箱体封闭组件
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于封闭汽车箱体的加注嘴的箱体封闭组件,尤其是用于接收用于再处理排放气体的尿素水溶液的车辆附属箱体的加注嘴,具有帽状设计的封闭主体,其可以被拧紧到加注嘴上且具有用于密封元件的接收器以为了密封在加注嘴和封闭主体之间的环形间隙。
本发明基于德国在先申请DE 20 2011 004 562 U1,其通过引用结合于此。
背景技术
为了降低柴油车辆中的氮氧排放物,通过已知的选择性催化还原(SCR)对排放气体的再处理越来越多地发生。在这种技术的帮助下,商用车辆可以满足欧V标准,且客车可以符合非常严格的美国排放气体标准。在选择性催化还原中,化学反应在SCR催化转换器中发生。这个反应是选择性的,也就是说,当不期望的副反应被大大地抑制时,例如,二氧化硫氧化成三氧化硫时,氮氧化物(NO,NO2)被优先地减少。
为了减少所述氮氧化物,需要氨水(NH3),其被混合到所述排放气体中。反应的产物是水(H2O)和氮气(N2)。SCR反应所需的氨水不被直接,也就是说不以纯的形式在车辆中使用,而是以32.5%尿素水溶液的形式,其通过诸如AdBlue的工业统一指定。该混合物由德国工业标准70070规定。该水溶液从SCR催化转化器的上游被注入排放管中,作为水解反应的结果,在那里氨水和CO2产生自尿素溶液。因此在SCR催化转换器中在适当的温度下,产生的氨水可以与排放气体中的氮氧化物反应。
根据所述发动机未处理的排放气体量,尿素/水溶液的消耗量合计为所使用的柴油燃料的大约2-8%,取决于引擎的未处理的排放。因此具有对应容积的对应的附属箱体被设置在车辆中用于尿素溶液。该附属箱体的加注嘴通过箱体封闭组件封闭。这包括被拧到加注嘴上的帽状设计的封闭主体。在该封闭主体中,设置用于密封元件的接收器,当封闭主体被拧到加注嘴上时,该密封元件用于密封在加注嘴和封闭主体之间的环形间隙。
在迄今所知的箱体封闭组件中,封闭主体被制有内螺纹且制有作为注射模制件的用于密封元件的接收器。然而,这是难以制造的,因为内部轮廓,尤其在用于所述密封元件的接收器的区域中具有底切部(undercut),其生产需要拼合模。这在成品上导致模制分离边,且产品精度不高,这可以在使用过程中产生泄露。
发明内容
因此,本发明的主题是提供一种在引言中提到类型的箱体封闭组件,其易于制造且能确保部件的高精度以及在使用过程中无泄露。
根据本发明,实现所述目标的方式在于:插入元件通过封闭主体的底侧开口被引入到所述封闭主体并被固定在所述封闭主体中,所述插入元件带有内螺纹,经由该内螺纹所述封闭主体可以被固定到所述加注嘴,并且在于,用于密封元件的接收器形成在插入元件和封闭主体的顶侧之间。
因此,本发明是基于多部件设计的箱体封闭组件的方案。具体而言,设置插入元件,在该插入元件上形成用于连接到所述加注嘴的内螺纹。该插入元件通过封闭主体的底侧开口被引入到所述封闭主体并被固定在所述封闭主体中,例如咬紧的方式。利用这种结构,所述封闭主体本身可以被设计成内侧具有本质上光滑的轮廓的简单的帽。最多,需要在所述内部轮廓设置锁紧凹槽或者锁紧鼻,其与所述插入元件对应的相对元件弹性接合。
在该实施例中,所述插入元件被引入到所述封闭主体中至用于所述密封元件的接收器被限定在所述插入元件的顶侧和所述封闭主体的顶侧之间的程度。结果,所述密封件仅需要在所述插入元件被引入之前被引入到所述密封体中。因此可以简单地引入密封元件。
由于多部件结构,在由注射模制生产期间不需要多部件模具,也因此在成品部件上就不会产生模制边缘。产品精度以及因此的使用中的可靠性高。
根据本发明的一个实施例,这里规定密封元件被设计成环形的,并且特别地如唇形密封。当唇形密封被使用时,具有多个唇形,其沿着封闭主体的顶侧方向向上突出,并且其一方面支承抵靠封闭主体的内壁,另一方面,其抵靠加注嘴,从而确保最优密封。
基本地,所述封闭主体可以在其顶侧被密封。然而,根据优选实施方式,这里规定封闭主体在其顶侧具有孔,该孔通过透气但不透液体隔膜从封闭主体的内侧被封闭。如果所述隔膜由塑料制成,该隔膜可以牢固地焊接至封闭主体。在箱体内部和周围之间的压力平衡可以借助于该孔。

具体实施方式
附图示出了根据本发明的箱体封闭组件。这被用于封闭车辆附属箱体的加注嘴,在该箱体中,携带用于处理排放气体的的尿素水溶液。箱体封闭组件包括帽状设计的封闭主体1。其具有基本圆柱形状且可以在其顶侧封闭。然而,在此示出的实施例中,封闭主体1在其顶侧具有孔2,其用于箱体的通风及排气。孔2从封闭主体的内部被透气但不透液体的隔膜3封闭。隔膜3通过封闭主体1的下侧的开口被插入封闭主体1中,并且被焊接至封闭主体的塑料材料。
箱体封闭组件还包括插入元件4,其通过封闭主体1的下侧的开口被引入至封闭主体1且其固定在封闭主体1中。插入元件4带有内螺纹5,封闭主体1可以经由该内螺纹被拧到车辆附属箱体的加注嘴上。
特别地从图3-图6中可以清楚看到,插入元件4被紧紧地卡在封闭主体1中。为此目的,共设置有4个锁紧凹槽6,在插入元件4的下边缘区域上,锁紧凹槽6彼此偏移90度,进入锁紧凹槽设置在封闭主体1的内壁上的对应的锁紧鼻7可以被锁紧。如图3所示,在锁紧凹槽6的上方,斜面8形成在插入元件4的壁上,当插入元件4推入封闭主体1中时,封闭主体1的锁紧鼻7与所述斜面结合,并通过它们被弹性向外挤压。
同样,由图3可以清楚地看到,当插入元件4被固定在封闭主体1中时,在插入元件4上方,接收器9形成在封闭主体1中。接收器9容纳了唇形密封10和支撑环11,支撑环11设置有通孔11a且支承抵靠隔膜3的下侧并且支撑隔膜3。
箱体封闭组件还包括遮蔽套筒12,其被推到封闭主体1上,以及箱体盖13,其封闭箱体封闭组件1的顶侧开口。
在组装期间,首先,隔膜3被插入封闭主体1并在内侧上被牢固地焊接至封闭主体1以封闭孔2。随后支撑环11和唇形密封10在插入元件4被推入封闭主体1并且在那里咬紧之前被引入封闭主体1。从而组装好的该单元可以在遮蔽套筒12和箱体盖13被装配之前被拧到加注嘴上。

Claims (6)
