本发明属于中药制剂技术领域,尤其设计一种降糖制剂。
背景技术
糖尿病是由遗传、饮食和环境等多种因素相互作用而引起的常见病、慢性病,临床以高血糖为主要标志,常见症状有多饮、多尿,多食以及消瘦等,若得不到有效的治疗,将会破坏身体多处系统,如引起胰岛素绝对或相对分泌不足以及靶组织细胞对胰岛素敏感性降低,引起蛋白质、脂肪、水和电解质等一系列代谢紊乱综合症,其中以高血糖为主要标志。临床典型病例可出现多尿、多饮、多食、消瘦等表现,即“三多一少”症状。严重患者可导致感染、心脏病变、脑血管病变、肾功能衰竭、双目失明、下肢坏疽等而成为致死致残。高渗综合症是病症的严重急性并发症,初始阶段可表现为多尿、多饮、倦怠乏力、反应迟钝等,随着机体失水量的增加病情急剧发展,出现嗜睡、定向障碍、癫痫样抽搐,偏瘫等类似脑卒中的症状,甚至昏迷。目前,全世界对于糖尿病尚没有根治的方法,对于如此复杂难治的疾病,仅靠一种药物或简单中药配伍,显然难以奏效,常用的西药均有不同程度的副作用,疗效不持久,容易复发,而且大部分西药价格昂贵,中药治疗无毒,无副作用,而且可以在一定程度上治疗糖尿病。
中国专利CN101199603B一种治疗糖尿病的中药制剂,其特征是该中药制剂由下列药物原料制成:桑叶3-20g,葛根4-20g,芦根5-30g,天花粉5-20g,干地黄6-30g,玄参5-30g,地骨皮4-20g,淫羊藿3-20g,泽泻5-20g,丹参5-20g,熟地黄5-20g,玉竹4-35g,巴戟天 3-30g,锁阳 3-20g,肉苁蓉 3-20g,山茱萸 5-30g,麦门冬 3-20g,红花2-15g,三七 2-20g,菟丝子 4-20g,五味子 3-20g,女贞子 2-20g,枸杞子 2-15g,葶苈子 3-30g,车前子 3-30g,覆盆子2-20g,灵芝草 2-20g,所有组方均选无毒之品,采用传统中药煎熬方法制作,重点放在恢复胰岛的功能上,降糖效果好,对单纯性糖尿病有治愈作用,虽然对能恢复胰岛的功能,但是对胰岛没有保护作用。

为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种纯中药降糖制剂,其特征在于按重量分数组成为:黄芪400-500份、黄精200-400份、苦瓜1200-1800份、葛根250-450份、玉竹250-450份、地骨皮200-400份、茯苓300-500份、仙鹤草200-400份、山药400-500份、牡蛎200-350份、淫羊藿200-350份、菊花100-200份、桑叶280-400份、薏苡仁500-750份。
所述重量分数组成优选为:黄芪450份、黄精300份、苦瓜1500份、葛根360份、玉竹360份、地骨皮300份、茯苓400份、仙鹤草270份、山药450份、牡蛎300份、淫羊藿270份、菊花150份、桑叶360份、薏苡仁600份。

实施例1:各组分按照如下重量份数配制:黄芪480份、黄精320份、苦瓜1650份、葛根340份、玉竹360份、地骨皮300份、茯苓400份、仙鹤草270份、山药450份、牡蛎300份、淫羊藿270份、菊花150份、桑叶360份、薏苡仁600份,经过炮制、粉碎、发酵、分离过滤、灭菌、检验、喷雾干燥后制得降糖胶囊,胶囊每粒0.35克,选取50名糖尿病患者进行治疗,选取的50名患者中伴有高血压的患者8例,伴有高血脂的患者13例,伴有心脏病的患者6例,伴有皮肤瘙痒的患者10例,让患者用温开水冲服,每日3次,每次4-6粒,连续服用30天,即一个疗程,基本痊愈者35例,占70%;效果明显者11例,占24%;总有效率94%。
实施例2:各组分按照如下重量份数配制:黄芪450份、黄精300份、苦瓜1500份、葛根360份、玉竹400份、地骨皮300份、茯苓420份、仙鹤草300份、山药450份、牡蛎300份、淫羊藿280份、菊花150份、桑叶360份、薏苡仁600份,经过炮制、粉碎、发酵、分离过滤、灭菌、检验、喷雾干燥后制得降糖胶囊,胶囊每粒0.35克,选取72名糖尿病患者进行治疗,选取的72名患者中伴有高血压的患者13例,伴有高血脂的患者17例,伴有心脏病的患者12例,伴有皮肤瘙痒的患者8例,让患者用温开水冲服,每日3次,每次4-6粒,连续服用30天,即一个疗程,基本痊愈者44例,占61%;效果明显者26例,占36%;总有效率97%。
实施例3:各组分按照如下重量份数配制:黄芪450份、黄精250份、苦瓜1500份、葛根380份、玉竹360份、地骨皮300份、茯苓400份、仙鹤草330份、山药420份、牡蛎280份、淫羊藿250份、菊花150份、桑叶330份、薏苡仁620份,经过炮制、粉碎、发酵、分离过滤、灭菌、检验、喷雾干燥后制得降糖片剂,片剂每片0.5克,选取72名糖尿病患者进行治疗,选取的72名患者中伴有高血压的患者13例,伴有高血脂的患者17例,伴有心脏病的患者12例,伴有皮肤瘙痒的患者8例,让患者用温开水冲服,每日3次,每次6-8粒,连续服用30天,即一个疗程,基本痊愈者42例,占58%;效果明显者23例,占32%;总有效率90%。
