Abstract

本发明提供一种背板,包括:本体及设于本体上的数个壁挂件,所述每个壁挂件设有第一弧形开口,通过所述第一弧形开口与第一螺丝配合,从而把该背板固定于壁挂支架上。通过把背板的壁挂结构设计成可以直接悬挂于螺丝的螺帽端或挂钩的结构,进而通过螺丝或挂钩把该背板悬挂于壁挂支架上,使用方便,该壁挂结构加工简单,使用方便,减少了背板的加工工时,降低生产成本。

本发明涉及液晶显示器领域,尤其涉及一种液晶模组中背板的壁挂设计。
背景技术
液晶显示装置(LCD,Liquid Crystal Display)具有机身薄、省电、无辐射等众多优点,得到了广泛的应用。现有市场上的液晶显示装置大部分为背光型液晶显示装置,其包括液晶面板及背光模组(backlight module)。液晶面板的工作原理是在两片平行的玻璃基板当中放置液晶分子,两片玻璃基板中间有许多垂直和水平的细小电线,通过通电与否来控制液晶分子改变方向,将背光模组的光线折射出来产生画面。由于液晶面板本身不发光,需要借由背光模组提供的光源来正常显示影像,因此,背光模组成为液晶显示装置的关键组件之一。背光模组依照光源入射位置的不同分成侧入式背光模组与直下式背光模组两种。直下式背光模组是将发光光源例如CCFL(Cold CathodeFluorescent Lamp,阴极萤光灯管)或LED(Light Emitting Diode发光二极管)设置在液晶面板后方,直接形成面光源提供给液晶面板。而侧入式背光模组是将背光源LED灯条(Light bar)设于液晶面板侧后方的背板边缘,LED灯条发出的光线从导光板(LGP,Light Guide Plate)一侧的入光面进入导光板,经反射和扩散后从导光板出光面射出,在经由光学膜片组,以形成面光源提供给液晶面板。
现有的液晶显示模组设计的架构中,液晶显示器是通过壁挂悬挂于墙壁上。壁挂的设计通常是在背框100上铆接螺柱200,该螺柱200含有内螺纹,通过螺丝与内螺纹的配合,进而达到壁挂的目的。但因为该螺柱200是通过铣削加工出来的,成本较高,并且铆接过程严重影响了背框的加工时间,提高了背框的成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种背板,其具有的壁挂结构加工简单,使用方便,减少了背板的加工工时,降低生产成本。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种背板,包括:本体及设于本体上的数个壁挂件,所述每个壁挂件设有第一弧形开口,通过所述第一弧形开口与第一螺丝配合,从而把该背板固定于壁挂支架上。
所述壁挂件呈“Ω”型,其包括:两定位部、及设于两定位部之间并与两定位部连接的壁挂配合部。
所述每一定位部上设有一定位孔,所述本体对应所述定位孔设有安装孔,通过第二螺丝穿过该定位孔锁紧固定所述定位部于该安装孔上,进而把该壁挂件锁紧固定于背板上。
所述第一弧形开口设于所述壁挂配合部的边角处。
所述壁挂件的数目为4个。
本发明还提供一种背板,包括:本体及设于本体上的数个壁挂件,所述壁挂件呈拱桥形,其具有一通孔,用于固定该背板的壁挂支架对应所述壁挂件设有一挂钩结构,所述通孔与挂钩配合,从而把该背板固定于壁挂支架上。
所述每个壁挂件包括:顶部及与顶部连接的两肩部,所述通孔设于顶部的下方。
所述壁挂件与本体一体成型。
所述壁挂件还包括一侧壁,所述侧壁、顶部及两肩部围成一倒“U”形凸起,所述顶部设有一第二弧形开口,所述第二弧形开口与挂钩配合,从而把该背板固定于壁挂支架上。
所述壁挂件的数目为4个。
本发明的有益效果:本发明背板通过把背板的壁挂结构设计成可以直接悬挂于螺丝的螺帽端或挂钩的结构,进而通过螺丝或挂钩把该背板悬挂于壁挂支架上,使用方便,该壁挂结构加工简单,使用方便,减少了背板的加工工时,降低生产成本。

具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明所采取的技术手段及其效果,以下结合本发明的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
请参阅图2及3,本发明提供一种背板,其包括:本体6及设于本体6上的数个壁挂件2,所述每个壁挂件2设有第一弧形开口28,通过所述第一弧形开口28与第一螺丝3配合,从而把该背板固定于壁挂支架8上。
所述壁挂件2呈“Ω”型,其包括:两定位部22、及设于两定位部22之间并与两定位部22连接的壁挂配合部24。优选,所述定位部22与壁挂配合部24垂直连接。
所述每一定位部22上设有一定位孔26,所述本体6对应所述定位孔26设有安装孔(未图示),通过第二螺丝62穿过该定位孔26锁紧固定所述定位部22于该安装孔上,进而把该壁挂件2锁紧固定于本体6上。
所述第一弧形开口28设于所述壁挂配合部24的边角的中部,壁挂支架8对应所述第一弧形开口28设有螺丝孔(未标示),通过第一螺丝3的螺帽32卡合所述第一弧形开口28,进而把背板固定于壁挂支架8上。
在本较佳实施例中,所述壁挂件2的数目为4个,所述4个壁挂件2呈方形设计。
请参阅图3,安装时,将第一螺丝3从该第一弧形开口28的侧边装入,与第一弧形开口28的圆形槽壁配合,然后将第一螺丝3的螺杆34穿过壁挂支架62的螺丝孔,并用螺母36锁紧,进而把该背板固定于壁挂支架8上,实现壁挂功能。
请参阅图4及5,本发明还提供一种背板,其包括:本体6’及设于本体6’上的数个壁挂件2’,所述壁挂件2’呈拱桥形,其具有一通孔26’,用于固定该背板的壁挂支架8’对应所述壁挂件2’设有一挂钩结构82,所述通孔26’与挂钩82配合,从而把该背板固定于壁挂支架8’上。
所述每个壁挂件2’包括:顶部24’及与顶部24’连接的两肩部22’,所述通孔26’设于顶部24’的下方。
所述壁挂件2’与本体6’一体成型。然不限于此,也可以通过粘贴固定于本体6’上。在本较佳实施例中,所述壁挂件2’的数目为4个,呈方形设置于本体6’上。
安装时,直接把背板的通孔26’卡扣于壁挂支架8’的挂钩结构82上,进而把该背板固定于壁挂支架8’上,实现壁挂功能。
请参阅图6,作为可供选择的另一较佳实施例是在上述较佳实施例的基础上改进,所述壁挂件2”还包括一侧壁(未标示),所述侧壁、顶部24”及两肩部22”围成一倒“U”形凸起,所述顶部22”设有一第二弧形开口28’,所述第二弧形开口28’与挂钩结构配合,从而把该背板固定于壁挂支架上。
安装时,直接把背板的第二弧形开口28’卡扣于壁挂支架的挂钩结构上,进而把该背板固定于壁挂支架上,实现壁挂功能。
综上所述,本发明提供一种背板,通过把背板的壁挂结构设计成可以直接悬挂于螺丝的螺帽端或挂钩的结构,进而通过螺丝或挂钩把该背板悬挂于壁挂支架上,使用方便,该壁挂结构加工简单,使用方便,减少了背板的加工工时,降低生产成本。
以上所述,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形,而所有这些改变和变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种背板,其特征在于,包括:本体及设于本体上的数个壁挂件,所述每个壁挂件设有第一弧形开口,通过所述第一弧形开口与第一螺丝配合,从而把该背板固定于壁挂支架上。
2.如权利要求1所述的背板,其特征在于,所述壁挂件呈“Ω”型,其包括:两定位部、及设于两定位部之间并与两定位部连接的壁挂配合部。
3.如权利要求2所述的背板,其特征在于,所述每一定位部上设有一定位孔,所述本体对应所述定位孔设有安装孔,通过第二螺丝穿过该定位孔锁紧固定所述定位部于该安装孔上,进而把该壁挂件锁紧固定于本体上。
4.如权利要求2所述的背板,其特征在于,所述第一弧形开口设于所述壁挂配合部的边角处。
5.如权利要求1所述的背板,其特征在于,所述壁挂件的数目为4个。
6.一种背板,其特征在于,包括:本体及设于本体上的数个壁挂件,所述壁挂件呈拱桥形,其具有一通孔,用于固定该背板的壁挂支架对应所述壁挂件设有一挂钩结构,所述通孔与挂钩配合,从而把该背板固定于壁挂支架上。
7.如权利要求6所述的背板,其特征在于,所述每个壁挂件包括:顶部及与顶部连接的两肩部,所述通孔设于顶部的下方。
8.如权利要求6所述的背板,其特征在于,所述壁挂件与本体一体成型。
9.如权利要求8所述的背板,其特征在于,所述壁挂件还包括一侧壁,所述侧壁、顶部及两肩部围成一倒“U”形凸起,所述顶部设有一第二弧形开口,所述第二弧形开口与挂钩配合,从而把该背板固定于壁挂支架上。
10.如权利要求6所述的背板,其特征在于,所述壁挂件的数目为4个。
