Technical Field of the Invention
Generaly speaking, the invention belongs to the vessels specially adapted for use in medicine or pharmacology, i.e. more precisely to the devices for administration of food, medicaments or soft drinks orally. Furthermore, the invention can be classified into the group of devices for making or preparation of soft drinks by adding certain ingredients into water or a soft drink.
The invention can be classified as a packing material for wrapping two or more different substances that should be separated until the mixing before the use thereof.
According to International Patent Classification (IPC) - Seventh edition, the invention was classified and marked with next symbols: A 61 J 1/00, A 47 J 31/00, A 23 L 2/52 and B 65 D 81/32.
Technical solution
The technical solution resolved in the invention hereby comprises of the following:
- the way of designing the device constructionally and possibly with the minimum of elements so as to set it onto the bottles or vessels and by means of which, at a particular moment, is possible an easy, quick and efficient preparation of a mixture of concentrate or some pharmaceutical i.e. foodstuff ingredient and liquid and immediately to the use or medical administering thereof.
- how does design the structure of device on such way that bottle or vessel would be closed completely after use of solution or mixture made, and content of solution in the bottle or vessel would not be in contact with external air.

According to the definition, the state of art relates to the up-to-now experience in the mentioned technical fields that relate to the invention concerned. In this country and worldwide there are different types of contrivances for adding the ingredients into a bottle or vessel in preparation of medicaments, food and soft drinks.

By studing and analysis of the shortcomings of the state-of-art in practice, there can be concluded that the suggested invention, to a certain degree, removes shortcomings of the existing solutions in the state-of-art for the set technical problem.
Explanation on the Subject of the Invention
In regard to the existing solutions described in the sate-of-art the suggested solution of a device for adding the ingredients into a bottle or a vessel in preparation of medicaments, food, soft drinks, has the minimum of constructional elements that are set on the bottle or a vessel, and by means of which is enabled, easy, quick and efficient preparation of mixtures or solutions of ingredients or some pharmaceutical
component and a liquid comprised in a bottle or a vessel whereon is fixed this invention, and immediately before the use or medical application thereof.
The subject of the invention and the novelty thereof is in that the components are stored and limited inside of the body of invention, by a movable cap in the form of a nozzle, a piston or a thermo foil, the ingredients are set as totaly separate not only from the bottle or vessel content, but from the outside environment as well, and hereby provided is a longterm keeping the ingredients until the moment of their preparation.
The advantage of the solution herewith is in its easy and with a simple press onto the piston, piercing of the thermo foil with feeler-tips of the piston and the content of the stored ingredients is mixed with the content inside the bottle or a vessel in a mixing or shaking procedure, and hereby a quick solution for use or application is obtained.
Moreover, the novelty is in the construction of a moving cap and a body of invention whereby is enabled multiple application i.e. use of the content from the bottle or a vessel, and the stored solution is protected from any contact with surrounding air.
In relation to the solution from the state-of-art a simplicity in construction is achieved with multiple purpose of each of the elements of the device in herewith explained invention.
In use with this invention is a multipurpose body of the invention the role of which: is to carry and guide the movable cap, then as a piston guide for opening the room wherein stored are the ingredients for adding, by partial piercing the thermo foil, and then as a carrier of a protective hygienic cap and finally as a fastener in the form of a closure onto the outlet of the bottle or a vessel.

Detailed Description of the Invention
The device for adding the ingredients into a bottle or vessel in preparation of medicaments, food or soft drinks, according to the invention and figures 1 , 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 comprises of, a unique plastic element of the body 1 of the device, through the guide 2 thereof, held by supports 14, and inside the guide, is drawn a piston 4 that ends in three to six feeler-tips 5, and that are immediately above a thermo foil 10. The termo foil 10 is glued in a thermic procedure from the bottom of the front surface of an internal rim 9 of the body 1 of the device. From outside of body 1 of the device and onto a movable cap 6 in the form of a nozzle, that is vertically movable maximally for height h, and on the movable cap 6 and the piston 4, a protective hygienic cap 7, is drawn over as a casting poured into the exterior rim 8 that is fixed inside the groove of body 1 of the device. In the emobidement I, the outer ring 3 is achieved in one part with the body 1 of the device. In the embodiment II, the outer ring 3 is not achieved.
From the bottom of the body 1 of the device, over the front surface of the inside rim 9 that is poured in one part with body 1 of the device, is glued a thermo foil 10 that herewith closes the room 11' wherein stored are ingredients for preparation of medicaments, food or soft drinks. The space 11' wherein set are ingredients to be added, and limited from the bottom with the thermo foil 10, from lateral sides with the internal cylindrical surface of the rim 9 and body 1 of the device, and from the top with movable ca 6 and a guide 2 of the piston. The movable cap 6 by its aperture 6' firmly fixes the exterior cylindrical surface of the guide 2 of the piston.
The device is firmly enclosed with the outside rim 1 " of the body that by means of sealing restes, with a helical or similar element of connection, onto a neck 12' of the bottle or a vessel.
The way of functional operation of the device for adding the ingredients into the bottle or a vessel during preparation of medicaments, food or soft drinks is simple and is a clear consequence of the previuos text.
In the closed position of the device for adding, as in fig. 3, that represents a longitudinal cross-section of the device, a thermo foil 10 is in one part and glued to the bottom front surface of the internal rim 9, and the piston 4 is in its initial top position taken out through the guide 2, where the feeler tips are not in contact with thermo foil. In the inside of the bottle or a vessel 12 is set a certain quantity of ingredients 13 for mixing (as for example, water, soft drink, medical solution and similar), while in the chamber 11' are stored ingredients 11 for adding in preparation of medicaments, food, or soft drinks. Upon adding the ingredients 11 in the ingredients 13 in the bottle or vessel a solution 15 is obtained.
Upon using the device, a protective hygienic cap 7 is easily split off its rim 8 that remains in the appropriate groove on the body of the device. Upon pressing the piston with the hand in the direction of an arrow a, and herewith the piston is moved for the height hi, and the feeler-tips 5 of the piston also move downward for the height of hi and pierce the outlets 10' in the thermo foil 10, through which the ingredients for adding 11 , from a chamber 11' pass in the direction of arrow c and are joined with the inside of a bottle or vessel 12.
Then by shaking or stirring the ingredients that are from the chamber 11' through the orifices 10', made in the thermo foil 10, are added in the inside room in a bottle or vessel 12, are combined with a content 13 from the bottle or vessel, (where the content can be water, soft drink, medical solution, and alike), so the solution 15 is obtained, i.e. mixture ready for consumption and application.
For the purpose of consumption of the solution 15, the movable cap 6 is moved upwards in the direction of arrow b, for height h, where a gap is achieved (i.e. orifice) among an orifice 6", in the movable cap 6 and the guide 2 of the piston, through outlet of which, the solution 15 (food, medicament, drink, etc.) can unconstraindely go out in the direction of arrow d from the bottle or vessel. When achieving this gap, by moving the movable cap 6 upward, a rim-border 6" strikes a rim 1 ' of the body that limits the movement of the movable cap 6 upward. Upon consumption or application of the solution 15 through the orifice 6', the movable cap 6 withdraws into its bottom position and herewith sealing is achieved so that the orifice 6' firmly grasps the exterior cylindrical surface of the piston guide 2, and hereby prevents the solution 15 to leak away, and the outside air to flow into the inside of bottle or vessel 12.
In embodiment I that is inbuilt in new vessels or bottles the outer ring 3 is achieved in a single part with the body 1 of the device, while the embodiment II, that has no outer ring 3 of the body 1 of the device can be used for any standard bottle with the screw thread neck 12' that is already used and whereon a standard outer ring exists from the previously used bottle cap.
