本发明公开了一种垃圾无害净化增值处理装置。为了克服现有垃圾处理占地多,运输路线长,处理成本高,对环境污染大,有益物质未得到增值利用等不足,本发明包括具有热解腔的热解净化机构,热解腔的腔壁具有过水通道和烟气通道,在热解腔的外面由内向外依次设有集气腔、冷却腔、分离腔,集气腔通过烟气通道与热解腔连通,集气腔与分离腔通过烟气过道连通,烟气过道穿过冷却腔,冷却腔与所述过水通道连通,分离腔通过输送机构与纯化机构连通。本发明主要用于无害化增值处理城市生活垃圾,可连续不断地将垃圾热解净化为燃气、焦油、营养灰土,无烟尘、无二噁英产生,除臭灭菌净化彻底,一吨城市生活垃圾可获纯利410元,增值显著。

本发明涉及一种垃圾处理机械,具体为一种垃圾无害净化增值处理装置。
背景技术:
目前,城市垃圾主要采取填埋、堆积发酵、焚烧等处理方法,现有的这些处理方法存在的不足是,占有土地多,运输路线长,污水、二噁英等臭味以及焚烧产生的烟尘对环境污染大,处理成本高,代价大,尤其是垃圾中的有益物质未得到充分有效的增值利用。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对上述不足,提供一种垃圾无害净化增值处理装置,它可以就近在居民生活区建造,连续不断地自动将垃圾热解净化为燃气、焦油、营养灰土,无烟尘、无二噁英产生,彻底杀虫灭菌,完全去除臭味,不仅净化彻底,而且增值利用。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是,该垃圾无害净化增值处理装置,包括具有热解腔的热解净化机构,该热解腔具有垃圾入口和灰肥出口,所述热解腔的腔壁具有过水通道和烟气通道。
在所述热解腔的外面由内向外依次设有集气腔、冷却腔、分离腔,集气腔通过烟气通道与热解净化机构的热解腔连通,集气腔与分离腔通过烟气过道连通,烟气过道穿过冷却腔,冷却腔与所述过水通道连通。
所述分离腔通过输送机构与纯化机构连通,纯化机构具有燃气输出口。
所述集气腔、冷却腔、分离腔由内向外依次围绕热解腔的周围设置。
本发明将垃圾倒入无外排烟气口的热解腔中,在热解腔里的引燃物首次引燃垃圾后,温度将达到1000-1500℃,继而在此温度下可连续热解净化垃圾,热解腔的腔壁具有过水通道和烟气通道,垃圾无害化完全热解净化处理后,分离成可利用的营养灰肥和含有燃气、焦油、水气、灰尘的混合烟气,收集营养灰肥作为肥料,该混合烟气通过内部通道,经过设置于热解腔外周的集气腔、冷却腔、分离腔的集气、冷却、分离处理,除去灰尘、水气,分离得到焦油和燃气,该燃气通过输送机构输送到纯化机构进一步处理,得到洁净燃气,可用作燃料。
本发明可以就近在居民生活区建造,缩短了垃圾运输距离和成本,垃圾倒入后,全流程封闭运行,可以连续不断地自动将垃圾热解净化为燃气、焦油、营养灰土,不外排烟、尘,无二噁英等异味烟气排放,不产生二次污染,彻底杀虫灭菌,完全去除臭味,不仅净化彻底,而且增值利用。
试用结果表明,本发明平均一吨城市生活垃圾可产生焦油0.006吨,价值20元,产生的燃气价值400元,营养灰肥0.1吨,价值20元,合计一吨城市生活垃圾可增值440元,除去电费和人工开支30元,一吨城市生活垃圾可获纯利410元。
据估算,我国每年产生的城市生活垃圾约3亿吨,采用本发明可以提取的燃气相当于约1.5亿吨标准煤,可产生焦油180万吨,可产生营养灰肥0.3亿吨,每年可以创造收益410亿元,可以减少污水、污气排放500万吨,社会、环保、经济效益非常显著。
本发明规模可大可小,制造建站成本降低50%,减少占地90%,

具体实施方式
如图所示,本发明垃圾无害净化增值处理装置,包括具有热解腔1的热解净化机构,该热解腔1的上面具有垃圾入口,下面具有灰肥出口,所述热解腔1的腔壁具有过水通道2和烟气通道3。
所述过水通道2为设置于热解腔1的周围的水管,排列的水管围成热解腔1的腔壁,水管与水管之间的缝隙为烟气通道3。
由具有烟气通道3的夹层水壁围成的具有垃圾入口和灰肥出口的腔体;或者由过水通道2和烟气通道3围成的具有垃圾入口和灰肥出口的腔体,等类似功能的结构,均可以形成热解腔1。
在所述热解腔1的外面由内向外依次设有集气腔4、冷却腔5、分离腔7,集气腔4通过烟气通道3与热解净化机构的热解腔1连通,集气腔4与分离腔7通过烟气过道6连通,烟气过道6穿过冷却腔5,冷却腔5与所述过水通道2连通。
由过水通道2的上下端与冷却腔5连通形成的水循环系统具有进水口和出水口。
所述分离腔7通过输送机构8与纯化机构9连通,纯化机构9具有燃气输出口10。
所述集气腔4、冷却腔5、分离腔7由内向外依次围绕热解腔1的周围设置。所述集气腔4、冷却腔5、分离腔7具有排出口。
热解腔1无外排烟气口,在热解腔里的引燃物首次引燃垃圾后,热解腔内的温度将达到1000-1500℃,继而在此温度下可连续热解气化净化垃圾,所产生的烟气通过热解腔壁的烟气通道3逸向集气腔4,通过冷却净化分离得到的燃气可以作为燃料,所产生的焦油在冷却分离过程中分别从集气腔4、分离腔7的排出口排出,收集作为其他行业的原材料。

1.一种垃圾无害净化增值处理装置,包括具有热解腔(1)的热解净化机构,该热解腔(1)具有垃圾入口和灰肥出口,所述热解腔(1)的腔壁具有过水通道(2)和烟气通道(3),其特征是,在所述热解腔(1)的外面由内向外依次设有集气腔(4)、冷却腔(5)、分离腔(7),集气腔(4)通过烟气通道(3)与热解净化机构的热解腔(1)连通,集气腔(4)与分离腔(7)通过烟气过道(6)连通,烟气过道(6)穿过冷却腔(5),冷却腔(5)与所述过水通道(2)连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的垃圾无害净化增值处理装置,其特征是,所述分离腔(7)通过输送机构(8)与纯化机构(9)连通,纯化机构(9)具有燃气输出口(10)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的垃圾无害净化增值处理装置,其特征是,所述集气腔(4)、冷却腔(5)、分离腔(7)由内向外依次围绕热解腔(1)的周围设置。
