Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable an efficient utilization of solar heat and to form a compact constitution, by a method wherein a device is formed into a monolithical unit incorporating an auxiliary heat source.
CONSTITUTION: A radiator circuit 6 for preheating, which, in the case of heating operation, circulates hot water, heated by a solar heat collector 1, to a preheating radiator 5, and an auxiliary heat source circuit 14, which is equipped with a heat exchanger 15 heating hot water flowing to a radiator 20 for heating by means of a gas proportional combustion controller 13, are mounted. Furthermore, a heat exchange circuit 21, which rises temperature of hot water heated by the heat collector 1 to a given temperature in the case of air-cooling operation, is mounted so that it can be changed over to the auxiliary heat source 14, and an air-cooling unit 7 having a generator 10, which is heated by hot water heated by the heat collector 1 and the auxiliary heat source circuit 14, and having an evaporator 11, which generates an air-cooling output through the generator 10, is installed to form a device. This forms a compact device monolithically incorporating the auxiliary heat source part, and permits the utilization of it as an auxiliary heat source both in the case of heating operation and in the event of air-cooling operation.
