本发明公开了一种罐式炭素煅烧炉属于炭素生产用的煅烧炉。该罐式炭素煅烧炉,每四个煅烧罐和位于罐体两边的带加热火道的炉壁构成一个燃烧室,各燃烧室之间有伸缩缝和汇集烟道,带加热火道的炉壁有8-10层火道,火道与预热空气道相通,煅烧罐体连接着排料罐,排料罐外围有夹层冷却水套,其特征是:整个煅烧炉由一字型排列的18个燃烧室共72个煅烧罐组成,煅烧炉前墙外设有护炉大刀架,后墙外设有护炉架,燃烧室底部由炉底支柱支撑,煅烧罐体顶部设有加料口,底部连接着排料罐,排料罐外围有夹层冷却水套,排料罐下端装有排料机,排料机与排料阀之间为小料仓。实现了挥发份双向利用,全自动封闭式连续排料,有良好的经济效益和环境效益。

技术领域
本发明属于一种煅烧窑炉,特别是炭素生产用的罐式煅烧炉。
背景技术
罐式煅烧炉是炭素生产常用的煅烧设备,物料在罐体内隔绝空气进行间接加热煅烧除去炭素材料中的挥发成分,该煅烧炉可以充分利用碳素材料在煅烧中逸出的大量挥发物的燃烧热减少能源消耗,但是现有的罐式煅烧炉存在组数少、空气供给不足等缺点,造成余热利用不充分、煅烧效率及质量低等不足。
发明内容
为了克服现有的煅烧炉余热利用不充分热效率低的不足,本发明提供一种罐式炭素煅烧炉。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种罐式炭素煅烧炉,每四个煅烧罐和位于罐体两边的带加热火道的炉壁构成一个燃烧室,各燃烧室之间有伸缩缝和汇集烟道,带加热火道的炉壁有至少8层火道,火道与预热空气道相通,煅烧罐体连接着排料罐,排料罐外围有夹层冷却水套,其特征是:整个煅烧炉由一字型排列的18个燃烧室共72个煅烧罐组成,煅烧炉前墙外设有护炉大刀架,后墙外设有护炉架,燃烧室底部由炉底支柱支撑,煅烧罐体顶部设有加料口,底部连接着排料罐,排料罐外围有夹层冷却水套,排料罐下端装有排料机,排料机与排料阀之间为小料仓。
所述的燃烧室前墙内设有与天然气管道相通的天然气燃烧口,带加热火道的炉壁为砌有火道的耐火硅砖墙,燃烧室后墙内和燃烧室底部设有挥发物通道,位于燃烧室底部的水平挥发物通道经汇集烟道与余热锅炉进烟道相连,与燃烧室烟气出口相连接的烟道竖井内与通往烟囱的外烟道相通。
所述的煅烧罐罐体长2180mm,宽360mm,高5576mm。
本发明公开的罐式煅烧炉将传统煅烧炉的7组28罐增加到18组72罐,煅烧罐周围增加至8层火道,罐体尺寸改为长2180mm,宽360mm,高5576mm;煅烧炉排料系统采用全自动封闭式连续排料装置;将现有技术的排料罐直接排料改进为排料罐口安装连续排料机,排出的料先进入小料仓滞留缓冲后再由排料阀排出由传送皮带送往下道工序。罐式煅烧炉内实现了挥发份双向利用,除满足煅烧炉本身燃烧外,多余的挥发份通过专用通道,进入余热锅炉,用于发电;由于以上改进,本发明取得了良好的效果:
1.增加了产量,排料由90公斤/罐/小时增加到150-160公斤/罐/小时。
2.节省能源,正常生产时,完全利用原料的挥发份燃烧,不用补充燃料。
3.多余的挥发份用于余热发电,既降低了碳排放量,有效保护了环境,又符合循环经济的发展模式,为企业创造了效益。
4.全自动封闭式连续排料装置,自动化程度高,降低了工人的劳动强度;可以使产品在煅烧炉内匀速运动,挥发份均匀溢出,从而使得炉膛内的温度稳定,保证产品质量稳定、均一。据检测煅后焦真密度在2.08g/cm3以上,粉末比电阻保持在410μΩ.m以下。
另外,因产品处于运动状态,解决了炉膛结焦的问题,防止出现棚料及放炮现象,而封闭式排料,则有效防止了粉尘溢出,既减少了浪费,又大大改善了工人的劳动环境。
5.煅后焦经小料仓缓冲,可保证煅后焦充分降温,有效阻止外部空气进入煅烧罐体,防止原料出现二次氧化及罐体放炮现象。

所述的煅烧炉前墙18内设有与天然气管道19相通的天然气燃烧口,带加热火道的炉壁为砌有火道的耐火硅砖墙5,煅烧炉外层墙为红砖墙,煅烧炉后墙内和燃烧室底部设有挥发物通道21,位于燃烧室底部的水平挥发物通道经汇集烟道与余热锅炉8进烟道相连,与燃烧室烟气出口相连接的烟道竖井6与通往烟囱的外烟道7相通。
