本发明涉及一种纯中药药物组合物，特别涉及一种小儿用消食健脾的中药制剂。
背景技术
我国0～14岁儿童现有3亿多，约占我国总人口的22.89%，儿童的患病率平均在12%左右，其中呼吸系统、传染病和消化系统疾病居前3位。虽然近年来，我国卫生事业已不断发展，妇幼保健工作得到了政府的高度重视，儿童的患病率也有所下降，但是，面对这一庞大的特殊群体，儿童的新药开发和药品市场状况仍是行业广为关注的问题。
由于国外儿科药品开发较早，现已基本形成了稳定的市场模式，呈现出供需两旺的局面，随着诊断率的提升和新药的不断问世，儿科药品种类在不断发展。目前，我国儿童用药市场总规模已发展到200多亿元。据有关部门调查分析，儿童用药中，使用注射处方占处方总数的53.1%，口服药以颗粒剂和糖浆剂为多（占36.7%），所用药品中，以抗生素和抗病毒药物居首（占61.7%），消化系统用药占36.2%，使用中成药的处方占总数的46.3%。因而，儿童消化系统用中成药的比例是较高的。前几年，国产儿童用药发展较慢，主要由进口、合资药占据了市场，曾一度面临高度集中的市场竞争格局。但近两年已有所改观，一些发展较快的企业已把目光转移到这一领域，但我国儿童用药产业仍未成气候。
消化系统疾病是儿童易患的常见病、多见病，消化不良会导致儿童营养失调，严重的会影响到儿童正常生长发育，这一病症已引起家长的高度重视。常用中成药消食健脾药有：
1、小儿健脾消食颗粒：含有多种中药成份，但疗效不是很理想，且因口味等原因服用不便，不适合长期服用。
2、健胃消食片：复方制剂，本品为成人治疗脾虚消化不良症用药，对于小儿脾胃虚弱引起的厌食症，不良反应过敏体质者慎用，不适合长期服用。
3、小儿厌食颗粒：其主要成份为：人参、山药、白术（焦）、山楂（焦）、槟榔、干姜、胡黄连、砂仁。该药有人参、干姜、胡黄连、砂仁。小儿不适合长期服用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是：提供一种小儿用消食健脾的中药制剂，该中药制剂具有消食健脾、清热导滞的功效，可用于治疗小儿疳积、腹胀、腹痛、泻下等病症，疗效确切，不易产生耐药性，毒副作用小，体内易分解吸。
解决上述技术问题的技术方案是：一种小儿用消食健脾的中药制剂，其各种原料药重量份数配比为：
田基黄50～200份，小槐花30～150份，广山楂20～60份，
鸡内金10～60份，茯苓15～60份，槟榔15～60份，陈皮10～60份。

本发明中各种原料药的特性如下：
田基黄：功能主治：清利湿热，散瘀消肿。用于急、慢性肝炎，疮疖痈肿。
小槐花：功能主治：清热解毒，祛风透疹，消积，止痛。用于感冒发热，疹出不透，小儿疳积，脘腹疼痛，泄泻。
广山楂：功能主治：理气健脾，消食导滞。用于食积停滞，脘腹胀满疼痛。炒炭后收敛作用增强，用于大便溏泄。
鸡内金：功能主治：健胃消食，涩精止遗，通淋化石。用于食积不消，呕吐泻痢，小儿疳积，遗尿、遗精，石淋涩痛，胆胀肋痛。
茯苓：功能主治：利水渗湿，健脾，宁心，用于水肿尿少，痰饮眩悸，脾虚食少，便溏泄泻，心神不安，惊悸失眠。
槟榔：功能主治：杀虫，消积，行气，利水，截疟。用于绦虫病，蛔虫病，姜片虫病，虫积腹痛，里急后重，水肿脚气，疟疾。
陈皮：功能主治：理气健脾，燥湿化痰。用于脘腹胀满，食少吐泻，咳嗽痰多。

具体实施方式
实施例一：
一种小儿用消食健脾的中药制剂，其各种原料药重量份数配比为：
君药田基黄50g，君药小槐花70g，君药广山楂50g，
臣药鸡内金20g，臣药茯苓20g，臣药槟榔30g，臣药陈皮50g。
上述中药组合物的制备步骤如下：
陈皮，茯苓，加水煎煮二次，每次1.5小时，第一次加水3.5倍量，第二次加水3倍量，合并煎液，滤过，滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.24～1.26(90℃)，放冷，加水4倍量，搅拌，静置24小时，取上清液浓缩至相对密度为1.20～1.23(80℃)；田基黄，小槐花，广山楂，鸡内金，槟榔，加乙醇加热回流1.5小时，提取液滤过，滤液回收乙醇并浓缩至相对密度为1.20～1.28(80℃) ，将上述七味药的浓缩液和辅料（如淀粉）制成颗粒，干燥，得到本中药制剂。本中药制剂也可以制成冲剂，片剂，囗服液或糖浆等形式。
实施例二～实施例七：
一种小儿用消食健脾的中药制剂，该中药制剂的原料药及重量份数请参见附表一，该中药组合物的制备方法与实施例一相同。

下面通过临床试验个案病例对本发明的疗效作进一步说明。
试验例1：患者伍小英，女，8个月时，一直经常性腹泻，每次都是好了七八天，就拉肚子半个月到一个月，吃过很多药都不见好，病情如此反复，后使用本申请配方，经三个疗程后，消化功能正常了，腹泻也没出现，晚上不再因腹痛而吵闹了，现已一年多不见复发。
试验例2：患者刘桦，男， 3岁，他每天一次大便，基本上都是稍稀的糊状，有时肚子鼓鼓涨涨的，食欲和睡眠都还蛮好，就是水果不爱吃了。后经人介绍，服用本申请配方，仅用药10天后，诸多症状消失了大半，全身有劲了，精神明显改善，接下来连服二个疗程药，一切症状消失。
试验例3：患者朱小军，男4岁，孩子经常消化不良，一吃消食片就好，但不吃时又开始消化不良，始终停药就反弹。经介绍，服用本申请配方，治疗了三个疗程，服完药后完全康复，一切症状消失，至今半年不见复发。
试验例4：患者覃宾彬，男，2岁，已经拉稀二十天了，大便较稀，有时还呈绿色，化验大便说是有炎症，吃了妈咪爱，盼的生，庆大霉素颗粒，贴了丁桂儿几帖，都没见完好，孩子精神也不好。用本申请配方治疗3个疗程后，病情全部好转，症状消失，饮食增加，精神症状改善。
试验例5：患者李佳彤，女，4个月时，宝宝是母乳喂养，宝宝100天后妈妈上班了，她不吃奶瓶，妈妈上半天课，她宁愿饿都不吃挤下来放在奶瓶里的奶，妈妈下班回家后，她就使命吃。就这样，宝宝消化不好，一天拉很多道大便。化验了大便也没什么病毒，医生就说消化不良。吃了妈咪爱，斯密达，婴儿素，还有中药，稍微从一天七八道变为三四道了，可还是在喂奶时拉大便，大便是黄色稀的。还有宝宝有时夜里也被涨醒，拉大便，弄得睡眠也不好，肚子经常咕咕响。宝宝四个多月了，拉肚子这段时间都拉瘦了。后来服用本申请配方，吃了一个疗程的药物，消化不良症状明显比以前减轻，大便次数减少到一天二次，随后服用了三个疗程，越服精神越好，夜里也没见吵闹，一觉睡到天亮，大便也正常，停药至今不复发。

1.一种小儿用消食健脾的中药制剂，其特征在于：其各种原料药重量份数配比为：
田基黄50～200份，小槐花30～150份，广山楂20～60份，
鸡内金10～60份，茯苓15～60份，槟榔15～60份，陈皮10～60份；
上述中药组合物的制备步骤如下：
陈皮，茯苓，加水煎煮二次，每次1.5小时，第一次加水3.5倍量，第二次加水3倍量，合并煎液，滤过，滤液浓缩至90℃相对密度为1.24～1.26，放冷，加水4倍量，搅拌，静置24小时，取上清液浓缩至80℃相对密度为1.20～1.23；田基黄，小槐花，广山楂，鸡内金，槟榔，加乙醇加热回流1.5小时，提取液滤过，滤液回收乙醇并浓缩至80℃相对密度为1.20～1.28，将上述七味药的浓缩液和辅料——淀粉制成颗粒，干燥，得到本中药制剂。
