Abstract

本发明公开了一种摇摆电子蜡烛,包括蜡烛本体,所述蜡烛本体内部设有空腔,空腔内装有摇摆蜡烛芯,摇摆蜡烛芯包括摇摆蜡烛头和位于所述摇摆蜡烛头下方的电磁线圈,电磁线圈由驱动电路驱动,驱动电路与电源相连,摇摆蜡烛头包括支座、活动式悬挂安装在所述支座上的支撑架和通过所述支撑架支撑的蜡烛芯子,支撑架包括相互交叉的大支撑轴和小支撑轴,大支撑轴中间设有空心框架来支撑所述小支撑座,小支撑轴两端与所述空心框架之间活动支撑,大支撑轴两端活动悬挂在支座上,蜡烛芯子的顶端设有火焰头位于所述小支撑轴的上方,蜡烛芯子的底端装有磁铁位于小支撑轴的底部。本发明的电子蜡烛富有动感、仿真度高。

摇摆电子蜡烛
技术领域
   本发明涉及一种电子蜡烛,尤其是一种带有摇摆功能的电子蜡烛。
背景技术
自电子蜡烛问世以来,其使用安全、方便、节能、环保正受到越来越多人的喜欢,特别是欧美国家,并逐步有替代传统命火杆蜡烛的趋势。
但是现有的电子蜡烛大多单有发光体,毫无动感,没有风吹火光摇曳的感觉,不够逼真,并且仿真度不够。或者出现一些具有摇摆功能的蜡烛制作粗糙,比较呆板,而且摇摆头很容易卡住,很不灵活。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术的不足,提供一种带有摇摆功能的电子蜡烛,该电子蜡烛能自由摇摆、摇摆蜡烛头可360°随机摇摆、且使用时摇摆头不会卡住,灵活度高。
技术方案:一种摇摆电子蜡烛,包括蜡烛本体,所述蜡烛本体内部设有空腔,所述空腔内装有摇摆蜡烛芯,所述摇摆蜡烛芯包括摇摆蜡烛头和位于所述摇摆蜡烛头下方的电磁线圈,所述电磁线圈由驱动电路驱动,所述驱动电路与电源相连,所述摇摆蜡烛头包括支座、活动式悬挂安装在所述支座上的支撑架和通过所述支撑架支撑的蜡烛芯子,所述支撑架包括相互交叉的大支撑轴和小支撑轴,所述大支撑轴中间设有空心框架来支撑所述小支撑座,所述小支撑轴两端与所述空心框架之间活动支撑,所述大支撑轴两端活动悬挂在支座上,所述蜡烛芯子与小支撑轴交叉连接,蜡烛芯子的顶端设有火焰头位于所述小支撑轴的上方,所述蜡烛芯子的底端装有磁铁位于所述小支撑轴的下方。
作为优化,所述大支撑轴和小支撑轴之间成90°夹角交叉。
作为优化,所述空心框架为圆环形框架。
作为优化,所述支座为空心筒,所述空心筒上边缘设有用于悬挂支撑所述大支撑轴的缺口。
作为优化,所述摇摆蜡烛头上设有带通孔的盖子盖在所述空心筒上,所述火焰头穿过带通孔的盖子上的通孔露在蜡烛芯外面形成火焰。
作为优化,所述带通孔的盖子上设有灯孔安装发光体,所述灯孔位于所述火焰头根部附近。
作为优化,所述支座上设有小孔用于穿电线将所述发光体与电源相连。可以使用任意型号的电池作为电源。
作为优化,所述空心框架侧壁设有两个对应的开孔,所述小支撑轴的两端穿在所述开孔内活动支撑。
作为优化,所述带通孔的盖子上设有底部边缘设有两个突出的卡扣,所述卡扣与所述空心筒上的缺口相适配。带通孔的盖子可以是一个整体,也可以以是两个竖直分开的半个盖子底部通过盖在空心筒上将其盖好卡住成型,卡扣可以将悬挂支撑在空心筒上边缘的缺口上的大支撑轴卡住,使其不易掉落或者被顶起而移动位置。
本发明摇摆电子蜡烛的蜡烛本体可以是蜡质的蜡烛本体,也可以是塑料的蜡烛本体,也可以是在玻璃容器或透明容器中装蜡液或者蜡质的蜡烛本体或者是一种外形像蜡烛一样的发光物体,所述发光物体采用了本发明摇摆电子蜡烛的摇摆蜡烛芯。
有益效果:本发明的电子蜡烛富有动感、仿真度高,摇摆蜡烛头可以360°自由随机摆动,摆动非常灵活,不会卡住,摇摆蜡烛头的火焰头根本附近的发光体映射在摇摆的火焰头上一闪一闪的非常漂亮。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3、4所示,一种摇摆电子蜡烛,包括蜡烛本体1,蜡烛本体1内部设有空腔2,空腔2内装有摇摆蜡烛芯,摇摆蜡烛芯包括摇摆蜡烛头和位于摇摆蜡烛头下方的电磁线圈3,电池线圈3安装在芯片20上,芯片20与驱动电路相连,电磁线圈3由驱动电路驱动,驱动电路与电源4相连,摇摆蜡烛头包括由空心筒制成的支座5、活动式悬挂安装在支座5上的支撑架6和通过支撑架6支撑的蜡烛芯子7,空心筒上边缘设有用于悬挂支撑大支撑轴8的缺口13,支撑架6包括相互交叉成90°夹角的大支撑轴8和小支撑轴9,大支撑轴8中间设有圆环形空心框架10来支撑小支撑座9,圆环形空心框架10侧壁设有两个对应的开孔18,小支撑轴9的两端穿在开孔18内活动支撑,大支撑轴8两端活动悬挂在支座5上,蜡烛芯子7与小支撑轴9交叉连接,蜡烛芯子7的顶端设有火焰头11位于小支撑轴9的上方,蜡烛芯子7的底端装有磁铁12位于小支撑轴9的下方,摇摆蜡烛头上设有带通孔的盖子14盖在所述空心筒上,火焰头11穿过带通孔的盖子14上的通孔露在蜡烛芯外面形成火焰,带通孔的盖子14上设有底部边缘设有两个突出的卡扣19,卡扣19与空心筒上的缺口13相适配,盖子14上设有灯孔15安装发光体16,灯孔15位于火焰头11根部附近,支座5上设有小孔17用于穿电线将发光体16与电源相连。
本发明的工作原理为当电磁线圈通电后产生电磁场,与摇摆装置低端磁体的磁场产生同性相斥偏移摆动,当摇摆装置在磁力下偏离平衡位置后,摇摆装置会受到自身重力的作用,当重力大于磁力时,摇摆装置将回摆,这样在磁力和重力的交互作用下,摇摆装置不停摇摆。从而摇摆装置顶端的火焰头也随之摇摆,制造出仿真火焰,从而达到动态美。

Claims (9)

1.一种摇摆电子蜡烛,包括蜡烛本体(1),所述蜡烛本体(1)内部设有空腔(2),其特征在于:所述空腔(2)内装有摇摆蜡烛芯,所述摇摆蜡烛芯包括摇摆蜡烛头和位于所述摇摆蜡烛头下方的电磁线圈(3),所述电磁线圈(3)由驱动电路驱动,所述驱动电路与电源(4)相连,所述摇摆蜡烛头包括支座(5)、活动式悬挂安装在所述支座(5)上的支撑架(6)和通过所述支撑架(6)支撑的蜡烛芯子(7),所述支撑架(6)包括相互交叉的大支撑轴(8)和小支撑轴(9),所述大支撑轴(8)中间设有空心框架(10)来支撑所述小支撑座(9),所述小支撑轴(9)两端与所述空心框架(10)之间活动支撑,所述大支撑轴(8)两端活动悬挂在支座(5)上,所述蜡烛芯子(7)与小支撑轴(9)交叉连接,蜡烛芯子(7)的顶端设有火焰头(11)位于所述小支撑轴(9)的上方,所述蜡烛芯子(7)的底端装有磁铁(12)位于所述小支撑轴(9)的下方。
2.根据权利要求1所述摇摆电子蜡烛,其特征在于:所述大支撑轴(8)和小支撑轴(9)之间成90°夹角交叉。
3.根据权利要求1所述摇摆电子蜡烛,其特征在于:所述空心框架(10)为圆环形框架。
4.根据权利要求1所述摇摆电子蜡烛,其特征在于:所述支座(5)为空心筒,所述空心筒上边缘设有用于悬挂支撑所述大支撑轴(8)的缺口(13)。
5.根据权利要求4所述摇摆电子蜡烛,其特征在于:所述摇摆蜡烛头上设有带通孔的盖子(14)盖在所述空心筒上,所述火焰头(11)穿过带通孔的盖子(14)上的通孔露在蜡烛芯外面形成火焰。
6.根据权利要求5所述摇摆电子蜡烛,其特征在于:所述带通孔的盖子(14)上设有灯孔(15)安装发光体(16),所述灯孔(15)位于所述火焰头(11)根部附近。
7.根据权利要求6所述摇摆电子蜡烛,其特征在于:所述支座(5)上设有小孔(17)用于穿电线将所述发光体(16)与电源相连。
8.根据权利要求1所述摇摆电子蜡烛,其特征在于:所述空心框架(10)侧壁设有两个对应的开孔(18),所述小支撑轴(9)的两端穿在所述开孔(18)内活动支撑。
9.根据权利要求5所述摇摆电子蜡烛,其特征在于:所述带通孔的盖子(14)上设有底部边缘设有两个突出的卡扣(19),所述卡扣(19)与所述空心筒上的缺口(13)相适配。
