Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗感冒的药物，具体涉及一种由中草药制备而成的治疗暑湿感冒的药物组合物。
背景技术
感冒是危害人类健康的呼吸道疾病，各年龄组一年四季均可发生，为临床常见病，多发病，自限性疾病，分为风热感冒、风寒感冒、暑湿感冒等。暑湿感冒多发生于夏季多雨季节，夏日气候炎热，阴雨连连，暑气下逼，地湿上蒸，致暑湿肆虐。如体内的暑湿为风寒所遏，疏泄受阻，就会发病。此病的病位在肌表与中焦脾胃，外则发热不扬、头身困重，内则胸脘痞闷，脾胃不和，消化系统功能障碍，脉濡数，口虽干而饮不多，舌苔虽腻而少黄，若暑湿犯肺，肺气不宣，还会有咳嗽、痰黏，鼻流浊涕的症状。
中医对暑湿感冒的治疗，主要采用清暑祛湿的方药。常见的中成药有祛暑丸、暑湿感冒冲剂、金衣祛暑丸、藿香正气丸、清暑益气丸和小儿暑感宁糖浆等。这类药物对暑湿症状具有一定的疗效，但是由于暑湿感冒的病因病症较为复杂，这些药物越来越不能满足临床用药的需求。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了一种治疗暑湿感冒的中药组合物。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种治疗暑湿感冒的中药组合物，由以下重量份的原药材制备而成：藿香10、紫苏10、白芷10、茵陈15、防风10、苍术8、陈皮8、半夏8、香糯8、佩兰10、薏苡仁15、茯苓15、金银花10、大腹皮8、大枣10、生姜8，滑石10、连翘10、羌活8、甘草3。
按配比称取以上各味，加入10倍，8倍，8倍量的水提取3次，每次2小时，过滤，浓缩至相对密度为1.10-1.25，备用。
方中藿香祛暑解表；化湿和胃；紫苏发汗解表，理气宽中；白芷解表散寒，祛风燥湿；茵陈清热利湿，利胆退黄 防风祛风解表，胜湿止痛；苍术燥湿健脾，祛风散寒；陈皮理气健脾，燥湿化痰；半夏燥湿化痰，降逆止呕，消痞散结；香薷发汗解表，化湿和中；佩兰芳香化湿，醒脾开胃，发表解暑；薏苡仁渗水利湿，健脾止泻；茯苓利水渗湿，健脾宁心金银花清热解毒；大腹皮行气宽中；大枣补中益气，养血安神；生姜解表散寒，温中止呕；滑石利尿通淋，清热解暑；连翘清热解毒，疏风散热；羌活解表散寒，祛风除湿，甘草补脾益气，清热解毒，调和诸药。诸药合用共奏祛暑解表，化湿散寒，清热解毒，理气和胃的功效，共同达到治疗暑湿感冒的目的。
临床资料：
1、选取来我院就诊的暑湿感冒患者，其中男22例，女，16例，年龄最大73岁，最小2岁半，平均发病1-2天。
2、感冒症状：温病初起，四时不正之气侵邪、感冒风寒、乍冷乍热、头痛恶心、口苦无味、不思饮食、四肢酸软、小便赤黄、大便秘结。
3、用药方法：本发明药物，一重量份为一剂，每天一剂，分3次服用，小儿减半。
4、治疗标准：症状全部消失为治愈，症状明显缓解为显效，症状有所缓解为有效，症状没有改变为无效。
5、治疗效果：全部38例患者中，服药三天后，治愈28人，治愈率73.7%，显效6人，有效4，无效0人。
从以上临床试验可以看出，本发明药物对暑湿感冒患者具有显著的疗效。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
按配比称取以下各味：藿香10g、紫苏10g、白芷10g、茵陈15g、防风10g、苍术8g、陈皮8g、半夏8g、香糯8g、佩兰10g、薏苡仁15g、茯苓15g、金银花10g、大腹皮8g、大枣10g、生姜8g，滑石10g、连翘10g、羌活8g、甘草3g；加入10倍，8倍，8倍量的水提取3次，每次2小时，过滤，浓缩至相对密度为1.10-1.25，备用。

1.一种治疗暑湿感冒的中药组合物，其特征在于，由以下重量份的原药材制备而成：藿香10、紫苏10、白芷10、茵陈15、防风10、苍术8、陈皮8、半夏8、香糯8、佩兰10、薏苡仁15、茯苓15、金银花10、大腹皮8、大枣10、生姜8，滑石10、连翘10、羌活8、甘草3。
