Abstract

本发明公开了一种托式注油器,包括注油装置,所述注油装置的上部设有上盖、下部设有下盖,所述上盖、下盖、注油装置之间相互密封连接,所述上盖、下盖与注油装置之间形成一个密封的储油腔。注油器的容量为1000ml,比常规的容量大5倍,一般可满足一个班的润滑,操作者不用频繁的加油,提高了工作效率;托式注油器采用全钢材料制成,抗压裂能力强;可实现多分路供油功能;注油器可放在地上任意托动,也减轻了凿岩机的重量,缓减了操作者的工作负重。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种供油装置,具体的说是涉及一种将普通的液态润滑油雾化成油雾并随着压缩空气输送到需要润滑的机件达到润滑的目的托式注油器。
背景技术
目前,凿岩机上为了设备零件的润滑常配备注油器,但是目前常规的注油器具有以下缺陷:1、润滑油容量较小,一般为200ml,操作者需要频繁的加油,才能满足工作的需要;2、常规注油器为了减轻自身重量,一般材质为聚碳酸脂,容易被重物砸裂;3、常规的注油器只能为一台机器供油,不具备多分路供油功能;4、常规注油器是悬挂在凿岩机上的,这无形增加了凿岩机的重量,增加了操作者的负重压力。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是为克服上述技术缺陷,提供一种容量大、重量轻、抗压裂能力强、工作效率高、可实现多分路供油功能的托式注油器。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种托式注油器,包括注油装置,所述注油装置的上部设有上盖、下部设有下盖,所述上盖、下盖、注油装置之间相互密封连接,所述上盖、下盖与注油装置之间形成一个密封的储油腔。
以下是本发明对上述方案的进一步改进:
所述注油装置包括注油管,注油管的一端为进气口,另一端为注油口。
进一步改进:注油管的上部靠近进气口的位置设有第一凸台,第一凸台设在储油腔内靠近上盖的位置,第一凸台上焊接有进气弯管,进气弯管的一端通过第一凸台与注油管连通,另一端与储油腔内靠近下盖的位置连通。
进一步改进:所述注油管的中间位置的上部设有第二凸台,第二凸台设在储油腔内靠近上盖的位置,第二凸台内设有与注油管连通的空腔,所述空腔内设有用于调节进入注油管内的油量大小的调油阀。
进一步改进:第二凸台上焊接有出油弯管,出油弯管的一端与通过第二凸台内的空腔与注油管连通,另一端与储油腔内靠近下盖的位置连通; 
进一步改进:所述上盖的上部与第二凸台相应的位置焊接有螺套,螺套与储油腔连通,螺套上螺纹连接有用于防止润滑油外漏的油堵。
进一步改进:所述进气弯管与注油器连通的一端的进口高度高于储油腔内润滑油的液面高度。防止润滑油倒流至进气弯管内而造成浪费或再次启动时出现喷油现象;
进一步改进:所述出油弯管与储油腔连通的一端进口的高度低于储油腔内润滑油的液面高度。保证能将储油腔内的润滑油注入到注油管内。
工作时,注油口可直接与机件相连,也可通过分路设备与多台机件相连;压缩空气经进气口进入注油管,绝大多数压缩空气经过注油口输出,小部分压缩空气通过进气弯管进入储油腔内使储油腔内油面受压,此时由于压缩空气通过注油管的高速流动使注油管内压力低于储油腔内的压力,使润滑油经出油弯管通过调油阀形成油雾排到注油管内随压缩空气一起进入机件并润滑各部件,可根据使用情况通过调油阀调节油量的大小。
本发明采用上述技术方案具有以下优点:
1、注油器的容量为1000ml,比常规的容量大5倍,一般可满足一个班的润滑,操作者不用频繁的加油,提高了工作效率;
2、托式注油器采用全钢材料制成,抗压裂能力强;
3、可实现多分路供油功能;
4、注油器可放在地上任意托动,也减轻了凿岩机的重量,缓减了操作者的工作负重。

具体实施方式
实施例,如图1、图2所示,一种托式注油器,包括注油装置1,所述注油装置1的上部焊接有上盖3,所述注油装置1的下部焊接有下盖2,所述上盖3与下盖2密封焊接,所述上盖3、下盖2与注油装置1之间形成一个密封的储油腔13。
所述注油装置1包括注油管9,注油管9的一端为进气口14,另一端为注油口15,注油管9的上部靠近进气口14的位置设有第一凸台11,第一凸台11设在储油腔13内靠近上盖3的位置,第一凸台11上焊接有进气弯管10,进气弯管10的一端通过第一凸台11与注油管9连通,另一端与储油腔13内靠近下盖2的位置连通; 
所述注油管9的中间位置的上部设有第二凸台12,第二凸台12设在储油腔13内靠近上盖3的位置,第二凸台12内设有与注油管9连通的空腔16,所述空腔16内设有调油阀,调油阀用于调节进入注油管9内的油量大小。
第二凸台12上焊接有出油弯管4,出油弯管4的一端与通过第二凸台12内的空腔与注油管9连通,另一端与储油腔13内靠近下盖2的位置连通; 
所述上盖3的上部与第二凸台12相应的位置焊接有螺套5,螺套5与储油腔13连通,螺套5上螺纹连接有油堵8,油堵8用于防止润滑油外漏。
所述进气弯管10与注油器9连通的一端的进口高度高于储油腔13内润滑油的液面高度,防止润滑油倒流至进气弯管10内而造成浪费或再次启动时出现喷油现象;
所述出油弯管4与储油腔13连通的一端的进口高度低于储油腔13内润滑油的液面高度,保证能将储油腔13内的润滑油注入到注油管9内。
所述油堵8与螺套5之间、空腔16与减压阀7之间分别设有环形密封圈6。
所述上盖3、下盖2,注油管9为钢材料制成,提高了抗压裂能力。
工作时,注油口15可直接与机件相连,也可通过分路设备与多台机件相连;压缩空气经进气口14进入注油管9,绝大多数压缩空气经过注油口15输出,小部分压缩空气通过进气弯管10进入储油腔13内使储油腔13内油面受压,此时由于压缩空气通过注油管9的高速流动使注油管9内压力低于储油腔13内的压力,使润滑油经出油弯管4通过调油阀7形成油雾排到注油管9内随压缩空气一起进入机件并润滑各部件,可根据使用情况通过调油阀7调节油量的大小。

Claims (7)

1.一种托式注油器,包括注油装置(1),其特征在于:所述注油装置(1)的上部设有上盖(3)、下部设有下盖(2),所述上盖(3)、下盖(2)、注油装置(1)之间相互密封连接,所述上盖(3)、下盖(2)与注油装置(1)之间形成一个密封的储油腔(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的托式注油器,其特征在于:
所述注油装置(1)包括注油管(9),注油管(9)的一端为进气口(14),另一端为注油口(15)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的托式注油器,其特征在于:
注油管(9)的上部靠近进气口(14)的位置设有第一凸台(11),第一凸台(11)设在储油腔(13)内靠近上盖(3)的位置,第一凸台(11)上焊接有进气弯管(10),进气弯管(10)的一端通过第一凸台(11)与注油管(9)连通,另一端与储油腔(13)内靠近下盖(2)的位置连通。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的托式注油器,其特征在于:
所述注油管(9)的中间位置的上部设有第二凸台(12),第二凸台(12)设在储油腔(13)内靠近上盖(3)的位置,第二凸台(12)内设有与注油管(9)连通的空腔(16),所述空腔(16)内设有用于调节进入注油管(9)内的油量大小的调油阀。
5.根据权利要求4所述的托式注油器,其特征在于:
第二凸台(12)上焊接有出油弯管(4),出油弯管(4)的一端与通过第二凸台(12)内的空腔与注油管(9)连通,另一端与储油腔(13)内靠近下盖(2)的位置连通; 
根据权利要求5所述的托式注油器,其特征在于:
所述上盖(3)的上部与第二凸台(12)相应的位置焊接有螺套(5),螺套(5)与储油腔(13)连通,螺套(5)上螺纹连接有用于防止润滑油外漏的油堵(8)。
6.根据权利要求6所述的托式注油器,其特征在于:
所述进气弯管(10)与注油器(9)连通的一端的进口高度高于储油腔(13)内润滑油的液面高度。
7.根据权利要求6所述的托式注油器,其特征在于:
所述出油弯管(4)与储油腔(13)连通的一端进口的高度低于储油腔(13)内润滑油的液面高度。
