Abstract
本发明为一种新颖的具有多层结构的矫形跪垫。该矫形跪垫顶层是抗微生物、抗霉菌、防水、防尘及抗热传导的微纤层,底层则是防滑层,以避免使用者因使用而受伤。在顶层的微纤层及底层的防滑层之间,依序设置有软式聚氨酯层及抗疲劳层/硬式聚氨酯层,以吸收压力并提供支撑。这些内层间以特定的角度贴合,能够调整对体重的吸收与背负比例。抗疲劳层/硬式聚氨酯提供支撑并缓冲,与软式聚氨酯结合并设置在微纤层与防滑层间,而成矫形跪垫。另外,软式聚氨酯层与防疲劳层/硬式聚氨酯层间的角度,可依据使用者的体重、身高、体型结构与健康情况而客制化设计。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种垫毯,特别是涉及一种用于矫形跪垫的垫毯,该矫形跪垫包含多层结构,被设计成具有降低疲劳、消除压力及增加促进血液循环等舒适感的矫形跪垫。
背景技术
跪拜或冥思用的垫毯,在跪拜时会有不同的活动,如鞠躬(bending)、站立(standing)、跪拜(kneeling)及蹲坐(sitting)等。若无适当的支撑,这些活动会引起不舒适或受压的感觉,如背痛、膝痛、血液循环不良、关节炎...等。
现有的跪垫可能太硬或太软。当跪垫太硬的情况下,使用者在站立或是鞠躬的姿势时,使用者的背、脊椎或小腿受压力,若姿势持续太久或者长期使用,将导致使用者产生不舒适以及僵硬的感觉;当使用者在跪拜及蹲坐的姿势时,背部、脊椎、腿与血液循环在某些部位受到压力,长期下来会导致疼痛及麻木。相反的,当跪垫太软,使用者需使用更多的力气以保持平衡,并引起体重分布不适当,所以可能会引起使用者的脚、脚踝、胫、膝及脊椎等部位的不舒适感或甚至疼痛。
较软的跪垫适用于某些人,他们需要较多的体重吸收但背负较少体重,而较硬的跪垫适用于另外某些人,他们需要较少的体重吸收但背负较多体重。然而,传统的跪垫并没有为不同的使用者提供调整的设计。
另外,跪垫的顶层是接触使用者并直接作用于使用者的脚、腿或头部,这些部位可能会流汗,其可能会引起某些不舒适问题。当使用者站立或鞠躬时,在潮湿的跪垫上,会有不舒服感,且潮湿的表面可能发霉而可能伤害身体的健康。
发明内容
根据本发明的目的,垫毯是设计成防尘、防水、抗热、防菌及/或防霉的,具有柔软及温和表面,以保持干燥与清洁,使得使用者感到舒适。垫毯表面亦被设计成可印刷或可压纹,而得以在表面进行客制化设计或印制文字。
根据本发明的目的,垫毯是设计成吸收使用者的初始压力,消除垫毯与肌肉摩擦或挤压引起的僵硬感,纾解胫刺激,提供肌肉支撑与纾压。另外,本垫毯易被设计成具有慢回弹的效果,使得使用者能够观察其脚印及重量的分布。
根据本发明的目的,垫毯是设计成背负及吸收使用者的重量,以分别提供支撑及纾压的功能,并且能够保持及导引至正确的姿势。
根据本发明的目的,垫毯是设计成可依据使用者的体重、身高、体型结构及建康情况等而客制化。
根据本发明的目的,垫毯是设计成可防滑的,以避免使用者在使用时滑倒。
根据本发明的实施例,本发明提供一种矫形跪垫,其包含四层结构:微纤层、软式聚氨酯层、硬式聚氨酯层/抗疲劳层以及防滑层。软式聚氨酯层是用来吸收重量,硬式聚氨酯层/抗疲劳层用以背负使用者的重量。特别是,软式聚氨酯层与硬式聚氨酯层/抗疲劳层间以特定的角度贴附结合,这一个角度对应到重量的吸附与背负的比例,且是依据使用者的体重、身高、体型结构及建康情况等而客制化的,从而使得使用者得到最佳舒适感。
客制化的矫形跪垫可以被制成两个单元,软式聚氨酯层与硬式聚氨酯层/抗疲劳层结合后,可以装入外罩(cover unit)或自外罩中取出;也可以被制成单一结构,即四层结构层结合成一矫形跪垫,方便简单。
根据本发明的实施例,本发明提供一种矫形跪垫,其包含多结构层,所有结构层被贴附而成为单一单元。矫形跪垫包含一微纤层、一软式聚氨酯层、一重量背负层以及一防滑层,其中重量背负层可以是一抗疲劳层、一硬式聚氨酯层或其结合。
根据本发明的实施例,本发明提供一种矫形跪垫,其层次结构相似于单一单元的实施例,但被制作成两个单元,一外罩单元(cover unit)以及一内垫单元(inner unit),内垫单元可装入外罩单元中或自外罩单元中取出。外罩单元包含一设置于顶层的微纤层以及一设置于底层的防滑层,微纤层与防滑层周围以不可分离的方式结合,并且在外罩单元上设置一个开口,开口可以设在防滑层,或者设在跪垫的侧边,如在外罩单元与内垫单元的结合边上。内垫单元包含软式聚氨酯层与抗疲劳层或硬式聚氨酯层,其以不可分离的方式结合,抗疲劳层或硬式聚氨酯层系设置在软式聚氨酯层之下。相似于前述,内垫单元可装入外罩单元中或自外罩单元中取出,外罩单元是可冲洗的,以保持干净。
微纤层作为顶层,以与使用者接触,其以柔软及柔和的人工或天然材料所制成,并经防水、防尘、抗热导以及抗菌的处理,得以保持干燥、干净及舒适。矫形跪垫的表面,可以有图案化或说明的方式的设计,整合在顶微纤层上。
软式聚氨酯层背设置在顶微纤层下,缓和舒适且具又慢回弹(黏滞弹性)的效果以吸收使用者的初始压力。在顶层上,因为慢回弹的聚氨酯层,使得使用者能够观察其脚印、膝印等姿势而能进行矫正。软式聚氨酯层同时提供缓冲,降低压力以及腿部、脚踝与肌肉的僵硬感,以消除压力并改善血液循环。
抗疲劳层或硬式聚氨酯层设置在软式聚氨酯层下,以背负/吸收使用者的重量。抗疲劳层较软式聚氨酯层硬,使得使用者能够保持姿势及平衡。
防滑层背设置在跪垫的底层,即抗疲劳层或硬式聚氨酯层之下,能够将跪垫固定在地板上。防滑层系设计在任何情况下,避免使用者因滑动而受到伤害或滑倒。
需特别说明,可配备折迭或卷曲装置而便于收纳,更进一步可在折迭或卷曲装置设计手把而有便于携带。
本发明提供一种新颖的矫形跪垫可消除背痛、膝痛、脚踝痛、腿痛...等等,更进一步,跪垫可刺激血液循环及降低脚踝及脚上的压力,且所提供跪垫易于客制化,使使用者能获得最大舒适感。此外,所提供跪垫更有使用者可观察自己的脚印而改善其姿势的益处。

具体实施方式
本发明提供一种新颖的矫形跪垫,并结合附图说明如下。此处说明是为了使本发明更易于理解而非用以限制本发明。
顶层是由微纤材料所制成,经抗微生物、抗霉、防水、防尘、抗热导及抗菌的处理,且具有设计图案或将说明设计其上而具有压花的效果。底层被设计成防滑层以避免使用者由于使用时因滑动而受到伤害或滑倒。软式聚氨酯层以及抗疲劳层设置在顶微纤层下,分别用以消除使用者的初始压力并提供使用者的支撑力。
本发明分为四部分,第一部分描述本发明的基本技术,第二部分列出实施例并以附图配合说明,第三部分说明收纳装置以及可移植性,以及第四部分列举出用于本矫形跪垫的材料。
第一部分:矫形跪垫的基本技术特征
矫形跪垫的表层,面对使用者并与之互动,其可被设计成雅致之外观,舒适的触感以及慢回弹的效果,其可令使用者在跪垫上观察其姿势,如脚印等,以降低脚踝、腿部、关节以及背部压力以及改善其血液循环。
图1表示使用者在跪垫100上为冥思或祈祷而进行的不同的活动,如站立、鞠躬、跪拜以及蹲坐,而顶层与使用者互动而因出汗而潮湿。一旦跪垫100因汗湿,则易于滋生细菌与霉菌,因此,本发明所提供的跪垫100,在设计上能够达到雅致之外观、舒适感、干燥以及干净的要求。
顶层以微纤材质制成,其可为人工或天然材质,而且可在表面上设计图案或附加文字或压花等效果,其可依据使用者的而客制化,以能通过视觉吸引而激发使用者。顶微纤层的表面经过抗微生物、抗霉菌、防水、防尘以及抗热传导的处理,以能够保持干净、干燥及安全的接触面。
当使用者在跪垫100上站着、鞠躬、蹲坐或跪拜时,其重要或初始压力集中在跪垫100上。若跪垫100太硬,跪垫100会压迫使用者的关节和肌肉,以及影响血液循环,导致疼痛;而当跪垫100太软,将难以在跪垫100上保持姿势及平衡,易使关节与肌肉酸疼。不论是太硬或是太软,且姿势持续一段时间,都引起脚踝、腿部、膝部以及背部的伤害,及其它可能的相关健康问题。
软式聚氨酯层吸收使用者的初始压力,硬式聚氨酯层吸收使用者的重量,其具有缓冲的功能,结果使得脚踝、腿部、肌肉、膝部以及背部疼痛都能得到舒缓而消除、刺激血液循环以及关节的僵硬感亦都能被消除。
底层是防滑层避免使用者滑动而引起严重的伤害,如滑倒等。
第二部分:本发明的示范性实施例
多层结构被提供用来实作硬度变化的设计,跪垫可被制成单一结构,如示于图2A的实施例。图2A所示实施例,是一个四层结构的跪垫100。跪垫100亦可制成两个单元,一个外罩单元以及另一个是内垫单元,如图3A所示,而内垫单元可以装入外罩单元或自外罩单元中取出。要特别说明的是图4A所示实施例,其包含一软式聚氨酯层以及一硬式聚氨酯层或抗疲劳层,软式聚氨酯层与硬式聚氨酯层/抗疲劳层间以一特定的角度黏合,使得软式与硬式聚氨酯曾在水平方向有不同的比例。这一个角度是依据使用者的体重、身高、身型结构与健康情况设定的,而这一个角度比例可依据使用者的情况,来平衡对体重的背负与吸收情况。这一个比例可依据不同的市场区域搭配当地的人口统计学上的通常状况来作最佳化的设定。
根据图2A的实施例,跪垫100由上而下依序包含一微纤层120、一软式聚氨酯层140、一抗疲劳层160以及一防滑层180。
顶层是一微纤层而顶微纤层120可经过抗微生物、抗霉菌、防水、防尘以及抗热导。结果跪垫可以有设计上的弹性,能够在维纤材料上压印图案或文字说明,亦有抗菌、干净、安全及干燥的好处。
软式聚氨酯层140具有舒缓松弛以及黏滞弹性的效果,设置在维纤层120下,提供缓冲以吸收使用者的初始压力。
抗疲劳层160接在软式聚氨酯层140下,提供重量背负与吸收的功能,而形成一个四层结构的跪垫,如图2A。
图2B表示使用者在跪垫上进行站立、鞠躬、跪拜或蹲坐等活动。使用者的初始体重/压力由软式聚氨酯层140吸收,然后传递到下面的抗疲劳层160。结果,压力逐渐的被降低,而由软式聚氨酯层140以及硬式聚氨酯层160提供缓冲,而得以改善血液循环的问题。进一步,软式聚氨酯层140具有慢回弹的效果,所以使用者可以在一定的活动之后,观察体重分布的情况,能够藉以改善姿势而有医疗上的益处。
底层是一个防滑层180,而底层避免跪垫100滑定以及避免使用者滑倒。
根据本发明另一实施例,如附图3A所示的矫形跪垫100,是被制成两个单元,一个是外罩单元200,而另一个是内垫单元300。外罩单元200包含一微纤层120以及一防滑层180,其外围通过某些技术以不可分离的方式结合,如缝合、缝补、胶合或黏合...等等。内垫单元300包含软式聚氨酯层140以及抗疲劳层160,其以某些技术已不可分离的方式结合,如胶合及黏合...等等。这一个实施例与图2A所示实施例相似,具有四层的结构,惟其被制成两个单元。
有一开口设置在外罩单元200上,而能够把内垫单元300装入外罩单元200中,或自外罩单元200中取出,可设在外罩单元的侧边或底面上。图3B所示实施例,开口181被设置在外罩单元200(也就是防滑层180)的底面上。开口181的结构,如图3C所示。防滑层180被制成二防滑层片1811以及1812,彼此之间有重迭的部份,形成一个隐藏式的开口。为简化结构,另一个方案是在外罩单元200的侧边安装拉链。当内垫单元300自外罩单元200取出后,外罩单元200可以清洗得以保持干净。
图4A所示一种软式聚氨酯层141与一硬式聚氨酯层(或抗疲劳层)143的结合,彼此间的黏合角度θ,其系斜面角度,范围介于0~45度之间,不同角度,对应着不同位置上的软式聚氨酯层141与硬式聚氨酯层/抗疲劳层有不同比例。软式聚氨酯层141吸收使用者的初始压力提供舒适感,硬式聚氨酯层/抗疲劳层已具有缓冲功能的方式背负使用者的重量,因此不同角度对重量的吸收与背负有着不同的比例,较硬的一端有较高比例的硬式聚氨酯层/抗疲劳层,较软的另一端有较高比例的软式聚氨酯层,斜面角度θ越大,对体重的吸收较多,背负较少。图4A所示实施利列举表示4个不同的斜面角度,角度A有较大的重量吸收,角度B有稍大的体重背负,角度C的的体重背负与吸收几乎平衡但有稍大的体重吸收,角度D(倾斜角度是0)有平衡的体重背负与吸收,其中斜面角度θ是依据使用者的身型结构及健康情况而定。
图4B所示为跪垫的软式聚氨酯层141与硬式聚氨酯层143的结合,其使用情况。使用者的脚在硬端(图的左端)以具有缓冲的方式背负支撑使用者的重量,而头在软的那一端(图的右端)以吸收舒缓来自使用者的初始压力。明显的,跪垫可转过来使用而得到相反的输出效果。这种设计使得跪垫可依据不同的情况及特征,而适用于多数不同的使用者。
相似于图3A所示实施例,跪垫可被制成两个单元,软式聚氨酯141与硬式聚氨酯143结合成为一内垫单元,而微纤层120与防滑层180结合成为一外罩单元,另外内垫单元可装入外罩单元或自外罩单元中取出。
第三部分:收纳装置与可移植性
根据本发明的技术特征,跪垫可被制成可卷折或可折迭的,图5A说明卷折的跪垫100,且在跪垫100上设置至少一个线带400(tape)以便于捆绑之用,通常线带400可设置在防滑层的底面。图5B所示是设置有二线带400的实施例,每一线带400的一端是缝合、黏合或胶合在防滑垫180上,另一端延伸于跪垫100之外,便于捆绑收纳卷折的跪垫100。线带400可以是魔鬼毡式的带子,其上可安置钮扣以捆牢卷折的跪垫,另一个的方式是可选用橡皮圈式的线带(elastic band),如图5C所示。
图6A、6B及6C说明矫形跪垫100的三折的折迭装置,并有一手把500设置在跪垫100上。图6A表示折迭的矫形跪垫,其被折二次而形成三折迭的状态,手把设置在矫形跪垫100上,并至少设置有一钮扣以固定此折迭的跪垫100。图6B表示一个折迭跪垫100的包装600,手把500穿过包装600而便于携带及收纳。图6C表示矫形跪垫100的底视图,手把500缝合在折线520上(特别说明折线520为一虚拟的线非真实的线),折线约在离跪垫边缘1/3的位置上。
图7A、7B与7C说明2折式矫形跪垫100的折迭装置,跪垫100上设有手把500。矫形跪垫100被折迭一次,形成二折式跪垫,以利于收纳与携带。如图7A所示,其相似于三折式跪垫的实施例,至少设置有一钮扣以固定此折迭的跪垫100。图7B表示折迭后矫形跪垫100的包装,相似于前述实施例,手把500穿过包装而便于携带。图7C表示矫形跪垫100的底视图,手把500缝合折线520上,其在跪垫100中间的位置上。
这里要特别强调的是,卷折或折迭装置可配置于多层结构的跪垫,无论其被制成为单一结构或是二单元,其可固牢跪垫,且置有手把而有收纳与可移植性的便利性。
第四部分:矫形跪垫的材料
微纤层可以是人工或是天然材质,例如聚酯纤维、聚烯烃纤维、尼龙、棉、法兰绒或其混合,这里要特强调的是,其用以与使用者接触的表面是经过抗微生物、抗霉菌、防水、防尘以及防热传导的处理,而且可清洗。另外,微纤层可被设计成雅致的或客制化之外观。
聚氨酯层又称为PU泡棉层,其具有慢回弹(黏滞弹性)的效果,因此又称为记忆泡棉,其硬度可通过其密度、添加物、汽化率及汽化过程来控制而决定。
具有多层结构的实施例中,硬度由上而下,逐层增强,在上述的四层的实施例中,软式聚氨酯层设置在顶微纤层下,接着是较硬的硬式聚氨酯层或抗疲劳层设置在软式聚氨酯层之下。
抗疲劳层可以是聚氯乙烯、聚氨酯、橡胶、胶化凝胶泡沫、凝胶泡沫、凝胶、塑料材料、聚丙烯或者乙烯醋酸乙烯酯...等等。
防滑层可用橡胶制成,并经过防滑的处理而抗滑。
以上所述的实施例仅为说明本发明的技术思想及特点,其目的在使熟习此项技艺的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,当不能以之限定本发明的专利范围,即大凡依本发明所揭示的精神所作的均等变化或修饰,仍应涵盖在本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。
Claims (18)
1.一种矫形跪垫,包含:
一微纤层设置在顶层,且经过抗微生物、抗霉菌、防水、防尘以及抗热传导的处理;
一防滑层设置在底层以避免滑动,以及
一软式聚氨酯层及一硬式聚氨酯层或一抗疲劳层的一组合,其中该软式聚氨酯层及该硬式聚氨酯层或该抗疲劳层以一特定角度黏合而形成该组合,且该组合设置在该微纤层及该防滑层之间,而该特定角度对应于体重的一吸收与背负比例,该吸收与背负的比例随该角度的增加而增加。
2.根据权利要求1所述的矫形跪垫,其中该特定角度大于0度,小于45度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的矫形跪垫,其中抗疲劳层是由聚氯乙烯、聚氨酯、橡胶、胶化凝胶泡沫、凝胶泡沫、凝胶、塑料材料、聚丙烯或者乙烯醋酸乙烯酯所制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的矫形跪垫,其中该微纤层、该防滑层以及该组合是以不可分离的方式黏合、胶合或缝合在一起,而成为一个单一结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的矫形跪垫,其中该微纤层及该防滑层的周围式缝合、胶合或黏合再一起而成为一外罩单元,其中在该外罩单元设置一开口,该组合经由该开口可装入该外罩单元或自该外罩单元中取出。
6.根据权利要求1所述的矫形跪垫,更包含一卷折装置,其中该卷折装置设置在该防滑层的底面,且包含至少一魔鬼毡带、钮扣带或橡皮带,以利于捆绑牢固该矫形跪垫。
7.根据权利要求1所述的矫形跪垫,更包含一折迭装置,其中该折迭装置包含一手把以及至少一线带,该手把设置在该防滑层的底面,而该线带设置有钮扣,以利于捆绑牢固该矫形跪垫。
8.一种矫形跪垫,包含:
一微纤层经过抗微生物、抗霉菌、防水、防尘以及抗热传导的处理;
一软式聚氨酯层设置在该微纤层之下,提供缓冲并吸收来自于使用者的初始压力;
一抗疲劳层设置在该软式聚氨酯层之下,其中该抗疲劳层较该软式聚氨酯层硬,提供支撑以背负使用者的重量;以及
一防滑层设置在该抗疲劳层之下,用以使用者滑动,其中该微纤层、该软式聚氨酯层、该抗疲劳层以及该防滑层式黏合、胶合或缝合在一起而成为单一的结构。
9.根据权利要求8所述的矫形跪垫,其中该抗疲劳层是由聚氯乙烯、聚氨酯、橡胶、胶化凝胶泡沫、凝胶泡沫、凝胶、塑料材料、聚丙烯或者乙烯醋酸乙烯酯所制成。
10.根据权利要求8所述的矫形跪垫,更包含一卷折装置,其中该卷折装置设置在该防滑层的底面,且包含至少一魔鬼毡带、钮扣带或橡皮带,以利于捆绑牢固该矫形跪垫。
11.根据权利要求8所述的矫形跪垫,更包含一折迭装置,其中该折迭装置包含一手把以及至少一线带,该手把设置在该防滑层的底面,而该线带设置有钮扣,以利于捆绑牢固该矫形跪垫。
12.根据权利要求8所述的矫形跪垫,其中该微纤层是由聚酯纤维、聚烯烃纤维、尼龙、棉、法兰绒或其混合所制成。
13.一种矫形跪垫,包含:
一外罩单元,包含:
一微纤层经过抗微生物、抗霉菌、防水、防尘以及抗热传导的处理;以及
一防滑层,其中该微纤层及该防滑层的周围式被缝合、胶合或黏合而成为一外罩单元,其中在该外罩单元设置一开口,以及
一内垫单元,包含:
一软式聚氨酯层设置在该微纤层之下,提供缓冲并吸收来自于使用者的初始压力;以及
一抗疲劳层设置在该软式聚氨酯层之下,其中该抗疲劳层较该软式聚氨酯层硬,提供支撑以背负使用者的重量,其中该软式聚氨酯层及该抗疲劳层是以黏合、胶合或缝合在一起而成为该内垫单元,该内垫单元经由该外罩单元的该开口而装入该外罩单元或自该外罩单元中取出。
14.根据权利要求13所述的矫形跪垫,其中该抗疲劳层是由聚氯乙烯、聚氨酯、橡胶、胶化凝胶泡沫、凝胶泡沫、凝胶、塑料材料、聚丙烯或者乙烯醋酸乙烯酯所制成。
15.根据权利要求13所述的矫形跪垫,更包含一卷折装置,其中该卷折装置设置在该防滑层的底面,且包含至少一魔鬼毡带、钮扣带或橡皮带,以利于捆绑牢固该矫形跪垫。
16.根据权利要求13所述的矫形跪垫,更包含一折迭装置,其中该折迭装置包含一手把以及至少一线带,该手把设置在该防滑层的底面,而该线带设置有钮扣,以利于捆绑牢固该矫形跪垫。
17.根据权利要求13所述的矫形跪垫,其中该开口设置在该外罩单元的底面或其中一个侧面上。
18.根据权利要求13所述的矫形跪垫,其中该微纤层是由聚酯纤维、聚烯烃纤维、尼龙、棉、法兰绒或其混合所制成。
