一种食品催熟箱
技术领域    本发明涉及一种生活用品，尤其是一种食品加工器。
背景技术    在人们生活中，经常会买到一些较生的水果、蔬菜，这些果蔬由于还未到成熟期便被采摘下来，虽然便于储存，但却不适合食用。为了更好的食用这些果蔬产品，人们只能将较生的果蔬放置起来让其自然成熟氧化，其过程较为漫长，而且稍不小心便会造成果蔬腐烂，给人们带来烦恼。
发明内容    本发明的目的是提供一种可加快果蔬产品成熟速度并且操作简单的食品催熟箱。
本发明包括箱体、箱门以及顶盖，箱体为立方体壳体结构，侧面开设箱门，顶部安装透明的顶盖；在箱体两侧对称安装提手，底部安装滚轮，内部安装加热管。
使用时，使用者将较生的水果、蔬菜放置在箱体内，然后关上箱门，闭合加热管开关，通过加热管耗电来增加箱体内的温度，给水果、蔬菜提供一个温暖的存放环境，便于水果、蔬菜氧化变熟。另外，该装置便于移动，可握住提手搬运移动，也可在地面上利用滚轮滚动移动。而使用者可透过顶盖来观察箱内食品的成熟情况，避免发生腐烂问题。
与已有技术相比，本发明的有益效果为：结构合理、方便实用、操作简单，可加快食品的成熟速度，特别适合较生果蔬催熟使用。
