背景技术
水是生命之源,“人可一日无食,但不可一日无水”,生命离不开水,但随着工业化进程的加快,环境污染日益严重,不洁水已严重威胁着人类的健康。
目前市场上的净水器,功能一般都比较单一,市面上常见的净水器一般只能起到对自来水的初步净化作用,目前很大部分城市的自来水余氯、细菌、病毒、藻类等物质都超标,一般的饮水设备很难对以上的有害物质做到很好的净化作用,人们长期饮用物质超标的水资源会对身体产生非常不利的影响。
中国专利公开号200510016369.2公开了一种水龙头过滤器,包括过滤筒、过滤芯、磁性材料、过滤网,所述过滤芯为陶瓷材料,该发明可将自来水中部分杂质过滤掉,特别是铁锈,但对于自来水中的余氯、细菌等过滤效果差。
中国专利公开号201120380657.7公开了一种水龙头过滤器,包括阀门,在阀门的出口连接有三通部件,三通部件的一个出水口和出水管连接,三通部件的另一个出水口和过滤器连接,过滤器内装有活性炭颗粒,过滤器的出口连接有出水管,由于在过滤器内安装有活性炭颗粒,该水龙头具有过滤的功能,但所能过滤的杂质有限,并且效果不佳。
另有报道,对自来水的净化处理是在进水管内部安装多道分开设置的净水过滤装置,或者在龙头内部安装多道分开设置的净水过滤装置,所述净水过滤装置通常是安装在滤筒内,这样就需要在进水管内部或龙头内部安装多个滤筒、多道净水过滤装置,才能达到较好的净化效果,这样的过滤工序复杂,所需占据的空间较大,所需花费的成本很高。
发明内容
因此,针对以上内容,本发明提供一种过滤工序简单、效果好,能有效去除自来水中的余氯、细菌等杂质,保留对人体有益的矿物质及微量元素,将过滤处理设施集中设置于一体的龙头净水过滤筒。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种龙头净水过滤筒,包括中空滤筒,所述滤筒的轴向两端分别设有进水口接头与出水口接头,所述滤筒内由进水口接头端至出水口接头端依次设有超滤膜、活性炭纤维层、离子筛颗粒、活性炭纤维层,各所述活性炭纤维层由滤布沿同轴卷绕而成,所述滤布上均布有纳米级银离子,所述滤筒的出水口接头内装有铜锌合金滤料。
进一步的改进是:所述铜锌合金滤料中铜的重量百分比为49~49.9%,锌的重量百分比为49~49.9%,余量为杂质。
进一步的改进是:所述超滤膜为聚苯乙烯超滤膜、聚丙烯超滤膜、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯超滤膜、聚氯乙烯超滤膜、聚偏氟乙烯超滤膜、聚乙烯超滤膜中的任意一种。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:本发明在滤筒内靠近进水口接头处设置超滤膜,能够截留胶体、泥沙、铁锈、悬浮固体、胶体硅、铝铁等悬浮物,细菌、病毒、隐孢子虫、贾地鞭毛虫、内毒素、热源、寄生虫、大肠杆菌、疫苗、藻类等微生物,以及脂肪、油脂、颜料、胶乳等大分子有机物。另外,在滤筒内还设置了两活性炭纤维层,在两活性炭纤维层之间设置离子筛颗粒,可滤除漂白粉异味、霉菌异味(2-MIB)、三氯甲烷、一溴二氯甲烷、二溴一氯甲烷、溴仿、有机物(JIS顶类)、CAT(农药)、溶解性铅,在滤筒的进水接头内装有铜锌合金滤料,能够防止空气中的细菌、有害气体进入滤筒内,抑制微生物的繁殖、减少矿物结垢、去除重金属、去除余氯,有效的预防了二次污染,提高水的口感。经过处理的自来水保留了对人体有益的矿物质及微量元素,达到国家直饮水标准,安全健康。另外,本发明通过在滤筒内设置了两层活性炭纤维层,将离子筛颗粒与超滤膜隔开,使离子筛颗粒可以与超滤膜很好的结合在一起使用,解决了现有技术离子筛颗粒与超滤膜不能结合在一体使用的缺陷,可避免离子筛颗粒影响超滤膜的过滤效果。本发明巧妙的将超滤膜、离子筛颗粒、活性炭纤维层结合为一体使用,可以很好的过滤掉水中的多种杂质与细菌,与传统的多道分开设置的净水过滤装置相比,节省了空间、节约了更多的经济成本。

本发明的实施例为:
一种龙头净水过滤筒,包括中空滤筒1,所述滤筒1的轴向两端分别设有进水口接头11与出水口接头12,所述滤筒1内由进水口接头端至出水口接头端依次设有聚苯乙烯超滤膜13、第一活性炭纤维层14a、离子筛颗粒15、第二活性炭纤维层14b,所述第一活性炭纤维层14a和第二活性炭纤维层14b均由沿同轴卷绕而成的滤布组成,所述滤布上均布有纳米级银离子,所述滤筒1的出水口接头11内装有铜锌合金滤料16,所述铜锌合金滤料16中铜的重量百分比为49.5%,锌的重量百分比为49.9%,余量为杂质。
其中,所述铜锌合金滤料16中铜的重量百分比在49~49.9%,锌的重量百分比在49~49.9%,所述离子筛颗粒的粒径在50-100目之间皆可实现本发明的目的。

在滤筒的进水接头内装有铜锌合金滤料,具有以下作用:①去除余氯:该作用是通过电化学的氧化—还原反应实现的。铜锌合金与水接触,形成锌阳极和铜阴极。分别与水和余氯发生氧化、还原反应,余氯生成对人体无害的氯离子。②去除重金属:可去除铅、汞、铜、镍、镉、砷、铝等可溶性重金属离子,该作用是通过电化学的氧化—还原反应和催化作用实现的。重金属离子通过氧化还原反应生成不溶性的原子,并镀覆于铜锌合金表面。③减少矿物结垢:结垢现象是因为水中钙、镁离子结晶而形成的。一方面,铜锌合金的电化学反应使水的PH值升高,降低了钙、镁结晶体的溶解度,使结晶体容易析出;另一方面,铜锌合金可根本改变碳酸钙、碳酸镁结晶的形态,结晶体变小,形成不会粘附于物体表面的粉状颗粒,很容易用物理方法去除。④抑制微生物的繁殖:铜锌合金不是通过一种机理而是几种机理控制微生物的生长繁殖。a、氧化还原电位的变化:水通过铜锌合金时,电位发生大幅度变化,能破坏细菌的细胞;b、氢氧根离子和过氧化氢的作用:铜锌合金在将二价铁氧化到三价铁的过程中会产生氢氧根离子和过氧化氢,而这两种物质对一些微生物有抑制作用。c、锌离子的作用:在电化学反应中被释放的锌离子能阻止酶的合成,从而达到抑菌的目的。

Claims (3)
1.一种龙头净水过滤筒,包括中空滤筒,所述滤筒的轴向两端分别设有进水口接头与出水口接头,其特征在于:所述滤筒内由进水口接头端至出水口接头端依次设有超滤膜、活性炭纤维层、离子筛颗粒、活性炭纤维层,各所述活性炭纤维层由滤布沿同轴卷绕而成,所述滤布上均布有纳米级银离子,所述滤筒的出水口接头内装有铜锌合金滤料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的龙头净水过滤筒,其特征在于:所述铜锌合金滤料中铜的重量百分比为49~49.9%,锌的重量百分比为49~49.9%,余量为杂质。
3.根据权利要求1所述的龙头净水过滤筒,其特征在于:所述超滤膜为聚苯乙烯超滤膜、聚丙烯超滤膜、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯超滤膜、聚氯乙烯超滤膜、聚偏氟乙烯超滤膜、聚乙烯超滤膜中的任意一种。
