Abstract
本发明属于汽车领域,尤其是一种能利用汽车尾气热量进行发电的汽车尾气管发电装置。它包括汽车尾气排气管,汽车尾气排气管内外套设有一个热转换箱体,该箱体内设有用于沸腾的液体,热转换箱体为圆柱状筒体,通过银纤焊接在汽车尾气排气管外,热转换箱上方设有一个出口,与出口相连接有个沸腾箱,该沸腾箱内设有一个涡轮,该涡轮与沸腾箱外的发电机相连接,发电机与汽车的蓄电池连接。本发明的优点是能将尾气的热量进行收集,并将热量转换成动能进行发电,提高了燃料的利用率,节约了能量,保护了环境。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车领域,尤其是一种能利用汽车尾气热量进行发电的汽车尾气管发电装置。
背景技术
现有的汽车大部分为燃气动力结构,通过汽油、柴油或者是天然气的燃烧来进行提供动力,汽车发动机的效率一般为三至四成,燃料发出的总热量的一半以上被发动机排气以及循环冷却水带走,其中,尾气中所带的热量很高,约占燃料总发热量的25%以上,尾气温度一般在四百度以上,在环境保护与节能为主题的现在社会,怎样利用这个尾气能量就成了我们所要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述技术中所提出怎样利用汽车尾气能量的问题,提出一种汽车尾气管发电装置,它能将汽车尾气热量进行有效转换,并将该热量最终转换成电能,让电能为汽车提供清洁能源,实现油电混合动力,节省能源,降低了空气污染。
实现本发明目的的技术方案如下:
汽车尾气管发电装置,它包括汽车尾气排气管,汽车尾气排气管内外套设有一个热转换箱体,该箱体内设有用于沸腾的液体,热转换箱体为圆柱状筒体,通过银纤焊接在汽车尾气排气管外,热转换箱上方设有一个出口,与出口相连接有个沸腾箱,该沸腾箱内设有一个涡轮,该涡轮与沸腾箱外的发电机相连接,发电机与汽车的蓄电池连接,通过沸腾的液体沸腾时产生的对流流速推动涡轮进行转动,涡轮转动时带动发电机进行发电,从而发电机对汽车电瓶进行充电。
所述的汽车尾气排气管的外壁周面上设有若干翅片。
所述的翅片上设有若干热交换片。
本发明的优点是能将尾气的热量进行收集,并将热量转换成动能进行发电,提高了燃料的利用率,节约了能量,保护了环境。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,汽车尾气管发电装置,它包括汽车尾气排气管1,汽车尾气排气管内1外套设有一个热转换箱体2,该箱体内设有用于沸腾的液体,热转换箱体为圆柱状筒体,通过银纤焊接在汽车尾气排气管1外,热转换箱2上方设有一个出口3,与出口3相连接有个沸腾箱4,该沸腾箱4内设有一个涡轮5,该涡轮5与沸腾箱4外的发电机6相连接,发电机6与汽车的蓄电池连接,通过沸腾的液体沸腾时产生的对流流速推动涡轮进行转动,涡轮转动时带动发电机进行发电,从而发电机对汽车电瓶进行充电。
所述的汽车尾气排气管的外壁周面上设有若干翅片7。

1.汽车尾气管发电装置,其特征在于:它包括汽车尾气排气管,汽车尾气排气管内外套设有一个热转换箱体,该箱体内设有用于沸腾的液体,热转换箱体为圆柱状筒体,通过银纤焊接在汽车尾气排气管外,热转换箱上方设有一个出口,与出口相连接有个沸腾箱,该沸腾箱内设有一个涡轮,该涡轮与沸腾箱外的发电机相连接,发电机与汽车的蓄电池连接。
