Abstract
本发明揭露一种手持式电子装置及其多媒体片段记录方法。多媒体片段记录方法应用于手持式电子装置中,多媒体片段记录方法包含下列步骤:接收输入指令;根据输入指令于网页中侦测多媒体片段的内嵌程序码;撷取对应多媒体片段的缩图;以及产生记录文件,记录文件以缩图显示于手持式电子装置的显示模块上,以与内嵌程序码及内嵌程序码对应的网址进行关联。
Description
技术领域
本发明是有关于一种数据处理的系统及方法,且特别是有关于一种手持式电子装置及其多媒体片段记录方法。
背景技术
手持式电子装置是现代人的生活中不可或缺的通讯工具。除了传统的电话通讯外,网络通讯也逐渐成为手持式电子装置必备的功能。网络通讯的多样化使得愈来愈多的多媒体得以嵌入在网页中供使用者观看。因此,在使用者以手持式电子装置存取网络时,可能会在所浏览的网页观赏内嵌的影片或是音乐。但是,使用者在日后欲再次收看或收听时,常常仍然需要再次前往该网页找寻,甚或因为忘记该网页的网址而需要花更多的时间来寻找。
因此,如何设计一个新的手持式电子装置及其多媒体片段记录方法,可快速地记录多媒体片段于手持式电子装置中,以利使用者找寻,乃为此一业界亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
因此,本发明的一方面是在提供一种多媒体片段(clip)记录方法,应用于手持式电子装置中,多媒体片段记录方法包含下列步骤:接收输入指令;根据输入指令于网页中侦测多媒体片段的内嵌程序码;撷取对应多媒体片段的缩图;以及产生记录文件,记录文件以缩图显示于手持式电子装置的显示模块上,以与内嵌程序码及内嵌程序码对应的网址进行关联。
依据本发明一实施例,多媒体片段记录方法还包含下列步骤:接收选择指令,以选择记录文件;以及根据与记录文件关联的网址播放该多媒体片段。
依据本发明另一实施例,其中多媒体片段为静态影像格式、动态影像格式或音频格式。
依据本发明又一实施例,其中记录文件还与网页的名称进行关联。
依据本发明再一实施例,其中内嵌程序码为内嵌超文本标记语言(Hypertext Markup Language;HTML)码。
依据本发明更具有的一实施例,其中缩图是由多媒体片段或由网页的内容撷取。
本发明的另一方面是在提供一种可记录多媒体片段的手持式电子装置,包含:显示模块、网络模块、输入模块、侦测模块、关联模块以及数据库。网络模块用以存取网页,以显示于显示模块上。输入模块用以接收输入指令。侦测模块根据输入指令于网页中侦测多媒体片段的内嵌程序码并撷取对应多媒体片段的缩图。关联模块用以产生记录文件,记录文件以缩图显示于显示模块上,以与内嵌程序码及内嵌程序码对应的网址进行关联。数据库用以储存记录文件。
依据本发明一实施例,手持式电子装置还包含播放模块,根据与记录文件关联的网址播放多媒体片段。
依据本发明另一实施例,其中多媒体片段为静态影像格式、动态影像格式或音频格式。
依据本发明又一实施例,其中记录文件还与网页的名称进行关联。
依据本发明再一实施例,其中内嵌程序码为内嵌超文本标记语言码。
依据本发明更具有的一实施例,其中手持式电子装置还包含编辑模块,以对数据库中的记录文件进行删除、浏览或查询。
依据本发明再具有的一实施例,其中缩图是由多媒体片段或由网页的内容撷取。
应用本发明的优点是在于通过手持式电子装置及其多媒体片段记录方法,将多媒体片段以缩图的形式储存其内嵌程序码及对应的网址,提供使用者日后快速查找、播放或编辑之用,而轻易地达到上述的目的。

具体实施方式
请参照图1及图2。图1为本发明一实施例中,一种可记录多媒体片段的手持式电子装置1的方块图。图2为本发明一实施例中,手持式电子装置1的俯视图。手持式电子装置1包含:网络模块100、显示模块102、输入模块104、侦测模块106、关联模块108以及数据库110。
手持式电子装置1可为可存取网络的手机、智能手机、平板电脑、个人数字移动助理或是其他易于携带的电子系统。手持式电子装置1可通过网络模块100对网络进行存取。于一实施例中,网络模块100可通过网络存取远程的服务器(未绘示)并读取网页101,并通过显示模块102显示网页的内容。
在现在的网页如YouTube、GoogleVideo、MySpace等,常嵌入有静态影像格式、动态影像格式或是音频格式等的多媒体片段。因此,网络模块100存取网页时,使用者可能会在所浏览的网页观赏内嵌的图片、影片或是音乐。举例来说,于图2中,手持式电子装置1的显示模块102所显示的网页101中,嵌入有动态影像格式的多媒体片段103。但是,使用者在日后欲再次收看或收听时,常常仍然需要再次前往该网页找寻,甚或因为忘记该网页的网址而需要花更多的时间来寻找。
本实施例中的输入模块104用以接收输入指令105。于一实施例中,输入模块104为可侦测显示模块102上的触控输入的触控式输入模块。于其他实施例中,输入模块104亦可能由按键式而非触控式的输入机制实现。输入指令105用以选择网络模块100所存取的网页中内嵌的多媒体片段103。
侦测模块106可根据输入指令105于网页101中侦测多媒体片段103的内嵌程序码,并且进一步撷取对应多媒体片段103的缩图。内嵌程序码可为内嵌超文本标记语言(Hypertext Markup Language;HTML)码或是其他类型的网络程序语言嵌入码。举例来说,内嵌超文本标记语言码可为下面的形式:<iframe width=″560″ height=″315″src=″http://www.youtube.com/embed/LzMKlQSpxlk″ frameborder=″0″allowfullscreen></iframe>。
缩图于一实施例中,可直接由多媒体片段103的内容撷取。举例来说,如为动态影像格式的多媒体片段103,则可通过侦测模块106撷取其中部份的画面做为缩图。静态影像格式的多媒体片段103,则可直接将此静态影像做为缩图。而音频格式的多媒体片段103由于未具有图像内容,则可以根据网页101中所具有的图像内容做为缩图。需注意的是,上述撷取缩图的方式仅为举例,于其他实施例中,亦可能通过其他方式撷取多媒体片段103相关的缩图。
关联模块108用以产生记录文件107,并储存于数据库110中。记录文件107将缩图与内嵌程序码及内嵌程序码对应的网址进行关联。记录文件107可以缩图显示于显示模块102上。请参照图3。图3为本发明另一实施例中,手持式电子装置1的俯视图。于图3中,显示模块102以缩图的形式,将依图2中的多媒体片段103所产生的记录文件107显示出。于一实施例中,记录文件107亦可与网页的名称进行关联,并将名称与缩图一同显示于显示模块102上。于一实施例中,手持式电子装置1还包含编辑模块112,以对数据库110中的记录文件107进行删除、浏览或查询。
因此,使用者在日后欲找寻多媒体片段103时,仅需开启数据库110,并依据缩图寻找对应的记录文件107,即可迅速地找到多媒体片段103。于一实施例中,手持式电子装置1还包含播放模块114,以依据记录文件107连接至与记录文件107关联的网址播放多媒体片段103。
另需注意者,显示模块102及输入模块104可以一触控屏幕实现,网络模块100、侦测模块106及关联模块108可以一处理器实现,数据库110可以一记忆体或任何具储存功能的硬件实现。
请参照图4。图4为本发明一实施例中,一种多媒体片段记录方法400的流程图。多媒体片段记录方法400可应用于如图1所示的手持式电子装置1中。多媒体片段记录方法包含下列步骤(应了解到,在本实施方式中所提及的步骤,除特别叙明其顺序者外,均可依实际需要调整其前后顺序,甚至可同时或部分同时执行)。
于步骤401,输入模块104接收输入指令105。
于步骤402,侦测模块106根据输入指令105于网页101中侦测多媒体片段103的内嵌程序码,并且进一步撷取对应多媒体片段103的缩图。
于步骤403,关联模块108产生记录文件107,记录文件107以缩图显示于手持式电子装置1的显示模块102上,以与内嵌程序码及内嵌程序码对应的网址进行关联。
应用本发明的优点是在于通过手持式电子装置及其多媒体片段记录方法,将多媒体片段以缩图的形式储存其内嵌程序码及对应的网址,提供使用者日后快速查找、播放或编辑之用。
虽然本发明已以实施方式揭露如上,然其并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉此技艺者,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作各种的更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围当视所附的权利要求书所界定的范围为准。
Claims (13)
1.一种多媒体片段记录方法,其特征在于,应用于一手持式电子装置中,该多媒体片段记录方法包含下列步骤:
接收一输入指令;
根据该输入指令于一网页中侦测一多媒体片段的一内嵌程序码;
撷取对应该多媒体片段的一缩图;以及
产生一记录文件,该记录文件是以该缩图显示于该手持式电子装置的一显示模块上,以与该内嵌程序码及该内嵌程序码对应的一网址进行关联。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多媒体片段记录方法,其特征在于,还包含下列根据与该记录文件关联的该网址播放该多媒体片段。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多媒体片段记录方法,其特征在于,该多媒体片段为一静态影像格式、一动态影像格式或一音频格式。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多媒体片段记录方法,其特征在于,该记录文件还与该网页的一名称进行关联。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多媒体片段记录方法,其特征在于,该内嵌程序码为一内嵌超文本标记语言码。
6.根据权利要求1所述的多媒体片段记录方法,其特征在于,该缩图是由该多媒体片段或由该网页的一内容撷取。
7.一种手持式电子装置,其特征在于,包含:
一显示模块;
一网络模块,用以存取一网页,以显示于该显示模块上;
一输入模块,用以接收一输入指令;
一侦测模块,根据该输入指令于该网页中侦测一多媒体片段的一内嵌程序码并撷取对应该多媒体片段的一缩图;
一关联模块,用以产生一记录文件,该记录文件是以该缩图显示于该显示模块上,以与该内嵌程序码及该内嵌程序码对应的一网址进行关联;以及
一数据库,用以储存该记录文件。
8.根据权利要求7所述的手持式电子装置,其特征在于,还包含一播放模块,以根据与该记录文件关联的该网址播放该多媒体片段。
9.根据权利要求7所述的手持式电子装置,其特征在于,该多媒体片段为一静态影像格式、一动态影像格式或一音频格式。
10.根据权利要求7所述的手持式电子装置,其特征在于,该记录文件还与该网页的一名称进行关联。
11.根据权利要求7所述的手持式电子装置,其特征在于,该内嵌程序码为一内嵌超文本标记语言码。
12.根据权利要求7所述的手持式电子装置,还包含一编辑模块,以对该数据库中的该记录文件进行删除、浏览或查询。
13.根据权利要求7所述的手持式电子装置,其特征在于,该缩图是由该多媒体片段或由该网页的一内容撷取。
