量,液晶显示模组上端通过螺钉固定,进而将液晶显示模组安装于后壳上,其结构简单,易组装,能有效的实现液晶显示装置的窄边框及薄型化,且在需要对液晶显示模组进行维修或更换时,方便拆卸,能有效的控制维修成本。

Claims (8)

1.一种窄边框液晶显示装置,其特征在于,包括:后壳、与后壳配合设置的前壳及设于后壳内的液晶显示模组,所述液晶显示模组的顶部设有第一安装孔,所述后壳的顶部侧板上相应设有第二安装孔,螺钉贯穿该第二安装孔并延伸于第一安装孔内,进而将液晶显示模组的上端固定于后壳内,所述后壳内对应液晶显示模组的下端设有一限位条,用于挡靠液晶显示模组的下端,进而将液晶显示模组安装于后壳内;
所述后壳包括底板及形成于底板上的第二侧板;所述限位条与底板一体成型制成。
2.如权利要求1所述的窄边框液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述液晶显示模组包括背框及容置于背框内的液晶显示面板。
3.如权利要求2所述的窄边框液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述背框包括基板及连接基板的第一侧板。
4.如权利要求3所述的窄边框液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述第一安装孔设于背框的第一侧板上。
5.如权利要求1所述的窄边框液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述限位条为一条形长方体。
6.如权利要求5所述的窄边框液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述限位条垂直设于底板上。
7.如权利要求1所述的窄边框液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述第一安装孔为螺纹孔,所述第二安装孔为通孔,所述螺钉贯穿该第二安装孔后锁合于第一安装孔内,进而将液晶显示模组安装于后壳内。
8.如权利要求1所述的窄边框液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述第一安装孔为盲孔,所述第二安装孔为螺纹孔,所述螺钉锁合于第二安装孔内,并延伸于第一安装孔内,进而将液晶显示模组安装于后壳内。
