本发明涉及一种带储存溶质的饮料瓶,其瓶盖主体的旋紧部与瓶体的瓶颈相旋合连接;瓶盖主体的内筒部套装切膜内筒并通过切膜内筒的支撑台阶扣设于内筒部的内凸卡筋上;瓶盖主体的按压部顶压于切膜内筒的封闭上端;瓶盖主体的变形部顶压于切膜内筒的出水孔;瓶盖主体的出水筒部在瓶盖主体的变形部脱离切膜内筒的出水孔时形成连通出水通道结构;饮水抽筒滑动套装于瓶盖主体构成对出水通道的开关控制结构;由膜片与切膜内筒构成储存溶质的空间;切膜内筒设置双旁侧切膜刀刃构成对膜片的双旁侧切膜结构;切膜内筒设置缺口构成对膜片的切膜后膜片粘连结构。具有压按省力、割膜效果好、溶质释放快且释放彻底、并可直接饮用的优点。

Description

带储存溶质的饮料瓶
技术领域
本发明涉及一种带储存溶质的饮料瓶。
背景技术
目前,饮料容器盛装已经勾兑好的饮料,饮料的特定有效成分与纯净水的勾兑在生产线上完成,随后,要经过储运、销售过程才能被消费者饮用,在这段时间里由于气温等各种因素影响,已经勾兑处理好的饮料会出现物质还原,还会产生质变、味变。生产者为了解决这个问题必须追加各种防腐、保鲜、保质、稳定饮品成分等措施,这不仅需多耗费资源,增加生产成本,更重要的是在质量保障上无法达到长时间保鲜、保质和稳定成分的目的。于是,有人设计了由消费者自己勾兑的饮料容器,例如中国实用新型专利号02276955.2,公开了一种配置了加料瓶盖的饮料容器,采用压力杆刺破塑料热收缩密封膜,使加料瓶盖内的速溶饮料粉下落至瓶体内的勾兑技术方案,当为了储存大剂量溶质时,封口膜的连接边缘会变得很厚需要较大的力才能被破坏,因此,仅用一个手指的力量无法使压力杆有效释放溶质。同时,局部刺破使速溶饮料粉下落极慢,加料瓶内纯净水易回溅到密封膜内部,反而使未下落溶质在瓶盖内结块,无法继续下落。
于是,又有人设计了宜于储存大量溶质的饮料瓶盖,例如中国发明专利号200810003651.0,公开了一种储存溶质的瓶盖,采用内筒体和外壳体,可以用很小的力使内筒部的下端破坏封片从而释放溶质,可以应用于储存大剂量的溶质而使封片难以被刺破的情况,但是,这种结构在释放溶质时,溶质处于负压状态,溶质释放过程慢且释放不彻底;而且,封片被刺破后,溶质进入饮料瓶后,必须旋去整个饮料瓶盖,才可以饮用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述存在问题,提供一种应用于储存大剂量的溶质、压按省力、割膜效果好、溶质释放快且释放彻底、并可直接饮用的带储存溶质的饮料瓶。
本发明,实现上述的目的是这样的:包括瓶体和瓶盖,瓶盖包括瓶盖主体、切膜内筒和饮水抽筒;瓶盖主体具有旋紧部、内筒部、按压部、变形部和出水筒部,旋紧部和内筒部两者的连接端通过可弯曲的变形部与出水筒部连接;瓶盖主体的旋紧部与瓶体的瓶颈相旋合连接;瓶盖主体的按压部筒体通过肋筋与瓶盖主体的出水筒部固定连接;瓶盖主体的内筒部套装切膜内筒并通过切膜内筒的支撑台阶扣设于内筒部的内凸卡筋上;瓶盖主体的按压部顶压于切膜内筒的封闭上端;瓶盖主体的变形部顶压于切膜内筒的出水孔;瓶盖主体的出水筒部在瓶盖主体的变形部脱离切膜内筒的出水孔时形成连通出水通道结构;饮水抽筒滑动套装于瓶盖主体的出水筒部外侧,由饮水抽筒的封盖构成对出水通道的开关控制结构;瓶盖主体的内筒部下端设置有支撑切膜内筒的支撑台阶的限位卡筋,瓶盖主体的内筒部下末端设置膜片,由膜片与切膜内筒构成储存溶质的空间;切膜内筒设置双旁侧切膜刀刃而构成对膜片的双旁侧切膜结构;切膜内筒设置缺口而构成对膜片的切膜后膜片粘连结构。
本发明,瓶盖主体的出水筒部外侧设置环形槽,由饮水抽筒的内凸圈筋在环形槽中上下滑动而构成饮水抽筒的上下限位结构。
本发明,瓶盖主体可以套设有外盖。
本发明的突出特点和有益效果:
1)、瓶盖主体的按压部顶压切膜内筒后,瓶盖主体的变形部脱离切膜内筒的出水孔,切膜内筒的出水孔在饮水时为出水孔,该出水孔在溶质下落时也是进气孔,在膜片被割破时,储存溶质的空间不会形成负压,极利于储存溶质迅速下落;储存溶质的下落释放考虑了气压因素,所以,溶质释放快且释放彻底;
2)、切膜内筒设置双旁侧切膜刀刃而构成对膜片的双旁侧切膜结构,使溶质下落时不是垂直下落,而是从两侧侧向旁滑,不仅下落速度快,而且避免瓶内纯净水易回溅到密封膜内部,使未下落溶质在瓶盖内储存溶质的空间结块而无法继续下落;割膜结构较之以前针式破膜结构具有明显优点;
3)、切膜内筒设置缺口而构成对膜片的切膜后膜片粘连结构,避免膜片掉入瓶体内,从而影响饮水;
4)、瓶盖主体的内筒部套装切膜内筒并通过切膜内筒的支撑台阶扣设于内筒部的内凸卡筋上,避免带储存溶质的饮料瓶在使用前例如运输时由于震动使切膜内筒破膜;
5)、瓶盖主体的内筒部下端设置有支撑切膜内筒的支撑台阶的限位卡筋,避免切膜内筒掉入瓶体内,从而影响饮水。
本发明,应用于储存大剂量的溶质;具有压按省力、割膜效果好、溶质释放快且释放彻底、并可直接饮用的优点。

参照图1至图8,本实施例是一种带储存溶质的饮料瓶,包括瓶体1和瓶盖,瓶盖包括瓶盖主体2、切膜内筒3和饮水抽筒4;瓶盖主体具有旋紧部21、内筒部22、按压部23、变形部24和出水筒部25,旋紧部和内筒部两者的连接端通过可弯曲的变形部与出水筒部连接;瓶盖主体的旋紧部与瓶体的瓶颈11相旋合连接;瓶盖主体的按压部筒体通过肋筋26与瓶盖主体的出水筒部固定连接;瓶盖主体的内筒部套装切膜内筒并通过切膜内筒的支撑台阶36扣设于内筒部的内凸卡筋221上,避免带储存溶质的饮料瓶在使用前例如运输时由于震动使切膜内筒破膜;瓶盖主体的按压部顶压于切膜内筒的封闭上端31;瓶盖主体的变形部顶压于切膜内筒的出水孔32,该出水孔在饮水时为出水孔,该出水孔在溶质下落时也是进气孔,在膜片被割破时,储存溶质的空间A不会形成负压,极利于储存溶质迅速下落;瓶盖主体的出水筒部在瓶盖主体的变形部脱离切膜内筒的出水孔时形成连通出水通道结构;饮水抽筒滑动套装于瓶盖主体的出水筒部外侧,由饮水抽筒的封盖41构成对出水通道B的开关控制结构;瓶盖主体的内筒部下端设置有支撑切膜内筒的支撑台阶的限位卡筋222,避免切膜内筒掉入瓶体内;瓶盖主体的内筒部下末端设置膜片5,由膜片与切膜内筒构成储存溶质的空间A;切膜内筒设置双旁侧切膜刀刃33、34而构成对膜片的双旁侧切膜结构,使溶质下落时不是垂直下落,而是从两侧侧向旁滑,不仅下落速度快,而且避免瓶内纯净水易回溅到密封膜内部,使未下落溶质在瓶盖内储存溶质的空间结块而无法继续下落;切膜内筒设置缺口35而构成对膜片的切膜后膜片粘连结构,避免膜片掉入瓶体内;瓶盖主体的出水筒部外侧设置环形槽251,由饮水抽筒的内凸圈筋42在环形槽中上下滑动而构成饮水抽筒的上下限位结构;瓶盖主体2套设有外盖6。
本发明的使用过程:参照图1至图8,在按下瓶盖主体的按压部23时,切膜内筒的封闭上端31受到顶压,切膜内筒下移,切膜内筒支撑在瓶盖主体的内筒部下端的限位卡筋222上;同时,瓶盖主体的变形部24变形,瓶盖主体的变形部脱离切膜内筒的出水孔32,该出水孔在溶质下落时也是进气孔,由于,切膜内筒下移使膜片被割破,储存溶质的空间A有气体进入,储存溶质迅速下落;切膜内筒设置的双旁侧切膜刀刃33、34构成对膜片的双旁侧切膜结构,使膜片沿双旁侧出现膜片第一步旋转方向C1旋转,切膜内筒设置的缺口35构成对膜片的切膜后膜片粘连结构,使膜片沿缺口对应另一端出现膜片第二步旋转方向C2旋转,整个过程溶质下落速度极快且不会出现瓶内纯净水易回溅到储存溶质的空间的情况,而且溶质完全释放,储存溶质的空间A不会残留溶质。摇匀后,由饮水抽筒的内凸圈筋42在环形槽中上下滑动而构成饮水上下开关,可以直接饮用及封闭。

Claims (3)

1.一种带储存溶质的饮料瓶,包括瓶体(1)和瓶盖,其特征在于:
所述瓶盖包括瓶盖主体(2)、切膜内筒(3)和饮水抽筒(4);所述瓶盖主体具有旋紧部(21)、内筒部(22)、按压部(23)、变形部(24)和出水筒部(25),所述旋紧部和内筒部两者的连接端通过可弯曲的变形部与出水筒部连接;所述瓶盖主体的旋紧部与瓶体的瓶颈(11)相旋合连接;所述瓶盖主体的按压部筒体通过肋筋(26)与瓶盖主体的出水筒部固定连接;所述瓶盖主体的内筒部套装切膜内筒并通过切膜内筒的支撑台阶(36)扣设于内筒部的内凸卡筋(221)上;所述瓶盖主体的按压部顶压于切膜内筒的封闭上端(31);所述瓶盖主体的变形部顶压于切膜内筒的出水孔(32);所述瓶盖主体的出水筒部在瓶盖主体的变形部脱离切膜内筒的出水孔时形成连通出水通道结构;所述饮水抽筒滑动套装于瓶盖主体的出水筒部外侧,由饮水抽筒的封盖(41)构成对出水通道(B)的开关控制结构;
所述瓶盖主体的内筒部下端设置有支撑切膜内筒的支撑台阶的限位卡筋(222),所述瓶盖主体的内筒部下末端设置膜片(5),由膜片与切膜内筒构成储存溶质的空间(A);所述切膜内筒设置双旁侧切膜刀刃(33、34)而构成对膜片的双旁侧切膜结构;所述切膜内筒设置缺口(35)而构成对膜片的切膜后膜片粘连结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带储存溶质的饮料瓶,其特征在于:所述瓶盖主体的出水筒部外侧设置环形槽(251),由所述饮水抽筒的内凸圈筋(42)在所述环形槽中上下滑动而构成饮水抽筒的上下限位结构。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的带储存溶质的饮料瓶,其特征在于:所述瓶盖主体(2)套设有外盖(6)。
