背景技术
已知在内部改进饮料罐的穹顶底部来提供凹进的轮廓。这种技术主要用于增加底部的强度,而底部强度的增加继而允许轻量化。例如, EP 0482581A(BALL CORP)29.02.1992描述了适合于以此方式将饮料罐的底部改进的设备。特别地,此申请的图11示出了在这种改进之后穿过饮料罐的底部的一部分的放大截面图。
WO 96/24539(KOHORN INTERNATIONAL PTY LIMIT )15.08.1996描述了一种容器,其形成有与主容纳体积分离的开放空腔。这样的容器的示例为金属罐,其在底部中形成有大体上凹入或穹形的空腔,如通常用于软饮料、啤酒等的那种。此文献描述了提供用于大致关闭此空腔的移除器件,从而形成第二容纳体积,第二容纳体积可用于促销商品、第二活性成分或这样的类似物。

发明内容
本发明提供了一种根据权利要求1所述的饮料罐。
根据本发明,弹性盘在饮料罐的底部卡入于凹进卷边内。该盘具有移除器件,利用该移除器件,能由使用者将其从凹进卷边撬出。例如,该盘可具有切口,该切口允许使用拉片或硬币将盘从凹进卷边中撬出。
饮料罐的盘和穹顶底部可一起限定隔室,该隔室可用于储存用于容器内含物的添加剂或者诸如种子、指南针、USB装置等物品。该盘优选地从例如PP、PET或其它聚合物的热塑性材料的印刷板冲压得到,但诸如金属或者纸板的其它材料也是可能的。
该盘可在向饮料罐填充产品之前或之后分别由罐制造商或包装商装配到该罐的底部。优选地,切口设于盘中以允许在隔室中收集的任何液体的引流。这允许在定量包装作业线上进行巴氏灭菌或清洗之前可选地装配该盘。
本发明者已发现盘可被制造成比凹进卷边的直径可实现的紧密得多的公差,在尝试期间,发现盘紧密地装配于一些罐的改进底部中,但其仅很松地装配于其它罐的改进底部中。通过进一步的调查,本发明者发现如果盘的直径尺寸(即,在圆内绘出的盘的最大点)大于凹进卷边的直径,则盘可卡入到改进底部内,但由凹进卷边施加在盘上的应力造成盘挠曲为凹入穹顶配置。取决于盘的尺寸和由改进底部的凹进卷边所限定的直径(如所制成的),穹顶盘呈现更小或更大的穹形程度。
此可变形状穹顶具有多种优点。首先,穹形程度能适应在盘的尺寸与罐的改进底部的尺寸之间的任何差异。例如,盘可被制造成具有+ - 0.1 mm的公差,而改进底部常规地具有+ - 0.3 mm的公差。
本发明所提出的盘包括布置于其外围上的一个或多个切口。一旦装配于罐的改进底部中之后,盘的凹入穹顶形状帮助从盘的内表面引流水且受应力的/装配的盘更难于从罐的底部移除,从而降低了与罐意外分离的风险。
盘设有移除器件,其定尺寸并且定形状成允许使用者从罐的底部移除盘。移除器件呈切口的形式,这允许使用者插入杠杆,例如硬币或拉片,以将盘从罐的底部撬出。
在本发明的一个实施例中,罐的底部和盘一起限定三个接触点且通过切除部来提供移除器件,其允许使用者在盘下方施加杠杆。位于切除部的任一侧上的两个接触点用作施力尖头。这些施力尖头可位于紧邻切除部处或者它们可从切除部移位,但它们必须位于与切除部相同的盘的半部内。与切除部沿直径相对定位的接触点充当支点。组合地,施力尖头和支点造成盘在从罐的底部释放时旋转,非常类似硬币的翻转。这提供基于简单的决定的游戏机会。

具体实施方式
图1大体上示出了根据现有技术的常规饮料罐1,其具有带直立环15的底部10、顶部20和侧壁30。特别地,图1a示出了穿过图1所示的罐的底部10所截取的截面,其更清楚地示出了底部10的直立环15和凹入穹顶12。
在图2中示出了根据本发明的罐的底部,其中弹性盘50示出为俘获于凹进卷边17中。清楚地示出隔室(未标记),其限定于盘50与罐的穹顶底部12之间。可使用经由切除部55插入于盘50下方的杠杆60将盘50从凹进卷边17移除。图3和图4示出了适用于在本发明中使用的杠杆60的替代示例。图3示出了在打开时和在与罐的顶部分离之后可如何将拉片60'用作杠杆且图4示出了硬币60"的使用。

图4a和图4b示出了适用于在本发明中使用的替代盘50。盘50具有切除部55以允许插入合适的杠杆60,但盘50修改为包括在施力尖头51与支点52之间的三个较大切口(未标记)。这些切口最小化截留在盘50与罐10的底部之间的水分的量且还允许所截留的任何水分有效地引流/干燥。
图5示出了根据本发明的饮料罐1,其具有插入于凹进卷边17内的图4、图4a和图4b所示的盘50的增强的变型。图5a和图5b示出了增强的盘50的平面视图和等距视图。倒圆(radius)设于接触点的拐角处(施力尖头和支点)使得不再存在任何尖锐拐角,如图5a所示。这些平滑的拐角在盘50从凹进卷边17翻转出来时提供平稳的释放。这独立于由于盘的尺寸变化而造成的盘(50)的穹形程度和由改进底部的凹进卷边所限定的直径。
对于本领域技术人员显而易见,用于从罐移除盘的合适杠杆装置或器件的不同示例可应用于附图中示例中的任一个。而且,在不脱离本发明的一般教导内容的情况下可采用不同的切除部设计和切口的数量和/或位置。

Claims (4)

1.一种饮料罐(1),其具有限定凹进卷边(17)的底部(10),弹性盘(50)保持约束于所述凹进卷边(17)中,
所述弹性盘(50)的直径尺寸大于所述凹进卷边(17)的内径且当弹性盘(50)装配到所述凹进卷边(17)中时,所述弹性盘(50)呈现凹入穹顶形状,
其特征在于,
所述弹性盘(50)限定绕其外围间隔开的至少三个接触点(51,51),所述至少三个接触点(51,52)包括布置于所述弹性盘(50)的任一侧上的两个施力尖头(51)和与所述施力尖头(51)之间的部分沿直径相对的支点(52),其中,所述施力尖头(51)在将所述弹性盘(50)从所述凹进卷边(17)撬出时赋予所述弹性盘(50)能量且所述支点(52)导致所述弹性盘在从所述凹进卷边(17)释放时正交于所述弹性盘的平面旋转。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的饮料罐(1),其特征在于,所述接触点(51,52)在各拐角处具有倒圆,以在弹性盘(50)从凹进卷边(17)翻转出来时提供平稳的释放。
3.根据权利要求1所述的饮料罐(1),其特征在于,所述底部(10)包括凹入穹顶(12)和直立环(15),且所述底部被改进为在所述凹入穹顶(12)与所述直立环(15)之间的接合部处提供所述凹进卷边(17),其中,腔(19)限定于所述凹入穹顶(12)的表面与所述弹性盘(50)之间,且所述弹性盘(50)被成形为提供一个或多个切口(55),所述切口(55)允许任何液体从所述腔(19)引流。
4.填充根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的饮料罐(1)的方法,其特征在于,在利用产品填充所述饮料罐(1)且根据需要进行处理之前,将所述弹性盘(50)装配到所述凹进卷边(17)中。
