本发明公开了一种导电塑料型电缆料挤出专用螺杆,包括连接段、加料段、压缩段、均化段,压缩段长度为螺距的6倍;均化段螺槽深h3小于加料段螺槽深h1;压缩比i=1.293;压缩段螺槽深从h1递减至h3。加料段长度为螺距的9倍,均化段的长度为螺距的8倍。螺距等于0.85-0.95倍螺杆直径。本发明可以有效提高导电塑料型电缆料塑化质量,同时可以提高单位时间内产量。

导电塑料型电缆料挤出专用螺杆
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料挤出机,具体涉及一种塑料挤出机螺杆。
背景技术
导电聚烯烃电缆料用于10kV以上电力电缆的导体屏蔽(内屏蔽)和绝缘屏蔽(外屏蔽),该种电缆料在聚乙烯中加入大量导电炭黑,以均匀绝缘层中电场分布,防止局部放电。由于聚乙烯中加入大量导电炭黑后,物料变硬,流动性变差,性能变脆,主机电流大,挤出困难。现有的塑料挤出机无导电塑料型电缆料挤出专用螺杆,从而导致单位时间内产量低,塑化效果差甚至无法挤出。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题在于提供一种导电塑料型电缆料挤出专用螺杆,可以有效提高导电塑料型电缆料塑化质量,同时可以提高单位时间内产量。
为达到上述目的,本发明的导电塑料型电缆料挤出专用螺杆,包括连接段、加料段、压缩段、均化段,压缩段长度为螺距的6倍;均化段螺槽深h3小于加料段螺槽深h1;压缩比i=1.293;压缩段螺槽深从h1递减至h3。
采用了上述技术方案后,熔融状态塑料经压缩段进入均化段,逐渐排气压实、塑化,压缩段长度为螺距的6倍,可以最好地适应导电塑料型电缆料的挤出需要,达到良好的塑化效果。压缩比i=1.293,可增加塑料之密度,使分子与分子之间结合更加紧密,排出物料中空气,降低因压力而产生之温升,提高塑化效果。在此技术条件下,物料流动性好,挤出作业顺畅,单位时间内产量高。
进一步,加料段长度为螺距的9倍,均化段的长度为螺距的8倍。加料段、压缩段与均化段的长度比为9:6:8,此时螺杆有效工作长度与直径比值接近20:1,可以较好地适应导电塑料型电缆料挤出作业需要,进一步提高塑化效果,提高产能。
进一步的,螺距等于0.85-0.95倍螺杆直径,可提高塑化能力,此种螺距设置可增大正推力,增加塑料的流动性,提高作业效果。
进一步的,螺距设置为0.87倍螺杆直径,可以达到最佳效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步描述:
如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5可见,本发明的导电塑料型电缆料挤出专用螺杆,包括连接段4、加料段1、压缩段2、均化段3,压缩段2长度为螺距的6倍;均化段3螺槽深h3小于加料段1螺槽深h1;压缩比i=1.293;压缩段2螺槽深从h1递减至h3。
本发明的导电塑料型电缆料挤出专用螺杆采用等外径结构,也就是说加料段1、压缩段2、均化段3的外径均为D。
压缩比计算公式:
i=(h1*(D-h1))/(h3*(D-h3))。
采用了上述技术方案后,熔融状态塑料经压缩段2进入均化段3,逐渐压实、塑化,压缩段2长度为螺距的6倍,可以最好地适应导电塑料型电缆料的挤出需要,达到良好的塑化效果。压缩比i=1.293,可增加塑料之密度,使分子与分子之间结合更加紧密,排出物料中空气,降低因压力而产生之温升,提高塑化效果。在此技术条件下,物料流动性好,挤出作业顺畅,单位时间内产量高。
做为本发明的一个实施例,螺杆的外径D为90mm,螺距S为78mm,均化段3螺槽深h3=7.5mm,加料段1螺槽深h1=10mm,压缩段2螺槽深从10mm递减至7.5mm ,此时i=(10*(90-10))/(7.5*(90-7.5))=1.293。压缩段2长度468mm,压缩段2长度为螺距的6倍,可以最好地适应导电塑料型电缆料的挤出需要,达到良好的塑化效果。
进一步的,加料段1长度为螺距的9倍,均化段3的长度为螺距的8倍。此时,加料段1、压缩段2与均化段3的长度比为9:6:8,螺杆有效工作长度与直径比值接近20:1,可以较好地适应导电塑料型电缆料挤出作业需要,进一步提高塑化效果,提高产能。
塑料挤出机螺杆常用的螺距S=D,一般设定为90mm。
本发明的导电塑料型电缆料挤出专用螺杆进一步进行了优化,螺距(S)等于0.85-0.95倍螺杆直径(D),缩小螺距可增大正推力,增加塑料的流动性,可提高塑化能力,此种螺距设置可增大正推力,增加塑料的流动性,提高作业效果。
由于导电塑料的流动性差,产量低且难以塑化,为保证物料塑化时间,提高螺杆的塑化质量,作为本发明的另一个实施例,确定螺距S=78mm,螺杆直径D=90mm,加料段1长度为702mm,压缩段2长度为468mm,均化段3的长度为624mm,均化段3螺槽深h3=7.5mm,加料段1螺槽深h1=10mm,压缩段2螺槽深从10mm递减至7.5mm ,此时螺距S等于0.87倍螺杆直径D,螺旋角β=15°25 ′21″,加料段1长度为9*S,压缩段2长度为6*S,均化段3的长度为8*S,此时螺杆有效工作长度与直径比值接近20:1,压缩比i=1.293,可以达到最佳塑化效果,同时可以显著提高产能。

1.一种导电塑料型电缆料挤出专用螺杆,包括连接段(4)、加料段(1)、压缩段(2)、均化段(3),其特征在于:压缩段(2)长度为螺距的6倍;均化段(3)螺槽深h3小于加料段(1)螺槽深h1;压缩比i=1.293;压缩段(2)螺槽深从h1递减至h3;所述的加料段(1)长度为螺距的9倍,均化段(3)的长度为螺距的8倍,所述的螺距等于0.87倍螺杆直径。
