背景技术
目前方型锂离子叠片电池叠片时,普遍由人工将正负极板、隔离膜交叉放置完成,此种操作缺点主要有:无法保证极耳与电芯的平行度、容易引起正负极板与隔膜交替错位导致电芯安全性能下降,同时其无法保证叠片电池的一致性低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种叠片快速,定位准确的方型锂离子叠片电池叠片辅助工具。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:一种方型锂离子叠片电池叠片辅助工具,其关键在于:包括基板(1),所述基板(1)上并排开有两个槽(1a),该两个槽(1a)的一端与基板(1)其中一个侧面贯通。两个槽(1a)与正负极极耳的宽度相适应,正负极极耳刚好能放入槽(1a)内,叠片时分别将正负极尔放入槽(1a)内进行定位。
上述每个槽(1a)的槽底设置有定位销(2)。叠片时分别将正负极板极耳位上的圆孔与基板(1)上的定位销对应放置。使用该叠片辅助工具可通过定位速度提升从而提升生产效率,能有效的提高正负极板定位准确性,减少在叠片过程中极板主体部分可能存在的错位现象,提升了电池的安全性能
上述每一槽(1a)内设置有3个定位销(2)。三个点的定位,使得定位更准确。
有益效果:本实用新型结构简单,实现了快速定位,快速叠片,不会出现错位的现象,定位非常准确,大大提高了生产效率,也大大提升了电池的安全性能。

如图1所示,一种方型锂离子叠片电池叠片辅助工具,包括基板1,所述基板1上并排开有两个槽1a,该两个槽1a的一端与基板1其中一个侧面贯通。每个槽1a的槽底设置有定位销2。所述每一槽1a内设置有定位销2为3个。
