技术领域
本发明涉及一种机械加工设备,特别是一种掩护梁九轴数控加工系统统。
背景技术
现有的一种数控镗铣加工系统,它含有数控镗铣装置、底座和工作台,数控镗铣装置含有立柱、动力头、滑枕和导轨,立柱设置在底座上,动力头固定在滑枕上,滑枕安装在导轨内,导轨通过导轨电机驱动导轨丝杆传动来带动导轨沿立柱作上下移动,滑枕通过滑枕电机驱动滑枕丝杆传动来带动滑枕没导轨作水平移动。由于上述数控镗铣加工系统只能对工件进行两个方向的加工,即水平方向和上下方向,因此不仅加工范围小,而且工作效率低。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种掩护梁九轴数控加工系统,该掩护梁九轴数控加工系统不仅加工范围大、功能强大,而且工作效率高。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明一种掩护梁九轴数控加工系统,含有数控镗铣装置I、底座I,数控镗铣装置含有立柱I、动力头I、滑枕I和导轨I,动力头I固定在滑枕I上,滑枕I安装在导轨I内,导轨I通过导轨I电机驱动导轨I丝杆传动来带动导轨I沿立柱I作上下移动,滑枕I通过滑枕I电机驱动滑枕I丝杆传动来带动滑枕I沿导轨I作水平移动,还含有数控镗铣装置II、数控镗铣装置III、数控镗铣装置IV、滑台I、滑台II、滑台III、滑台IV、底座II、工作台、工件移动滑台,所述底座I和底座II分别设置在工作台左侧和右侧且相互平行,工件移动滑台置于工作台上,工件移动滑台通过工件移动滑台电机驱动工件移动滑台丝杆传动来带动工件移动滑台沿工作台作前后移动;所述数控镗铣装置I与数控镗铣装置II、数控镗铣装置III和数控镗铣装置IV的形状构造相同,底座I和底座II的形状构造相同;所述数控镗铣装置I的立柱I设置在滑台I上,滑台I置于底座I的前侧,滑台I通过滑台I电机驱动滑台I丝杆传动来带动滑台I沿底座I作前后移动,数控镗铣装置II的立柱II设置在滑台II上,滑台II置于底座I的后侧,滑台II通过滑台II电机驱动滑台II丝杆传动来带动滑台II沿底座I作前后移动;数控镗铣装置III的立柱III设置在滑台III上,滑台III置于底座II的前侧,滑台III通过滑台III电机驱动滑台III丝杆传动来带动滑台III沿底座II作前后移动;数控镗铣装置IV的立柱IV设置在滑台IV上,滑台IV置于底座II的后侧,滑台IV通过滑台IV电机驱动滑台IV丝杆传动来带动滑台IV沿底座II作前后移动。
上述掩护梁九轴数控加工系统中,由于控镗铣装置I、数控镗铣装置II、数控镗铣装置III和数控镗铣装置IV均能实现对工件的上下、前后和水平三个方向进行加工,而且工件移动滑台可以在工作台作前后移动,因此不仅加工范围大、功能强大,而且工作效率高。

图1和图2中,一种掩护梁九轴数控加工系统,含有数控镗铣装置I11、底座I1,数控镗铣装置含有立柱I7、动力头I10、滑枕I5和导轨I6。动力头I10固定在滑枕I5上,滑枕I5安装在导轨I6内。导轨I6通过导轨I电机9驱动导轨I丝杆8传动来带动导轨I6沿立柱I7作上下移动。滑枕I5通过滑枕I电机3驱动滑枕I丝杆4传动来带动滑枕I5沿导轨I6作水平移动。掩护梁九轴数控加工系统还含有数控镗铣装置II17、数控镗铣装置III14、数控镗铣装置IV、滑台I2、滑台II、滑台III15、滑台IV、底座II16、工作台13、工件移动滑台12。所述底座I1和底座II16分别设置在工作台13左侧和右侧且相互平行。工件移动滑台12置于工作台13上,工件移动滑台12通过工件移动滑台电机驱动工件移动滑台丝杆传动来带动工件移动滑台12沿工作台13作前后移动。所述数控镗铣装置I11与数控镗铣装置II17、数控镗铣装置III14和数控镗铣装置IV的形状构造相同,底座I1和底座II16的形状构造相同。所述数控镗铣装置I11的立柱I7设置在滑台I2上,滑台I2置于底座I1的前侧。滑台I2通过滑台I电机驱动滑台I丝杆传动来带动滑台I2沿底座I1作前后移动。数控镗铣装置II17的立柱II设置在滑台II上,滑台II置于底座I1的后侧,滑台II通过滑台II电机驱动滑台II丝杆传动来带动滑台II沿底座I作前后移动。数控镗铣装置III14的立柱III18设置在滑台III15上,滑台III15置于底座II16的前侧,滑台III15通过滑台III电机驱动滑台III丝杆传动来带动滑台III15沿底座II16作前后移动。数控镗铣装置IV的立柱IV设置在滑台IV上,滑台IV置于底座II16的后侧,滑台IV通过滑台IV电机驱动滑台IV丝杆传动来带动滑台IV沿底座II16作前后移动。上述掩护梁九轴数控加工系统中,由于控镗铣装置I11、数控镗铣装置II17、数控镗铣装置III14和数控镗铣装置IV均能实现对工件的上下、前后和水平三个方向进行加工,而且工件移动滑台可以在工作台作前后移动,因此不仅加工范围大、功能强大,而且工作效率高。
