Abstract

本发明提供一种圆弧梁模板支设质量控制方法,半径较大的圆弧梁施工时模板支设质量控制一直存在一些困难,导致此类圆弧梁检测点的不合格率一直居高不下,针对这一问题,通过一系列措施来加强侧模的刚度和稳定性,保证模板下料精度,使得圆弧梁检测点的不合格率由原来的9.7%降低了现在的4.5%,提高了整个工程的质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种模板支设质量控制方法,特别是圆弧梁模板支设质量控制方法。 
背景技术
随着社会经济的发展,人们对建筑的功能、高度、美观上都有了新的要求,然而针对一些工程的特殊情况,目前的施工技术难以达到预期的效果,所以需要技术人员不断的去研究新的技术方案。而针对半径较大的圆弧梁施工时模板支设质量控制一直存在一些困难,导致此类圆弧梁检测点的不合格率一直居高不下,这使得工程施工质量得不到保证。 
发明内容
本发明目的在于为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种降低圆弧梁检测点的不合格率的圆弧梁模板支设质量控制方法。 
技术方案:经过对不合格点的质量缺陷统计,发现影响圆弧梁模板支设质量缺陷的主要问题是模板拼缝不严、立面垂直度差,针对这两个问题经过分析讨论后确认最后的要因有支模方法不对、下料方法不当、新工人较多。针对确定的要因,小组成员集思广益,出谋划策,并广泛征求施工管理人员和工人的意见,制定了相关的对策措施。 
实施一:采取有效措施,加强侧模的刚度和稳定性; 
a.施工方案:由技术负责人根据现场情况,重新编制施工方案,并根据施工方案在现场制作编号为KL1的圆弧梁的样板模板,然后按样板模板引路加工制作; 
b.采取加强措施:在梁的侧模上进行增设450间距的Φ12的对拉螺杆,加强其刚度,固定在模板上下口,确保模板支设的刚度和稳定性,由质检员监督检查,浇混凝土时派专人对模板及支架进行观察和维护。 
实施二:采取措施,保证模板下料精度; 
a.运用CAD技术,进行精确放样:应用AutoCAD技术,绘制每个圆弧梁的大样图,并在现场放样后再进行木模制作,解决模板的拼缝和加固点设置问题,对每一块模板进行编号标识; 
b.采用二台手提切割机和二名操作工人按大样进行圆弧切割,重点是各型号圆弧梁模板制作精确加工。 
有益效果:本发明通过对影响模板支设质量缺陷问题的要因的解决,圆弧梁检测点的不合格率由原来的9.7%降低了现在的4.5%,提高了整个工程的质量。 
具体实施方式
实施一:采取有效措施,加强侧模的刚度和稳定性; 
a.施工方案:由技术负责人根据现场情况,重新编制施工方案,并根据施工方案在现场制作编号为KL1的圆弧梁的样板模板,然后按样板模板引路加工制作; 
b.采取加强措施:在梁的侧模上进行增设450间距的Φ12的对拉螺杆,加强其刚度,固定在模板上下口,确保模板支设的刚度和稳定性,由质检员监督检查,浇混凝土时派专人对模板及支架进行观察和维护。 
实施二:采取措施,保证模板下料精度; 
a.运用CAD技术,进行精确放样:应用AutoCAD技术,绘制每个圆弧梁的大样图,并在现场放样后再进行木模制作,解决模板的拼缝和加固点设置问题,对每一块模板进行编号标识; 
b.采用二台手提切割机和二名操作工人按大样进行圆弧切割,重点是各型号圆弧梁模板制作精确加工。 
实施三:加强作业人员质量意识; 
a.加强作业人员思想教育:组织班组工人会议,目标教育和企业精神教育,增加工人的责任感和荣誉感,并进行考试,通过黑板报,小型演讲会形式加以巩固。 
b.对新工人进行岗前培训:培训内容基本识图,施工方法,施工方案的实施,并通过考试进行强化。 

Claims (2)

1.圆弧梁模板支设质量控制方法,其特征在于加强侧模的刚度和稳定性有以下步骤;
a.根据现场情况,重新编制施工方案,并根据施工方案在现场制作圆弧梁的样板模板,然后按样板模板引路加工制作;
b.在梁的侧模上进行增设450间距的Φ12的对拉螺杆,加强其刚度,固定在模板上下口,确保模板支设的刚度和稳定性。
2.根据权利要求1所述圆弧梁模板支设质量控制方法,其特征在于增加检测点的合格率还有有以下步骤:
a.应用AutoCAD技术,绘制每个圆弧梁的大样图,并在现场放样后再进行木模制作,对每一块模板进行编号标识;
b.采用手提切割机按大样进行圆弧切割。
