本发明公开了一种蓄电池负极板,包括边框,所述边框内设有一组子板,子板中部设有金属圈,每块子板有两条边开有弧形凹槽,且靠近一侧边框的子板开有定位孔。本发明结构简单,设计科学,能够同时容纳若干蓄电池工作,多块子板的设计方便了维修,在出现故障时不需要更换整块负极板,大大节约了成本。

本发明属于蓄电池领域,具体涉及一种蓄电池负极板。
背景技术
蓄电池的发展已经有1个多世纪了,广泛应用于汽车、航空、铁路等工业领域。传统的蓄电池为平板型结构的涂膏式正负极板或排管式正极配合涂膏式负极。虽然在板栅材料、铅膏配方等方面的研究成果使得蓄电池性能得到不断改进,但是蓄电池的一些缺点如体积大、使用寿命短等没有得到实质性改变,影响着蓄电池的进一步推广。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种蓄电池负极板。
技术方案:为了达到上述目的,本发明具体是这样来完成的:一种蓄电池负极板,包括边框,所述边框内设有一组子板,子板中部设有金属圈,每块子板有两条边开有弧形凹槽,且靠近一侧边框的子板开有定位孔。
其中,所述子板的数目为偶数个,优选为6块。
有益效果:本发明结构简单,设计科学,能够同时容纳若干蓄电池工作,多块子板的设计方便了维修,在出现故障时不需要更换整块负极板,大大节约了成本。

具体实施方式
如附图所示,本发明提供的一种蓄电池负极板,包括边框1,所述边框1内设有6块子板2,子板2中部设有金属圈3,每块子板2有两条边开有弧形凹槽4,方便出现故障时取出,且靠近一侧边框1的2块子板2开有定位孔5。

1.一种蓄电池负极板,其特征在于,包括边框(1),所述边框(1)内设有一组子板(2),子板(2)中部设有金属圈(3),每块子板(2)有两条边开有弧形凹槽(4),且靠近一侧边框(1)的子板(2)开有定位孔(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蓄电池负极板,其特征在于,所述子板(2)的数目为偶数个。
