本发明涉及一种将油脂从油料中挤压出来的机器,尤其是能双面出油、自动排渣的全自动液压榨油机。
背景技术
目前,市场上的食用油按生产工艺分为浸出油和压榨油两种。浸出油容易产生化学有毒物质残留;压榨油依靠物理挤压,虽不用化学助剂,但设备笨重、操作繁琐,榨制过程费时费力。
发明内容
为克服现有食用油制取设备存在的有毒物残留、操作繁琐的缺陷,本发明提供一种自动环形注料、双面出油、自动排渣的全自动液压榨油机,该榨油机构造简单、自动化操作,现场快捷榨油,油品纯正。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
该机依据液体静压力传递理论,使油料在静态下受压出油。其工作原理是:置于该机上部料仓内的油料在自身重力作用下,自动注入内、外过滤管之间的环形待压区内,原料压力空心柱塞杆自上而下运动作功,挤压油料,榨出油脂,通过内、外层过滤管上的细缝过滤,油脂通过滤管上的排油道流进出油排渣总成内。在排油工作的同时,油渣通过排渣控制总成的排渣口自动排出,油脂进入集油盒。一个工作行程可控制在3分钟以内,柱塞杆自动复位,进入下一个工作循环。
本发明的有益效果是:该设备结构精巧,双面出油,自动排渣,榨油快捷,油脂纯正。

具体实施方式
在附图中,油料贮存仓(1)存放初加工后的油料,油料在自身重力作用下经油料进料口自动注入内过滤管(6)和外过滤管(7)之间的环形待压区内。启动机器后,原料压力空心柱塞杆(3)自上而下运动作功,挤压环形待压区内的油料,迫使油料物理形态和内部结构发生改变,由于出油排渣总成(8)内存有密实油渣层、淅出的油脂只能从内外两个方向通过内过滤管(6)和外过滤管(7)上的细缝过滤后渗出,顺滤管上的排油道流入出油排渣总成(8)内,汇入集油盒(10)。在双面排油过程的同时,排渣控制总成(8)进行自动辛排渣作业。根据表压可调整排渣控制圈(9)来控制出油率高低。集油盒(10)与瓶包装对接。

1.一种双面出油自动排渣的全自动液压榨油机,包括油料贮存仓(1),特制液压缸(2),原料压力空心柱塞杆(3),维修专用丝杆(4),内管支承柱(5),内过滤管(6),外过滤管(7),出油排渣总成(8),排渣控制圈(9),集油盒(10),其特征在于:油料在自身重力的作用下经过特制液压缸(2)的进料口自动注入内过滤管(6)和外过滤管(7)所形成的环形待压区内,原料压力空心柱塞杆(3)自上而下运动作功,挤压油料,由于出油排渣总成(8)内存有密实的油渣层,油脂从内外两个方向通过内过滤管(6)和外过滤管(7)上的细缝过滤后渗出,然后顺内过滤管(6)和外过滤管(7)上的排油道流入出油排渣总成(8)内,在双面排油过程的同时,出油排渣总成(8)进行自动排渣作业,根据表压可调整排渣控制圈(9)来控制出油率高低,集油盒(10)与瓶包装对接。
