Abstract
本发明揭露一种手持式电子装置及其网页书签存取方法,网页书签存取方法应用于手持式电子装置中,手持式电子装置包含储存单元、触控显示单元及处理单元,处理单元电性连接至储存单元及触控显示单元,储存单元用以储存多个网页地址,各网页地址与至少一标签间具有关联,网页书签存取方法包含下列步骤:(a)透过触控显示单元接收至少一组搜寻字符;(b)透过处理单元以该组搜寻字符根据标签,于储存单元进行至少一搜寻阶段,以产生至少一阶段搜寻结果;以及(c)透过处理单元根据至少一阶段搜寻结果,以产生搜寻结果。
Description
技术领域
本发明是有关于一种数据处理的装置及方法,且特别是有关于一种手持式电子装置及其网页书签存取方法。
背景技术
手持式电子装置是现代人的生活中不可或缺的通讯工具。除了传统的电话通讯外,网络通讯也逐渐成为手持式电子装置必备的功能。在使用者浏览网页的过程中,常将欲再次浏览的网页储存至书签中,以供日后想浏览时可以快速地透过书签连接至网页。然而,在日积月累下,存入书签中的网页可能数量过多而需要一个管理的机制,以供使用者快速地查找所需的网页书签。目前部分技术可运用标签来替书签归类,然而这样的方式在搜寻上仍有效率不足,无法快速进行搜寻的缺点。
因此,如何设计一个新的手持式电子装置及其网页书签存取方法,乃为此一业界亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
因此,本发明的一方面是在提供一种网页书签存取方法,应用于手持式电子装置中,手持式电子装置包含储存单元、触控显示单元及处理单元,处理单元电性连接至储存单元及触控显示单元,储存单元用以储存多个网页地址,各网页地址与至少一标签间具有关联,网页书签存取方法包含下列步骤:(a)透过触控显示单元接收至少一组搜寻字符;(b)透过处理单元以该组搜寻字符根据标签,于储存单元进行至少一搜寻阶段,以产生至少一阶段搜寻结果;以及(c)透过处理单元根据至少一阶段搜寻结果,以产生搜寻结果。
依据本发明一实施例,于该搜寻阶段还包含下列步骤:透过触控显示单元显示与标签相关的至少一标签群组;以及透过触控显示单元接收确认指令,以对标签群组其中之一进行确认。
依据本发明另一实施例,其中搜寻结果包含至少一网页群组,网页书签存取方法还包含透过触控显示单元接收第一选择指令,以展开网页群组其中之一为网页地址清单的步骤。网页书签存取方法还包含透过触控显示单元接收第二选择指令,以选择网页地址清单其中的一网址连接至对应的网页的步骤。
本发明的另一方面是在提供一种手持式电子装置,包含:储存单元、触控显示单元以及处理单元。储存单元用以储存多个网页地址,各网页地址与至少一标签间具有关联。触控显示单元用以接收至少一组搜寻字符。处理单元电性连接至储存单元及触控显示单元,用以根据搜寻字符,于储存单元进行至少一搜寻阶段,以产生搜寻结果,其中各搜寻阶段是以搜寻字符根据标签进行搜寻,以产生阶段搜寻结果,处理单元根据各搜寻阶段的阶段搜寻结果产生搜寻结果。
依据本发明一实施例,其中处理单元于搜寻阶段透过触控显示单元显示与标签相关的至少一标签群组,触控显示单元还接收确认指令,以对标签群组其中之一进行确认。
依据本发明另一实施例,其中搜寻结果包含显示于触控显示单元的至少一网页群组,触控显示单元还用以接收第一选择指令,以展开网页群组为网页地址清单。
依据本发明又一实施例,其中触控显示单元还用以接收第二选择指令,以选择网页地址清单其中的一网址连接至对应的网页。
应用本发明的优点是在于通过储存有具关联的网页地址与标签的储存单元,依搜寻字符搜寻标签进行阶段搜寻并对阶段搜寻的结果产生交集,迅速地找到欲存取的网页,而轻易地达到上述的目的。

具体实施方式
请参照图1及图2A。图1为本发明一实施例中,一种手持式电子装置1的方块图。图2A为本发明一实施例中,图1的手持式电子装置1的俯视图。
手持式电子装置1包含:触控显示单元10、储存单元12以及处理单元14。其中,储存单元12可用以储存多个网页地址,各网页地址与至少一标签具有关联。使用者可在存取网页时依据网页的类型,使网页与一个或一个以上的标签产生关连,以储存为书签。举例来说,在使用者连接至eBay网页的运动用品分类分页时,可使此分页与购物(shopping)及运动(sports)的标签产生关连并储存于储存单元12中。
触控显示单元10可用以接收至少一组搜寻字符11。于一实施例中,触控显示单元10可显示如图2A所示的软件键盘,以供使用者进行触控输入。于其他实施例中,亦可采用实体的键盘进行输入。于一实施例中,触控显示单元10可进一步显示一个搜寻栏位20,以让使用者于此搜寻栏位20中输入搜寻字符11。
处理单元14进一步根据搜寻字符,于储存单元12进行至少一搜寻阶段以于各搜寻阶段产生阶段搜寻结果,并交集阶段搜寻结果以产生搜寻结果13。举例来说,触控显示单元10首先接收的搜寻字符为s。则处理单元14将根据搜寻字符s于储存单元12搜寻到具有shopping及/或sports两种标签的网页,并产生第一阶段的搜寻结果。于本实施例中,处理单元14将如图2A所示,以两个标签群组shopping与sports显示于触控显示单元10上。请参照图2B。图2B为本发明另一实施例中,手持式电子装置1的俯视图。于其他实施例中,处理单元14亦可能如图2B所示,显示两个标签群组shopping与sports以及其所包含的部分网页地址于触控显示单元10上。
接着,触控显示单元10可用以接收一个确认指令(未绘示),以使处理单元14对标签群组其中之一进行确认。举例来说,使用者可通过触控输入,使触控显示单元10接收确认指令,以对标签群组shopping进行确认。
在进行确认后,触控显示单元10可再接收下一组搜寻字符11,以进行下一个搜寻阶段。请参照图3A。图3A为本发明一实施例中,图2A的手持式电子装置1再接收下一组搜寻字符的示意图。于本实施例中,在对标签群组shopping进行确认后,触控显示单元10可再次接收搜寻字符sport。处理单元14据以在储存单元12进行搜寻,显示出具有sports标签的网页,产生第二阶段的搜寻结果,并以群组sports显示于触控显示单元10上。此时,处理单元14所产生的搜寻结果13,即为第一阶段及第二阶段搜寻结果的交集。亦即,此时处理单元14经过两个阶段搜寻后显示于触控显示单元10上的群组sports,实质上是同时具有shopping与sports标签的网页群组。
请参照图3B。图3B为本发明一实施例中,手持式电子装置1的俯视图。于一实施例中,触控显示单元10将再接收一个第一选择指令(未绘示),以将网页群组展开为网页地址清单30,亦即将网页群组中所包含的网页地址列出于触控显示单元10上。接着,触控显示单元10根据一个第二选择指令(未绘示)对网页地址清单其中之一进行选择,以使处理单元14选择网页地址清单其中的一网址,并连接至对应的网页。于另一实施例中,在上述的第二阶段搜寻进行后,处理单元14亦可直接于sports群组下显示其所包含的部分网页地址。此时,使用者仅需输入一次选择指令即可使处理单元14连接至对应的网页。于再一实施例中,在各阶段搜寻中,触控显示单元10亦可接收一取消指令(未绘示),以取消此阶段搜寻结果,并回复至上一阶段的搜寻结果。
因此,本发明的手持式电子装置,可通过储存有具关联的网页地址与标签的储存单元,依搜寻字符搜寻标签进行阶段搜寻并根据各阶段搜寻的结果,迅速地找到欲存取的网页。
请参照图4。图4为本发明一实施例中,网页书签存取方法400的流程图。网页书签存取方法400可应用于如图1所绘示的手持式电子装置1中。网页书签存取方法包含下列步骤(应了解到,在本实施方式中所提及的步骤,除特别叙明其顺序者外,均可依实际需要调整其前后顺序,甚至可同时或部分同时执行)。
于步骤401,透过触控显示单元10接收一组搜寻字符。
于步骤402,透过处理单元14以该组搜寻字符根据标签,于储存单元12进行搜寻阶段,以产生阶段搜寻结果。于步骤403,处理单元14判断触控显示单元10是否接收确认指令。当接收确认指令时,网页书签存取方法400的流程将回至步骤401,以接收下一组搜寻字符进行搜寻。当未接收确认指令时,于步骤404,处理单元14判断触控显示单元10是否接收选择指令。于一实施例中,选择指令可包含以将网页群组展开为网页地址清单的第一选择指令以及对网页地址清单其中之一进行选择的第二选择指令。当触控显示单元10接收选择指令时,处理单元14将于步骤405连接至对应的网页。
因此,本发明的网页书签存取方法,可通过网页书签数据库将网页地址与标签进行关联,并可依搜寻字符搜寻标签进行阶段搜寻产生交集,迅速地找到欲存取的网页。
虽然本发明已以实施方式揭露如上,然其并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉此技艺者,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作各种的更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围当视所附的权利要求书所界定的范围为准。
Claims (8)
1.一种网页书签存取方法,其特征在于,应用于一手持式电子装置中,该手持式电子装置包含一储存单元、一触控显示单元及一处理单元,该处理单元电性连接至该储存单元及该触控显示单元,该储存单元用以储存多个网页地址,各所述多个网页地址与至少一标签间具有一关联,该网页书签存取方法包含下列步骤:
(a)透过该触控显示单元接收至少一组搜寻字符;
(b)透过该处理单元以该组搜寻字符根据该标签,于该储存单元进行至少一搜寻阶段以产生至少一阶段搜寻结果;以及
(c)透过该处理单元根据该至少一阶段搜寻结果,以产生一搜寻结果。
2.根据权利要求1所述的网页书签存取方法,其特征在于,于该搜寻阶段还包含下列步骤:
透过该触控显示单元显示与该标签相关的至少一标签群组;以及
透过该触控显示单元接收一确认指令,以对该标签群组其中之一进行确认。
3.根据权利要求1所述的网页书签存取方法,其特征在于,该搜寻结果包含至少一网页群组,该网页书签存取方法还包含一透过该触控显示单元接收一第一选择指令,以展开该网页群组其中之一为一网页地址清单的步骤。
4.根据权利要求3所述的网页书签存取方法,其特征在于,还包含一透过该触控显示单元接收一第二选择指令,以选择该网页地址清单其中的一网址连接至对应的一网页的步骤。
5.一种手持式电子装置,其特征在于,包含:
一储存单元,用以储存多个网页地址,各所述多个网页地址与至少一标签间具有一关联;
一触控显示单元,用以接收至少一组搜寻字符;以及
一处理单元,电性连接至该储存单元及该触控显示单元,用以根据该至少一组搜寻字符,于该储存单元进行至少一搜寻阶段,以产生一搜寻结果;
其中各该搜寻阶段是以该组搜寻字符根据该标签进行搜寻,以产生一阶段搜寻结果,该处理单元根据各该搜寻阶段的阶段搜寻结果产生搜寻结果。
6.根据权利要求5所述的手持式电子装置,其特征在于,该处理单元于该搜寻阶段,透过该触控显示单元显示与该标签相关的至少一标签群组,该触控显示单元还接收一确认指令,以对该标签群组其中之一进行确认。
7.根据权利要求5所述的手持式电子装置,其特征在于,该搜寻结果包含显示于该触控显示单元的至少一网页群组,该触控显示单元还用以接收一第一选择指令,以展开该网页群组为一网页地址清单。
8.根据权利要求7所述的手持式电子装置,其特征在于,该触控显示单元还用以接收一第二选择指令,以选择该网页地址清单其中的一网址连接至对应的一网页。
