As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the speed reduction transmission part 202 of the present embodiment adopts a speed reducer and a chain transmission mechanism to realize transmission connection between the driving conveying motor 201 and the driving roller 203.
The conveying motor 201 is in transmission connection with the driving roller 203 through a speed reduction transmission part 202 (speed reducer, chain transmission mechanism), and drives the conveying belt 205 to rotate on the driving roller 203 and the driven roller 204.
In fig. 1, 2, the screens include a first step screen 301 and a second step screen 302.
In fig. 1, the damping means includes a first damping means 401 and a second damping means 402.
As shown in fig. 1, the first stepped screen 301 is supported on the top of the frame 1 via a first damper 401, and the second stepped screen 302 is supported on the top of the frame 1 via a second damper 402;
in order to make the first step screen 301 vibrate reliably, the first damper 401 supporting the first step screen 301 includes at least four sets of springs. The number of the springs is related to the size of the screen, the use requirement and the like, and the more the springs are arranged, the more uniform the vibration of the screen is. The spring may be a conventional coil spring, a plate spring or a rubber spring. In fig. 1, the first damper device 401 of the present embodiment includes four sets of coil springs 4011 that support the first stepped screen 301 two by two symmetrically.
