技术领域
本发明涉及一种压印机,尤其是涉及一种半自动压印机。
背景技术
现有压印机大多数为手动的,这样的话比较耗时耗力,而且压出来的产品的质量不高,次品率很高,因此严重影响了生成效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种省时省力、提高了产品质量与生产效率的半自动压印机。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种半自动压印机,其特征在于,包括工作台、下模具固定座、连接板、斜滑块、滑轮、传动杆、冲床滑台、上模具固定座、上模具、衬板、产品存放筒,所述的下模具固定座、衬板固定在工作台上,所述的产品存放筒、斜滑块、连接板设在下模固定座,所述的滑轮与斜滑块上端连接,并固定在传动杆的下方,所述的滑轮与上模具固定座传动连接,所述的上模具固定在上模具固定座上,所述的上模具固定座与冲床滑台滑动连接,所述的冲床滑台固定在传动杆上端。
所述的滑轮通过螺栓固定在传动杆下方。
所述的冲床滑台通过螺栓固定在传动杆上端。
所述的下模具固定座中设有横截面为梯形的凹槽,所述的斜滑块设在凹槽中。
与现有技术相比,本发明为半自动设备,只需一个人操作即可完成,而且省时省力,提高了产品质量与生产效率。

如图1所示,一种半自动压印机,包括工作台1、下模具固定座2、连接板4、斜滑块5、滑轮6、传动杆8、冲床滑台9、上模具固定座10、上模具11、衬板3、产品存放筒7,所述的下模具固定座2、衬板3固定在工作台1上,所述的产品存放筒7、斜滑块5、连接板4设在下模固定座2,所述的滑轮6与斜滑块5上端连接,并固定在传动杆8的下方,所述的滑轮6与上模具固定座10传动连接,所述的上模具11固定在上模具固定座10上,所述的上模具固定座10与冲床滑台9滑动连接,所述的冲床滑台9固定在传动杆8上端。
所述的滑轮6通过螺栓与固定在传动杆8下方。所述的冲床滑台9通过螺栓固定在传动杆8上端。所述的下模具固定座2中设有横截面为梯形的凹槽,所述的斜滑块5设在凹槽中。所述的滑轮6带动上模具固定座10上下滑动进行压模操作。

1.一种半自动压印机,其特征在于,包括工作台、下模具固定座、连接板、斜滑块、滑轮、传动杆、冲床滑台、上模具固定座、上模具、衬板、产品存放筒,所述的下模具固定座、衬板固定在工作台上,所述的产品存放筒、斜滑块、连接板设在下模固定座,所述的滑轮与斜滑块上端连接,并固定在传动杆的下方,所述的滑轮与上模具固定座传动连接,所述的上模具固定在上模具固定座上,所述的上模具固定座与冲床滑台滑动连接,所述的冲床滑台固定在传动杆上端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种半自动压印机,其特征在于,所述的滑轮通过螺栓固定在传动杆下方。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种半自动压印机,其特征在于,所述的冲床滑台通过螺栓固定在传动杆上端。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种半自动压印机,其特征在于,所述的下模具固定座中设有横截面为梯形的凹槽,所述的斜滑块设在凹槽中。
