Abstract

本发明公开了一种太阳能蒸汽喷射式风冷空气清洁系统,该系统将以太阳能集热器和辅助电加热装置将水加热成为过热蒸汽,利用过热蒸汽在喷管内的加速喷射产生负压,吸收房间内部的污浊空气并送入冷凝器内进行冷凝和气液分离。该装置可以将水循环利用,并且降低了排入大气中的气体中粉尘和异味的含量。

太阳能蒸汽喷射式风冷空气清洁系统
一、技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能热利用技术、新风换气技术及蒸汽喷射技术,特指一种以太阳能集热器为热源产生水蒸气,并以蒸汽喷射产生低压,将室内污浊空气吸走排入带有气液分离装置的冷凝器清洁后排出的装置。
二、背景技术
新鲜的空气是人们健康生活的基本保障,污浊的环境不仅仅让人们感觉不舒适,还会带来疾病。许多工厂、车间等由于生产环境比较差,导致空气中有粉尘、异味等,容易影响工作者的健康,并导致工作者情绪异常。现有的厂房新风换气系统主要为管道集中式供风,利用风机从管道一侧抽风,使室内的污浊空气从管道上的小孔吸走,新风从进风口进入室内。吸走污浊空气主要靠风机产生的负压,但由于管道上小孔较多,风机功率有限,使得新风换气系统对于面积较大的长发效率并不理想,而且耗电量较大。其次由于旧风直接排放到空气中,容易形成室外空气的二次污染。为解决这一问题,本发明将太阳能集热器与蒸汽喷射系统结合在一起,利用水蒸汽流经缩放式喷管喷射产生的低压吸取室内的污浊空气,并利用水蒸气在带有气液分离装置的冷凝器中凝结和气液分离的过程,将空气中的粉尘和异味除去。同时为了节省水资源,最后将凝结的水过滤处理后送入太阳能集热器进行循环利用。
三、发明内容
本发明提出一种太阳能蒸汽喷射式风冷空气清洁系统,结构包括:太阳能集热器、辅助电加热装置、缩放式喷管、抽风机、冷凝器、污水过滤装置、水泵。其中太阳能集热器为串联连接,使热水在热水器中串行加热,最后经辅助电加热装置变为过热蒸汽。缩放式喷管要与服务的房间空间匹配,必要时可以并联多个喷管,以扩大作用面积,喷管上均匀安装有吸气口。冷凝器上半部分是带有肋片的冷却弯管,下半部分是气液分离水箱,水箱由隔板分隔成多个底部连通的腔体。冷却弯管一端在液面上方,另一端跨过隔板,在相邻腔体液面以下。冷凝器外置风扇,使空气主动流过冷却弯管肋片。肋片为厚度1毫米,宽度3~5厘米的环形金属片。

五、具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明的实施方式作进一步说明。
太阳能集热器1为串联设置,冷水从下方管道进入太阳能集热器1吸热升温,经过辅助电加热装置2后成为过热蒸汽。过热蒸汽进入缩放式喷管3加速,使喷管内部形成一个负压。由于缩放式喷管3的后面接有抽风机5,使得喷管内部负压分布均匀,因此均匀分布在喷管上的若干个吸气口4可以将室内的污浊空气吸走。由于气流中本身含有大量水蒸气,将会使污浊空气中的粉尘、异味吸湿聚集成团,在经过冷凝器7的冷却弯管10时,水蒸气冷凝,进入气液分离水箱后,将粉尘异味将留在水里,从而达到过滤的目的。冷凝后的污水从水管进入污水处理装置8,经过净化后进入太阳能集热器1,继续循环使用。净化后的空气排入大气。

Claims (4)

1.一种太阳能蒸汽喷射式风冷空气清洁系统,该装置由太阳能集热器(1)、辅助电加热装置(2)、缩放式喷管(3)、抽风机(5)冷凝器(7)及污水过滤装置(8)组成,其中太阳能集热器(1)为多个集热器串联组成,以提高出口处的水蒸气温度,辅助电加热装置(2)用于进一步提高水蒸气温度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能蒸汽喷射式风冷空气清洁系统,其特征是:缩放式喷管(3)的长度要与换气系统服务的房间空间相匹配,如有必要可以设置多个并联的缩放式喷管,在整个缩放式喷管(3)上开有若干均匀分布的吸气口(4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能蒸汽喷射式风冷空气清洁系统,其特征是:冷凝器(7)上半部分是带有肋片的冷却弯管(10),下半部分是气液分离水箱(13),水箱由隔板(14)分隔成多个底部连通的腔体,冷却弯管(10)一端在液面线(16)上方,另一端跨过隔板(14),在相邻腔体液面线(16)以下。
4.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能蒸汽喷射式风冷空气清洁系统,其特征是:肋片(11)为厚度1毫米,宽度3~5厘米的环形金属片。
