一种金属效果的丝网印刷工艺
技术领域
 本发明涉及一种产品表面涂布的印刷工艺,尤其是一种金属效果的丝网印刷工艺。
背景技术
丝网印刷属于孔版印刷,它与平印、凸印、凹印一起被称为四大印刷方法。丝网印刷的原理是:印版(纸膜版或其它版的版基上制作出可通过油墨的孔眼)在印刷时,通过一定的压力使丝印油墨通过孔版的孔眼转移到承印物(纸张、陶瓷等)上,形成图象或文字。
在PE塑件产品(如塑料软管)上的印刷要想达到有金属效果比较难,在烫金后的表面上进行丝网印刷的效果往往很差,不能直接在烫金的表面进行丝网印刷的原因是丝印油墨无法牢固附着在烫金表面,因此无法达到预期效果。目前市场上有一种工艺的产品名为:热转移,其缺陷是在热转移工艺中由于热转移膜的转移边界的存在使产品表面有边框的感觉,因此不能达到金属效果的印刷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种牢固美观的金属效果的印刷工艺。
本发明的工艺流程如下,以塑料软管为例:
a,挤出成型塑料软管管身;
b,在塑料软管管壁上需要展现金属质感的印刷面做烫金处理,即将烫金膜附着于管壁上;
c,在烫金膜表面涂布丝印光油;
d,然后在丝印光油涂层上印刷丝印油墨。
 
本发明为一种新型的加工工艺,工艺的加工效果为使塑件产品(PE软管)拥有金属效果后可丝网印刷且使丝网印刷面具有浓郁的金属感。其核心为对塑料材质软管(PE软管)多次加工后,使表面的丝网印刷面有金属效果,印刷后产品有金属质感与光泽,使产品感觉是金属基材的印刷产品而非塑件,其印刷区域充分展现金属表面的特质。
综上所述,本发明是一种牢固美观的金属效果的印刷工艺。

具体实施方式
    下面结合附图和典型实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
在图1中,本发明的工艺流程如下,以塑料软管为例:
a,挤出成型塑料软管1管身;
b,在塑料软管1管壁2上需要展现金属质感的印刷面做烫金处理,即将烫金膜3附着于管壁2上;
c,在烫金膜3表面涂布丝印光油4;
d,然后在丝印光油4涂层上印刷丝印油墨5。

1.一种金属效果的丝网印刷工艺,其工艺流程如下:
a,挤出成型塑料软管管身;
b,在塑料软管管壁上需要展现金属质感的印刷面做烫金处理,即将烫金膜附着于管壁上;
c,在烫金膜表面涂布丝印光油;
d,然后在丝印光油涂层上印刷丝印油墨。
