Abstract

本发明涉及一种测定软水硬度的试剂药片,用于低压锅炉,生活锅炉软水硬度的测定。本发明的试剂药片,每片组成和含量(毫克计)为:乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA)1.0-2.0,四硼酸钠100-200,无水碳酸钠20-60,铬黑T0.1-1.5,盐酸羟胺2-8,可溶性淀粉40-120,蒸馏水0.05-0.1。本发明取代了EDTA络合滴定法,具有制作简单、使用方便、效果好、成本低等优点,具有广泛的推广价值。

Description

本发明涉及一种测定软水硬度的试剂药片,用于低压锅炉、生活锅炉软水硬度的测定。
低压锅炉、生活锅炉软水硬度测定,通常都是采用乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA)络合滴定法,这种方法要有专门的取样人员定时取样化验分析,而化验室所用标准溶液(EDTA标准溶液)要经过配制与标定,化验室要有一套仪器、设备和一系列的化学试剂,还要有专人负责。通过络合滴定分析,计算出软水硬度的大小。这样不仅测定次数频繁,消耗试剂,而且速度慢、效率低、操作过程复杂,费用也高。在正常情况下至少每两小时取一次样,每测定分析一次样品要10分钟左右,当临近失效时还要增加取样次数,这样给工作带来诸多不便。1990年10月31日中国专利局公开了申请号为89102540.5的发明,虽然简化了测定过程,但操作仍复杂。
本发明的目的在于克服上述已有技术的缺点与不足,采用EDTA络合滴定原理,将所需试剂用载体制成片剂,直接加入所需测定的样品中,通过固体显示片简单的颜色显示来断定软水的硬度是否合格。它取代了传统的化学络合滴定方法,具有制作简单、使用方便、效果好等优点。
本发明的目的是通过下列技术方案实现的,用于测定软水硬度的试剂药片是根据EDTA络合滴定原理,以国家规定软水硬度指标≤0.03mg-N/e为基础,将下列各组分及用量范围用蒸馏水混合在一起,用普通制片剂的方法:造粒-烘干-压片即得到本发明的软水硬度的试剂药片。每片组分和含量(毫克计)如下:
乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA)    1.0-2.0
四硼酸钠    100-200
无水碳酸钠    20-60
铬黑T    0.1-1.5
盐酸羟胺    2-8
可溶性淀粉(载体)    40-120
蒸馏水(载体)    0.05-0.1
本显示片组分最佳含量如下:
乙二胺四乙酸二钠    1.5-2.0
四硼酸钠    120-150
无水碳酸钠    40-45
铬黑T    0.5-1.0
盐酸羟胺    5-7
可溶性淀粉    60-80
蒸馏水    0.06-0.08
由于采用了上述技术方案,使本发明与已有技术相比具有如下优点及效果:
1、取代了EDTA络合滴定法测定软水硬度,省去了标准溶液、缓冲溶液、指示剂的配制与标定过程,即省人力、物力,又节约财力。
2、制作简单,使用方便,可随时在现场取样分析,就地测定,效果好、效益高、成本低。
3、应用范围广,有广泛的推广价值。
下面结合实施例,对本发明的进一步描述。
本发明的试剂药片中含有指示剂铬黑T,当加入水样中Ca++、Mg++与其生成不稳定络合物,其反应为:
式中H代表指示剂阴离子。
铬黑T固体试剂为黑蓝色,形成络合物为葡 萄红色,但很不稳定,一旦与DETA试剂接触,在pH=10的溶液中EDTA将络合物Cal-、MgI-中的Ca++、Mg++马上夺取出来生成更稳定的络合物,其反应为:
式中H2y代表EDTA参与反应的阴离子。

1、一种用于测定软水硬度的试剂药片,包括pH缓冲剂、络合剂和络合指示剂,其特征在于加入了载体粘合剂制成片状,每片试剂的组分和含量(毫克计)如下:
乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA)  1.0-2.0
四硼酸钠                100-200
无水碳酸钠              20-60
铬黑T                   0.1-1.5
盐酸羟胺                2-8
可溶性淀粉(载体)        40-120
蒸馏水                  0.05-0.1
2、根据权利要求1所述的试剂药片,其特征在于所述的各组分最佳含量如下:
乙二胺四乙酸二钠  1.5-2.0
四硼酸钠  120-150
无水碳酸钠  40-50
铬黑T  0.5-1.0
盐酸羟胺  5-7
可溶性淀粉  60-80
蒸馏水  0.06-0.08
