一种板式密闭过滤机，涉及过滤设备制造领域,包括壳体，壳体从上往下依次由上封头、中部圆筒形壳体、底部锥形壳体组成，锥形壳体末端连接阀门或快开机构，中部圆筒形壳体内设置有若干块滤板，所述滤板上端间隔挂接于振动轴上，下端连接集液管，所述振动轴一端伸出壳体连接振动装置，另设有一振动装置连接滤板下端的集液管,增设一振动装置连接滤板下端的集液管，带动集液管振动，从而带动整个滤板振动，使一些附着性较强的固体能很容易的从滤板上脱落，大大提高了工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及过滤设备制造领域，尤其涉及一种板式密闭过滤机。
背景技术
目前市面上的板式密闭过滤机主要有承压的壳体、滤板、滤板振动装置、接管、排固体阀门（或快开装置）等组成，一般在滤板上端壳体处设有一或两个振动装置，所述的振动装置连接挂接滤板的振动轴，使振动装置带动振动轴径向往复位移，进而带动滤板上端振动，使滤板上的固体附着物振动脱落，达到排污的效果，但对于一些附着性较强的固体，光靠滤板上端壳体处设置的振动装置很难有效的振动排除，造成后续的过滤效果不佳，降低了设备的工作效率，有待改进。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足，提供了一种振动效果好，排污效率高的板式密闭过滤机。
本发明为解决上述技术问题，提供了以下技术方案：一种板式密闭过滤机，包括壳体，壳体从上往下依次由上封头、中部圆筒形壳体、底部锥形壳体组成，锥形壳体末端连接阀门或快开机构，中部圆筒形壳体内设置有若干块滤板，所述滤板上端间隔挂接于振动轴上，下端连接集液管，所述振动轴一端伸出壳体连接振动装置，其特征在于另设有一振动装置连接滤板下端的集液管。
作为本发明的进一步改进，所述振动轴为左右对称的两根，伸出壳体的一端各连接一振动装置。
为更好的解释本发明的技术方案，以下详细介绍本发明的工作原理：在进行过滤工作时，固液混合物通过泵或压力差输入到过滤机中，利用滤板把固体与液体进行分离过滤，固体被截留在滤板表面，液体透过滤板汇入集液管中排出，用气体将被截留在滤板上的固体进行吹干，然后打开锥形壳体末端阀门，并同时打开连接滤板上端振动轴的振动装置以及连接集液管的振动装置，进行径向往复振动，排除滤板上附着性较强的固体。
本发明的有益效果：本发明增设一振动装置连接滤板下端的集液管，带动集液管振动，从而带动整个滤板振动，使一些附着性较强的固体能很容易的从滤板上脱落，大大提高了工作效率。

具体实施方式
一种板式密闭过滤机，包括壳体001，壳体001从上往下依次由上封头011、中部圆筒形壳体012、底部锥形壳体013组成，锥形壳体013末端连接阀门002，中部圆筒形壳体012内设置有若干块滤板003，所述滤板003上端间隔挂接于振动轴004上，下端连接集液管005，所述振动轴004一端伸出壳体001连接振动装置006，另设有一振动装置006连接滤板003下端的集液管005，所述振动轴004为左右对称的两根，伸出壳体001的一端各连接一振动装置006。

1.一种板式密闭过滤机，包括壳体，壳体从上往下依次由上封头、中部圆筒形壳体、底部锥形壳体组成，锥形壳体末端连接阀门或快开机构，中部圆筒形壳体内设置有若干块滤板，所述滤板上端间隔挂接于振动轴上，下端连接集液管，所述振动轴一端伸出壳体连接振动装置，其特征在于另设有一振动装置连接滤板下端的集液管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种板式密闭过滤机，其特征在于所述振动轴为左右对称的两根，伸出壳体的一端各连接一振动装置。
