Description

汽油容器和汽油蒸汽过滤器之间的连接管的夹紧检测方法和设备
技术领域
本发明涉及车辆机动化领域。更具体地,本发明涉及对通常配置在设有汽油内燃发动机的车辆中的汽油容器和汽油蒸汽过滤器之间的连接管的夹紧的检测。
背景技术
自数年前起,尤其为了减少带汽油发动机的车辆所产生的污染并同时降低这些车辆的燃料消耗,这些车辆的燃料容器配有用于回收汽油蒸汽的设备,该设备将汽油蒸汽重新注入到发动机中。本领域的技术人员通常称为炭罐(英语为“canister”)的该设备布置在汽油容器的附近。该设备包括带炭的过滤器,该带炭的过滤器固定汽油蒸汽,特别是在发动机停止的时候。通过进气管道在发动机中注入蒸汽是由发动机的电子控制设备(英语为“Engine Control Unit”,简称ECU)来控制的,其中所述电子控制设备允许打开和关闭泄放阀门。
某些国家目前的标准要求能够检测车辆存在汽油蒸汽的泄漏。这牵涉到诊断所有可能的泄漏和所涉及的构件故障,特别是汽油蒸汽过滤器(canister)、泄放阀门,和相关的元件,特别是燃料容器和燃料蒸汽过滤器的连接管。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于提出一种设备,该设备允许诊断汽油容器和汽油蒸汽过滤器之间的连接管的夹紧。
本发明的第二个目的在于实施起来简单并且成本低。
为此,本发明提出一种车辆内燃发动机用的汽油容器和汽油蒸汽过滤器之间的连接管的夹紧检测方法,所述蒸汽过滤器通过包括可以控制的泄放阀门的通道与发动机连接。
所述方法包括以下步骤的至少一个序列:
·打开泄放阀门的步骤;
·在大于预定值的时长内获取一系列测量值的步骤,其中所述一系列测量值代表进入内燃发动机的混合物的丰度(richesse),而所述时长则代表汽油蒸汽过滤器的泄放时长;
·对于分布在大于预定值的时长上的一组测量值,比较连续测量值并确定混合物丰度从一个测量值到下一个测量值的变化是否保持小于预先确定的阈值的步骤。
在一个有利的实施例中,测量值在调节丰度的时候连续地获得。
可以理解,这些测量任选地在泄漏检测诊断尚未终止时实现。
根据可能地一同使用的各种布置:
·内燃发动机的混合物丰度测量由氧探测器来实现;
·所述方法包括通过分析蒸汽过滤器的填充水平随时间的变化来确定容器和蒸汽过滤器之间的连接管的夹紧的步骤。

具体实施方式
在本示例中,本发明用于例如机动车的陆用车辆中。
未在图1中示出的车辆包括内燃发动机1,该内燃发动机由燃料容器2所包含的燃料来供给。内燃发动机1包括进气歧管5和燃料进入通道12,该燃料进入通道与燃料容器2连接。
为了收集从燃料容器2出来的燃料蒸汽,该燃料容器与蒸汽过滤器3连接,该蒸汽过滤器借助于泄放阀门4与进气歧管5连接。泄放阀门能够根据指令使蒸汽过滤器3与内燃发动机1的进气歧管5联通,以至少部分地回收包含在蒸汽过滤器3中的燃料蒸汽。
蒸汽过滤器3还借助于通风口和通风阀门7(英语为“Natural Vacuum Leak Detector”,简称NVLD)与空气进口6联通,其中所述通风口和通风阀门能够使蒸汽过滤器3与空气进口6联通。通风阀门7在蒸汽过滤器3中的压力超过某一阈值或低于某一阈值的时候打开。例如在泄放阀门4打开并且内燃发动机1工作的时候就是这种情况。由此在进气歧管5中产生的负压吸入包含在蒸汽过滤器3中的燃料蒸汽,并造成通风阀门7打开。因此,空气穿过蒸汽过滤器3,并在通到进气歧管5之前携带上燃料蒸汽。
通风阀门7还包括恒压器8,该恒压器能够根据蒸汽过滤器3中的负压水平来切换信号。恒压器8通过线路9向电子控制设备10输出其信号,该电子控制设备可以专用于该系统或与车辆的其他部件(例如内燃发动机1)共用。特别地,电子控制设备10能够通过控制线路11来控制泄放阀门4的打开和关闭。
这里,假设车辆设有氧探测器,该氧探测器的类型为配置在带催化转换器的车辆中的氧探测器,并适于通过检测在氧探测器前方流通的气体中的氧含量来测量混合物丰度。
自然地并大致持续地,由于例如燃料的温度升高、车辆的运动、环境温度、燃料进入通道12的温度等,车辆的燃料容器2充满蒸汽。这些散发的燃料蒸汽因此持续地储存在燃料蒸汽过滤器3内部。
在正常工作状况下,泄放阀门4的打开由电子控制设备10根据蒸汽过滤器3的填充水平和发动机的工作点来控制。通过分析排气处的丰度偏差来估计蒸汽过滤器3的汽油填充量。
所述燃料容器2和汽油蒸汽过滤器3之间的连接管的夹紧检测方法包括多个步骤:
·在电子控制设备10的指令之后打开泄放阀门4;
·由电子控制设备10接收并记忆混合物丰度连续的测量值,所述测量值由氧探测器来采集。这些测量值例如连续地获得,以调节丰度;
·对于一组分布在大于预定值的时长内的测量值,比较连续的测量值,并确定丰度从一个测量值到下一个测量值的变化是否保持小于预先确定的阈值。
该比较是通过计算排放流量的积分(借助于注入到发动机中的燃料质量的补偿来获得)并将其与预先确定的阈值比较来进行的。
因此,存在两种情况:
·要么,基于注入到发动机中的燃料质量的补偿计算的蒸汽过滤器3的填充量由于蒸汽过滤器3的泄放模式低于且保持低于预先确定的阈值。该情况表征蒸汽过滤器3是空的,未填充有汽油蒸汽。因此这是供给管夹紧的情况;
·要么,相反地,以相同的方式计算的蒸汽过滤器的填充量随时间变化。该情况表征蒸汽过滤器3逐渐地填充有蒸汽。容器2和蒸汽过滤器3之间的管没有夹紧。
可以理解,由于特别地使用通常存在于目前的车辆中的氧探测器,上述方法允许诊断汽油容器和汽油蒸汽过滤器之间的连接管可能的夹紧,而不需要添加新的构件。

Claims (4)

1.一种车辆内燃发动机(1)用的汽油蒸汽过滤器(3)和容器(2)之间的连接管的夹紧检测方法,所述蒸汽过滤器(3)通过通道与所述发动机连接,其中所述通道包括能够控制的泄放阀门(4),所述夹紧检测方法的特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
·打开所述泄放阀门(4)的步骤;
·在大于预定值的时长上获取一系列测量值的步骤,其中所述一系列测量值代表进入所述内燃发动机(1)的混合物的丰度,所述时长代表所述汽油蒸汽过滤器(3)的泄放时长;
·对于分布在大于预定值的时长上的一组测量值,比较连续测量值并确定丰度从一个测量值到下一个测量值的变化是否保持小于预先确定的阈值的步骤。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述测量值在调节丰度的时候连续地获得。
3.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,代表所述内燃发动机(1)的混合物丰度的测量通过氧探测器来实现。
4.如权利要求1-2中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括通过分析所述蒸汽过滤器(3)的填充水平随时间的变化来确定所述容器(2)和所述蒸汽过滤器(3)之间的连接管的夹紧的步骤。
