Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an alarm device, in particular to a vehicle-mounted fault alarm system for a vehicle.
Background
The automobile fault diagnosis plays an important role in automobile maintenance, and the traditional automobile fault diagnosis is carried out manually, so that the automobile fault diagnosis has high requirements on the level of diagnostic personnel. The modern automobile is often installed with instrument trouble lamp and is used for indicateing the existence of user's trouble, but the trouble lamp of instrument can not show some trouble, only reports to the police to the trouble that influences the car normal operating, can't in time remind the user to maintain to some trouble that do not influence the car normal operating temporarily, has caused the potential safety hazard.
With the continuous development of electronic technology, various electronic diagnostic instruments are gradually appeared, and users can use the electronic diagnostic instruments to quickly read faults in an automobile electric control system, display fault information through a liquid crystal display screen and quickly find out the positions and reasons of the faults. However, in this way, the user needs to manually detect the vehicle fault, and generally the vehicle fault affecting the normal operation of the vehicle can be detected only after the vehicle fault occurs, so that other small vehicle faults cannot be found in time and repaired, and if the vehicle fault is found and repaired as soon as possible, the maintenance cost of the user can be reduced, and the potential safety hazard of driving can be avoided.
Therefore, there is a need for a vehicle-mounted malfunction alerting system that can timely discover vehicle malfunctions and alert a user.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a vehicle-mounted fault alarm system which can detect and display vehicle-mounted faults in time and can prompt corresponding measures for a user.
The vehicle-mounted fault alarm system comprises: the system comprises a central processing module, a CAN communication module and a display module; the central processing module periodically sends a fault detection command to an automobile CAN bus by controlling the CAN communication module and receives a fault code in real time; when a fault code is generated, the central processing module analyzes corresponding fault information, possibly generated consequences and corresponding measures according to the fault code, and displays the fault information, the possibly generated consequences and the corresponding measures to a user through the display module.
The system also includes a power module for supplying power to the central processing module.
Specifically, an automobile fault code database is preset in the central processing module, and fault codes, corresponding fault information, possible consequences and countermeasures are stored in the fault code database.
Further, each fault code has a corresponding display color, and the degree of prominence of the display color is in positive correlation with the severity of the possible consequences of the fault code.
The vehicle-mounted fault alarm system provided by the invention periodically sends the fault detection instruction, receives the fault code in real time, and displays the fault information corresponding to the fault code, possible consequences and countermeasures on the vehicle-mounted liquid crystal display screen, so as to prompt a user of the fault of the vehicle in time. Compared with the prior art that fault prompts are displayed through fault lamps, the vehicle-mounted fault alarm system provided by the invention can display more fault types. Compared with the prior art that the vehicle fault is detected through the diagnostic instrument, the vehicle-mounted fault alarm system provided by the invention can detect the vehicle fault in real time, can be completed without manual operation, can more conveniently and timely remind a user of the vehicle fault, can give a fault severity prompt, can also give a countermeasure for the fault, and is convenient for the user to use.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a block diagram of a vehicle-mounted malfunction alerting system provided in an embodiment of the present invention;
fig. 2 is a flowchart of the work of the vehicle-mounted malfunction warning system according to the embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The following further describes the vehicle-mounted fault alarm system provided by the invention with reference to the accompanying drawings and the specific embodiment.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the vehicle-mounted malfunction warning system shown in fig. 1 includes: the device comprises a central processing module, a CAN communication module, a power supply module and a display module; wherein,
the central processing module periodically sends a fault detection command to the automobile CAN bus by controlling the CAN communication module and receives a fault code in real time; when a fault code is generated, the central processing module analyzes corresponding fault information, possibly generated consequences and corresponding measures according to the fault code, and displays the fault information, the possibly generated consequences and the corresponding measures to a user through the display module; the power supply module is used for supplying power to the central processing module.
An automobile fault code database is preset in the central processing module, and fault codes, corresponding fault information, possible consequences and response measures are stored in the fault code database. Furthermore, the fault codes can be classified according to different severity degrees of possible consequences of different fault codes on the automobile, corresponding display colors are set for each fault code, and the eye-catching degree of the display colors and the severity degree of the possible consequences of the fault codes are in positive correlation. For example, when the fault information corresponding to the fault code is that the tire pressure is abnormal, a possible result is tire burst, the display color corresponding to the fault code is set to be red, and a user is prompted to process the tire in time; of course, the display color corresponding to the fault code may be set to be other striking colors so as to attract the attention of the user.
The central processing module is preferably an AT89C52 chip.
The CAN communication module is preferably an SJA1000 chip.
The display module is preferably an on-board liquid crystal display.
The work flow of the vehicle-mounted fault alarm system is specifically shown in fig. 2, and comprises the following steps:
step 1: starting, the vehicle-mounted fault alarm system starts to operate after the automobile is started;
step 2: judging whether the detection conditions are met; the central processing module controls the CAN communication module to periodically send a fault detection command to an automobile CAN bus, and the period does not influence the normal work of the CAN bus; judging that the time from the current moment to the last fault detection command sending time is one period of time, and continuing to the step 3 after one period of time is reached; when the period time is less than one, continuing to wait until the step 3 is continued after the period time is reached;
and step 3: detecting faults; the central processing module controls the CAN communication module to send a fault detection command to an automobile CAN bus and receives a fault code in real time;
and 4, step 4: judging whether a fault is generated; when the central processing module does not receive the fault code, the fault code is not generated, and the step 2 is continued; when the central processing module receives the fault code, the fault is generated, and the step 5 is continued;
And 5: displaying the fault; the central processing module analyzes corresponding fault information, possible consequences and corresponding measures according to the fault codes, and displays the fault information, the possible consequences and the corresponding measures to a user through a display module; particularly, the display is realized through a vehicle-mounted liquid crystal screen; further, a specific color is displayed according to the category of the fault code; then step 2 is continued.
The above examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Modifications and equivalents may be made thereto by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
